National Insurance Co. Ltd. — non payment of expenses incurred on health checkup

I purchased a health policy from the above mentioned co.in 2009 and never raised any claim. By virtue of no claim i became eligible for a free health checkup which i underwent in may 2017 and submitted all reports and bills to divisional manager, allahabad on 11/5/2017. But the insurance co. Has not yet reimbursed to me. Policy no.- 451100/48/17/[protected]
