This is to enlighten everyone with the fact that National Institute of Management, the so called "NIM" is the biggest fraud I have ever seen. They call up people from the resume database of Naukri.com and ask them to enrol themselves in the MBA program provided by NIM. They proudly say that they are affiliated to the Maharashta Government, and UKAS, trying to take the people in confidence. They make fake promises to the candidates...

I was travelling today from Pune to Kapurhol. I am a local resident. As per govt rule local peoples are excluded from toll charges, still these peoples deducting the charges from vehicle number plates. I want refund of the deducted amount.

Tada to Nellore Andhra Pradesh three toll plaza automatically generated fare, almost complaint toll manager no response, my vehicle in tamilnadu

I m trying to get in touch with people of NIM on No & mail id given on website.

But there is no response.

Please help me to get in connected with them.

I am facing problem with degree which i have from NIM.

As i tried to get the admission from UGC approved university / institude they are saying your degree and certificates are not valit as per DEB / UGS norms.

But when i have taken the admission in NIMS, they assured that this Degree will applicable for further Studies whether is India / Abroad even i can get gob in MNC.
But i thing no points was valid from NIMS.

please give me the solution.

I have completed my mba from nims university, jaipur in aug 2013, but till date i have not received my board certificate even after multiple mails & calls. After paying rs 5500/- convocation fees, i got mail from them for convocation in feb 2017. Date given in mail was 25/03/2017 & in last moment again they informed that convocation has been postponed & new date will be informed but even after multiple follow ups there is no single revert from them.

I dont understand whether they want to provide board certificates to the students or not???

This is M.Lakshmi Prasanna, worked as an 'Administrator' (Emp.Id: NDIIM /007) since 01 June,2009 to 18 Aug, 2009 in New Directions International Institute of Management, # 6-3-1238/B/18-19,Asif Avenue, Lane Adjacent to Reliance Foot Prints,Rajbhavan Road, Somajiguda, Hyderabad - 34. I was denied the payment of salary Rs.9,500/- for the month of Aug'2009, when i oppose to do the wrong correction for the admission test answer sheet of a student they asked me to quit the job immediatly without my fault and not paid the salary for that month(Aug'2009).

when i reminded about salary by making many phone calls, at last the MD Mr.Ram Beegala, asked me to send the E-Mail about my job particulars at NDIIM, even though he's the eye witness of the situation.Then i send the e-meseg on 19/09/2009. then he replyed me to send the Postal address to send the salary as in D.D Form(26/092009). but after that no reply when i sent many reminder mesegs also. i went personally to the company later, and they told that they will not pay any amount.

sir, please look into the matter and do the needful.

With due respect, I Samarendra Mahato would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that I had enrolled myself for the MBA course under NIM – Kolkata Centre in the year 2009.I have paid the entire course fee of Rs 26,455 in installments & had appeared for the exam in 2010. NIM has closed their Kolkata centre along with many other centres across the country & now no one is contactable. The details of the contact numbers & address mentioned in the brochures/website (www.nimonweb.com) are also disconnected. Almost 2 months have crossed that I have couriered my answer papers to their Bhopal address, however have not received any update yet.
Details of the incidents are mentioned below for your reference.
24th Jan’09 – Paid the first installment of Rs 6455 through credit card & enrolled for the MBA course (Master Program in Business Administration) with specialization in Customer Relations Management.

May’10 – When I came to know that their Kolkata Centre had closed, I called up their customer support helpline (as mentioned in the website) & spoke with different executives. Two of them are Atul Singh & Pia Gupta. They informed that the Kolkata Centre had been closed, however for future correspondence, I need to contact their Kolkata SPOC: TARUN KHANNA Contact Number - [protected]/[protected], Email Address - khanna.[protected]@yahoo.com , [protected]@nimonweb.com.
In between another person named Ankit Sharma ([protected] / [protected]) who introduced as the HR manger also contacted me few times.
After doing repeated follow-ups with Tarun Khanna, that I would want to appear for the Exams, finally I received the question paper set by Aramex courier – docket number – [protected].
28th Sep’10 – I couriered back the answer papers through DTDC (Consignment Number – K[protected], post telephonic discussion with Tarun Khanna ([protected]), at the below mentioned address:

Post this till date I have been following up with Tarun. However he rarely attends my call or reverts to my SMS. Every time he is giving a different excuse. The latest communication is their HR Manager Mr.Ankit Sharma going to contact me. But more than a month had crossed & not one had yet contacted me.
Last follow-up done on 21st Dec’10 with Tarun, he conveyed through SMS that the concerned person will call back & ultimately no one turned up till date.

I have all the SMS’s stored in my h/s, which Tarun Khanna had sent me from time to time.

Request you to kindly take necessary action against the concerned persons & help me in getting my certificates & results.

Dear Sir. madam

I have taken correspondence civil engg course as per my friends advice in Feb 2008 and I pay the course fee Rs 15500 (Rs 5000 in cash and Balance Rs 10500 by cheque) still now I have not received any study material or any thing from this institution. And I have contacted the institute in earlier days they are telling that we don't have stocks of books & we will send the books once we receive the books from our head office I tried almost 3-4 Months and I got transfer to Hyderbad and after 1 or 2 months later I called the institute they are closed the center.
Still Now I will not receive my money or my study materials

Please advise any legal step shall I take on this fraud institution

I m Nirjhar Kumar Upadhyay,a student of National institute of Management o[censored]daipur Branch Rajasthan.sumitted fees in the month of Nov.'07.after an year when i tried to gather information about the examination for the same the people of the institute are not sharing the information with me .from last two years i m checking there office in Udaipur, jaipur, and other places but many of there office have either been closed or no information is available.

I have taken a Executive MBA course from National Institute of Management, Bangalore Karnataka in the year 2007. I have made all the payments regarding the course and have been waiting for the books and examination since then. Last year (2009) they have closed the Bangalore branch, and I had to contact the Mumbai management team for assistance for my course.
I have been calling them from past eight months, mailing them, spoke to so many people regarding this, but no one could help me out on this.
Now all there landlines numbers are not working and the persons whom I spoke to regarding this also don't pick up there mobile calls.
I don't know what to do now, even after paying so much I haven't got my books nor have taken up my exams.
Please let me know if you people can help me on this. I have already wasted so much money and time on this.
