Respected Madam/Sir,
This is Binod Kumar, a working professional working in Accounts Department, Ministry of Railways and my current posting is in Mumbai.

Madam/Sir, I was looking to imporove my English communication skills effectively with confident, which can be used to my day to day office work. So, I just joined the course offered by National Institute of Language (which is a private firm) on dated 01/05/2023 for personal training program for one month duration and the schedule time of my class was assigned by 7AM-8AM week days for a month.
I obseved that no authority is resoponded for assigning faculty for my class. I missed two classes of their negligence. I did not taken a single classes and I feel cheated.
Their learning app is also showing the error and the counselor concerned not able to manage. It is also observed that the feedback of many student are not good for the institute and this can be easily viewed in Google Play Store rating.

Mam/Sir, I requested them (Complaint & Grievance Cell) to refund my paid fee which is Rs.4500/- But, they refused my request by saying that this is not in their company policy. This is the reason i put my request of refund here.
Madam/Sir, I am not concerning about Rs.4500/-, but i want to raise my voice against these type of institution who used "National-Word" in their name and not able to ensured the subject and services for that what they really exists.

Hence, In view of the above, I request to the competent authority of this INGRAM cell, pl help me and asked the institution to refund my paid fee of Rs. 4500/-. I don't want to waste my time there for their inconvenience and dont want to continue my classes.
