Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Eliyas Ramnad and I am one of the victim of Naswiz MLM i have paid 22000 rupees in Naswiz Holiday package FastMLM which was done by me under pressure by Naswiz Executives who did fraud with me they manipulate my mind with fake stories and shows which they were organizing in Maratha Chambers every Wednesday and Sunday where number of corn man and corn girls of Naswiz trap innocent people they organize an event in Maratha Chambers in Tilak Road Pune and ask to seat us and they start their fake show where they tell you how will you get reach within less timeframe through Naswiz Fast MLM and their executive block doors so nobody can go out and once their stage drama over this people rush towards you and start manipulating your mind with some fake calculation they pressurise you with so many fake sentences i will take care of your MLM chain, i will assure you that you will earn thousands of rupees weekly etc.
Now the question is how and why I reached there ?
I am from poor family background father I was security guard and now retired on Jan to April 2014 period I was jobless and my mother was diagnosed with chronic kidney failure and for treatment of dialysis you need approximate 10000 rs every week. As doctor advised thrice dialysis, once a week blood hb increase injection and medicines extra which was costly
To handle this situation I was searching job where I come to know about job vacancy for Naswiz on internet so I called that number where 1 of the lady received call and asked me to meet her at office which was/is on FC road left to dindayal hospital hospital so they initially told me about that you can earn thousands of ruppes by your own just buy this package and ask your friends also to buy so they will be added below you so you will earn more and they will also earn more.
I thought what is this nonsense where I don't have money and they asking me to do business so 1st I ignored then that lady started following up with me continuously
As I already told her my family condition she emotionally caught me by repeating my problems and somewhere convinced me to attend their seminar at Maratha Chambers in Tilak road Sunday morning 8 to 10 so I went their because I needed money so I can overcome family issues
Where they manipulate my mind and pressurise me to buy this package under pressure I bought it and later I asked my friends also to buy this package so they trust me but they asked me that they don't have money so you pay on behalf o[censored]s so I paid and bought package for them I have bought this packages by borrowing loan later on I come to know in March 14 that this is fraud because I was not earning anything everything was fraud so I stopped going their and asked my friends also not to went their as it is fraud later on that lady under her I was placed i asked her about my earning she was giving fake promises that it will start soon join more members under you etc. I told her I want my money back she refused to give money back then I approached seniors fraudsters but all efforts in vain later on that lady called me many times to continue this chain MLM but I clearly told her not to call me back.
