I have monthly recharge Vehicle No. MH 15 EP 4870 of the Fast tag on dated 03/12/2021 in your charging center (Nashik Sinner tollway Shinde Gaon, Nashik) and in received receipt validity shown on 03/12/2021 00.000.00 to 03/01/2022 00.00.00.
During recharge, your executive tells currently network are not working and to submit the money and Vehicle detail I have recharge later when network is working.
I was submitted Vehicle document and money and went for duty. Evening I have check on mobile Rs 35 deducted on dated 03/12/2021 from my Airtel wallet and on toll also.
Next day I have discussed your executive, he told money refunded between two or three days but many verbal discussions to till date money was not deducted.
This is the not too much money this is the procedural issue and why money was not deducted to till date.
What is customer fault?
