My voucher for hotel booking cancelled because I was requesting them to accommodate date of booking. As per them 7 days gap required between dates but due to Diwali holiday I don't have date which can be booked. I spent 7000 Rs which has been of no use.

I have booked a package from Naswiz. I had little confusion regarding the pay outs and other benefits. I personally have very good experience with the customer services. My queries were resolved in the given course of time. I suggest one should try once to get rid of all the myths about the company.
I had booked Subash Palace in Patnitop on 4 Jan 2017 to 10 Jan 2017 by Naswiz. Hotel location was very good. Hotel views are awesome. I really enjoyed the trip and this tour was memorable for me.
They guys are very cooperative I hade booked La flora resort one room on 6 Jan to 10 Jan 2017. it was an amazing trip for me and my as well. The resort was good and their staff also good. They are very polite and good manner how to talk with their customers.
