I placed the order for three rose plants on Nation Bloom site on 30-11- 23. These plants are Gladiator Red Rose Plant, English Rose Yellow Plant and Miniature Rose Button Red Plant. They dispatched Gladiator Red Rose Plant on 2-12-23 and I received it on 8-12-23. Now they say they dispatched all the 3 plants on the same day. It was a prepaid order. I asked the delivery executive before accepting the carton, is there is only one carton and one plant inside and he said yes there is only one carton and one plant inside it. Each time I call the customer care executive says he will send the pending plants in 3-4 days. This has been going on for the past 4 weeks. It is written in the site that there is no refund but then they should provide the rest of the plants, . There is a contact us form on the site but they won't reply. There is absolutely no communication through email. I would like to get rest of the rose plants. The one which I received was in good condition; I have no complaints regarding it. Pending Rose plants are as follows English Rose Yellow Plant and Miniature Rose Button Red Plant. I paid RS.s. 920 for 3 plants. Please look into the matter.
