We deposited money to Naswiz Holidays agent, after 2 days I told him to refund our money we don't want your packages and they told me they will give my money within 15 days but, till the time they are not pickup my phone calls and they put my number in black list and also they doing Unprofessional behavior with me

While planning a trip we came across several holidays companies and finally made payment to Naswiz. Unfortunately something urgent cropped up and we had to cancel the program. I asked for the cancellation and refund. They explained well and gave me refund as well. It was so professional and supportive.
