Naswiz Holidays — Making money by fooling people took my money by making false commitments | |||
Dear All, I am writing this complain against Naswiz Holiday they said that they will give me the package in 10 k rest I need not have to pay a single pie to them and hotel stay, ticket, visa all traveling cost is included in it I was a little bit surprised that how is it possible that one can get this all within 10 k so I asked it several times to Mr. Pratap is there any hidden charges is there any terms and condition so he always said no madam there is nothing like that you only have to pay 10 k rest all will be done by Naswiz itself . Now after One week I am receiving a call from Naswiz that the ticket & visa charges + all traveling charges you will have to pay from your pocket apart from that 10 k which I have already given . It's really very disappointing that they made money as my pocket don't allow me to pay the rest traveling charges plus I can not go for it so they said they can't give my money back if I can use it by paying rest my own otherwise it's just a waste of money which I have given to them without begging I am really frustrated now I don't have my job plus I dont have money to pay my rent I please request the whole Naswiz team never to fool people like this other wise you never know what may happen to you and your families one day never take curse from anyone's soul . Never take advantage of anyone's innocent for filling your own pockets it takes a lot and lots of hard work to earn money which you guys are scratching from them by your cleverness you never know how much and what all you may have to pay for your this misdeed. God is there to revert you all on my behalf . You all will regret one day for all this what you did to me Naswiz holidays. Hope some better sense will prevail Was this information helpful? | |||

Naswiz has not made any false commitment to u..but ur Friend Pratap did.So u should complaint about him.He is responsible for that.Your friend is fooling people by making fake commitments but not the company.

Mr.Anmol.I read your complaint.Sir your complaint is genuine but I want to tell u something.Naswiz holidays always provides comfirmation call for every new person who is going to purchase the package and the motive is to clear all the terms and conditions of Naswiz holiday package.If you agree with the terms and conditions only then they dispatch your package otherwise they always refund your money in your account.Now sir u please tell i[censored] were not satisfied with the terms and rules then how they dispatched your package."Agar ap keh dete that no I don't agree ye Sab to mujhe btaya he nhi gya" then company would surely have returned ur money.Secondly ur known Mr.Pratap is responsible for this incidence as he made fake promises to you but the company and the package is genuine.Confirmation call isiliye Ki jati hai Ki ap company k original commitments ko jaane or tabhi purchase krein.
Yes, Anmol, Mr.Pratap is responsible for this incidence because Naswiz is not doing this. they are working as travel partner they find for you budget hotels traveling tickets for travel. They do not promise you all the expenses done itself.
My experience with Naswiz is totally good till date in every aspect. In terms of refunds and in processing the operational formalities these people are very professional. They take care of each and every part decently and professionally.
