People who are suffering bcoz of National Institute of Management – FRAUDS must take action against them a very big action so that they won’t dare to do this again. Please note their most imp department address which is as follow. Shree trade centre, 3rd Floor, Gala No 307, Opp Equity Hotel, Nr bhayandar Phatak, Bhayandar East, Thane-401107. I had taken admission for E MBA, we got the books, Question papers & we also delivered the answer papers. after that when we asked for result & certificate they kept on giving reasons. First their instituts was at Swargate, then it changed without any notice. some how we managed to get the address, But then again the address changed & they were near Nal stop. But within 15 days the office of the institute was shut down. What should we do now? am i going to get any result if i complain. Will i get the certificate & result or the money we paid for the course

How i will get my fees back please help me out

This institute after enrolling me for MBA FT ,regd. no. KOL/08-09/0727 DATED 10.12.08.Till date after issuing me an identity card and sending me some books by post I have not received any communication from your regional office or head office.Plz. let me know if the the Institutre and course is valid.Inspite of my numerous calls to the office at Kolkata no one responded properly initially and of late the nos. are changed.

I HAD JOINED THIS COURSE IN LAST YEAR 2009 FEB. AND I HAD PAID THE FEES. BUT STILL NOW I DID NOT RECEIVED ANY MASSAGE FORM THE INSTITUTE . WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM THE INCHARGE OF THE INSTITUTE WAS BEEN ARASTED DUE TO THE CHEATING PROBLEMS. NOW THE WORKING FELLOW INFORMED THAT TO CONTACT THE MAIN BRANCH WHICH IS SITUATED IN MUMBAI. THERE THEY ARE ALSO NOT REPLAYING WHEN WE SAY CALLING FROM CHENNAI.....WHAT TO DO?????????????????

I & my wife given exam on sep2009 but till date it is not submitted a result copy.Every time I talked its executive and refuse the answer.After that i searched that its institute takeout from the ahmedabad.

Its branch is still working in Mumbai,Malad office and other area.

hi was join National Institute of Management course since 2008 .my complain with Institute i didnt give exam and got directly digree i alreday many time complain at surat office but surat office alreday closed and also when i was joined GDBA course i confrim them its UGC apporve or not they told me its be be take permission end of 2008 dec. so i dont want to this fake digree please back my money 18000/- rs

My wife had taken admission to NIM pune two years back. They provided all books but it took one year.
It was located in vega center near swarget pune. But when we revisited them three months back they had changed address. We tried to call them on their phone numbers but they have changed their phone numbers also. I tried to mail them that mail got bounce. So in short we are unable to locate them now. They are highly careless we donts know their address contact number now. We have paid all their fees at the time of admission only. But now they got invisible we dont know where to contact them. I want to launch complaint against them.

there is no value of any certificate. i get the certificate fro the nim with civil engg. and that is not approved by any higher education council like HRDA, AICTE, DEC. UPSE. and the certificate is not valid as a diploma or graduate diploma in technical education. they are totally fraud.they saying after get the graduate diploma he/or she will take admission in any correspondence inst. but any institute take admission in india.all university and approved inst. are saying they are totally fraud. don't take any risk. don't waste ur money and most is time. any nim center will offer you to get a certificate at lump some RS 15000 or 20000 or 25000. but u don't think about that. they are totally fraud and giving the unvalid certificate. give me admission on approved inst. or university in b.tech

I had taken admission for MBA [distance learning] in NIM in year 2008, now when i wanted exam papers, there is nobody in the office who can guide me. I tried to contact all the nu,bers mentioned on site but all of these numbers are wrong. So, do confirm me who should I ask. I had already paid fees for this course. How can I take this amount back from institute?
I had also send mail [mentioned in the website] to institute but till date there is no reply from them.

I had enrolled for an EMBA prgramme in National Institute of Management on 30.4.2007. The course duration was 2 years. i paid the fee of Rs. 15000 + Rs. 10,700 in total Rs. 25, 700 in two installment. But i got to know that they have closed down their branch in Bangalore in the end of 2008 and i could not contact their Mumbai Head office due to one or other pretext.

Meanwhile i had submitted a request in their Bangalore branch that i had lost my payment receipt while shifting hence to issue the duplicates. the request was under process and branch was closed down. now since march'10 i am trying to contact them but there is no response from their Mumbai HO too. Now, except my admission letter i have no other details from that institute.

Kindly help me in finding solution for this as my hard money and time is involved and i am really worried about it.

I had took an admission for a Fast Track MBA in the above institute, I have already couriered my answer sheets more than a month ago, but the people here are not willing to answer properly, also they do not give proper answers.

i am a student of iims, uluberia, i strongly object to the statement made in public by some hypocrete, who is all out to spread a bad name about the college, its not only a college that delivers education but also build values in its students, due to the economic meltdown last year though all the technical colleges all over the country suffered placement the college provided some good placements to its students, more over our chair man sir is a man of vision, i think the coward who spoke nonsense at this site, do not have brains too to judge a person, yes it is situated at a natural setting, but it provides the students with all the amenities it can, there a regular pick up and pick down facility available, the college library is equipped with books more than the syllabus need, the college faculty r more than teacher and are always available for any help, ( during or nor during college hours ), the college though new has a good track record of marks in wbut, thus a dozen of ac, s, a wi-fi campus makes a good college, ... no it doesn't, the most important thing that a college is for is education, and iims through its own merit is imparting that and is improving
the college is headed and guided by a group of excellent faculties ..
principal . Mr A. K. Mukherjee... a man who is for the studens always, more a guardian, and a ecducationist.
Mr Alok Bhattacharya, - vice principal... a scholar, and an ex iim (a), strict disciplinarian, who always go out of the ways to teach and make his students face the real world,
Mr koushik Banerjee, a educationist, who makes complex topics into simple, always helpful, guides his students trough every up and down
Mrs sumita bhattacharya... a great teacher of finance, and a gr8 motivator
MR probal kr das, ... a person who allways inspires his students, and a great teacher too,
Mr. Avik Kr. Das ... the this generation teacher who under stands the need of his students, and always available for guidance
there are streams of new blood inthe colege structure, who act as a teacher and friend too
namely Mr. Atanu Bar, Ms. Satabdi Sengupta.
being a running student i assure to all the readers of this forum that the incidents stated by some anonymous is all uttered lie,
the college is changing fast with the time, and this continuous change from better to best, is only possible with the help of all the governing stuffs like ceo, MR r, singo, who work tire lessly fo the college .

lastly i must say to the Crete who spread all this nuisance about the college, come up if you have any hard feelings for the college, speak it on mouth, don't back bite.

JOIN IIMS IF YOU NEED EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE FOR THE LONGRUN,

I live in Kolkata
I am doing my DBA (IT) course from National Institute of Management.
The course fee is: 9700/-. They committed me to send all of my study materials within 60 days...
But approx 8 months had gone, only got one book among 2 books. Also in Kolkata their Branch Office had locked out...
Then I called to their Corporate Office upto 2 to 3 times,
but every time they ensure me that the book will send within this week..please send a mail..
I also sent them 3 mails to their recommended mail id.. But no response from there..
Nowadays their phone numbers also showing out of order...
I can't understand what should I do!!!

I want to inform that the branch office of this institute in Kanpur had been closed without any information and the head office in Mumbai but they don't give any information and response , many time I try my best to communicate them but they cant received my phone and didn't give reply of my mails . I paid my full fees Rs. 25000.00 through cheques . but till this time they didn't provide me study material & exam details.

I have taken addmission in National Institute of Management,From Surat Branch in Mar 2009 for MBA (Material Management (Distance Learning Course) for this i have paid Rs. 10000/- with receipt No.820093 dt.03.03.09 at surat branch,but suddenly without any reason the institute was close at Surat Branch (Gujarat). I had not attend anyclass & also didnt get any type of material (Books) from them.
After some time ,i have mailed on NIM_AC <accounts1.[protected]@gmail.com> for refunding my fees that had paid .
In they replyed my mailed, they had mail me that we refunded your fees within 90 days but still i have not received any amount from there.
I, requested to you that help me for this matter.

Dear Sir,

This is to give your kind notice that as per your Ref. No. Nim/Con/7 dated 31/05/2008 for mutual agreement between you and me as consortium I had given 5 candidates to the institution and they had assured me to give Rs.1800/ students.
For that the institution has taken 2500/- as securitie money that is on refundable basis.Mr.Mritunjay who is in account section has taken the money.

More than 1 year has been passed and during the period I had talked with various people at Mumbai/Delhi/Kolkata like Mr.Julfikar(Mumbai),Mr.Vijay Kr.Ajay(Delhi),
Mr.Tarun Khanna(Delhi).Mr.Mahi(Delhi) and so on but they are just ignoring it.
Mr.Mritunjay who was in Ranchi Branch he knows all this thing but he is helpless as the Ranchi branch is Closed now.

kindly suggest me what should I do to get my money back.

I would like to inform you that , i have take admission on MBA(MATERIAL MANAGEMENT) FROM National Institute of Management Surat Branch,
and deposite Rs. 10000/- first instalment, vide IDBI Cheque no.065213 dt.06.03.09 from Silvassa Branch, and NIM receipt no.820093.

After that i have not received any study material and any other instruction from NIM.
and found SURAT Branch Closed, and i have decide i am withdraw my name from NIM and apply for refund Rs.10000/- at NIM MUMBAY BRANCH (MALAD Branch)
and they confrm me by mail,3rd week of November will be return the same.
but still I have not received my refund , so i would like to request you pls
help me ,and close this type instute from our country.

This is to bring in your kind notice that this problem become very critical for me. i think i have cheated by your Institute(NIM)at Noida branch.
I already sent so many mails to all your e-mail id's which i got from NIM website but till today i did't get any feed back from your side.
before submite the full fees i was getting calls from your office every weekend now after deposited the full fees ,not even a single call i had recieved till now.Nor i have got any information regarding my queries or my books status.It was really pethetic. I really Got a bad experience that never belive on private Institutes.

There was some error in my name printed on I Card issued by NIM i.e Vikas Chandra but my full name is Vikas Chandra Kiran which i clearly mention to Mr.Atul Misra & Mr.Sumit Thakur but till today i did't get my new I Card with my full name on that & i think there must be error in your accounts also that my full name is not mention in your accounts
Your executive filled my MBA form & when i saw my ICard send by your institute just now i told him about mistake in my name printed on I Card & till today i did't get my new I Card nor i did't get my books related with my course

Even i deposited all fees amount as per Mr. Atul Misra Guidance in your institute till 22 March 09.i have all payment recievings with me.

I have done MBA from national institute of management on that time it is approved by maharashtra govt. but now it has not valid certificates.
the matter is that i am working in religare securities ltd. as a branch manager. when in was join i was given my all docouments & qualification certificates & after 4 months i have got my verification. it is totally nagative about my institute or my certificates after that i was told about this matter to branch manager of national institute than she says that she is on notice period & she forward my complaint to his boss but not yet i havent got any satisfactory answer or my fees back.

by this reason my company was ready to fired me but i was explain them & take one month for searching n ew job or clearification.

i m very heart by this it is on my repution or mentaly heresment.

what i do?
