National Insurance Co. — mis behaviour of the agent refusing to deposit the premium policy

My name is susanta kumar basu aged 71 years have one medi clailm policy with national insurance co. Division - xxi located at 189/2 bidhan nagore road ultadanga kolkata - 700067 my agent mr. Arunjyoti mondal (Practically i do not know him personally) carriers his work through sub agent mr.in contact with me for last four years. Since my last date of premium payment was march 10th. 2018 i had made contact with mr. Arunjyoti mondal who is actually my agent and gets commission out of my policy payment over phone to request mr. Mondal for attending my resendence for collection of cheque since last date for payment was rapidly approaching. On getting my phone mr mondal bluntly refused to see me for collection of cheque and behaved rudely with me being a senior citizen i was confused when he intimated me that he does not receive any commission out of my premium payment, so he did not attended me. Reason is best known to him i then tried to contact the insurance co. Through mail and over phone but mail was not received and person of customer care asked me to contact personallly at the office. Sir i am physically handicapped my left leg is slightly shorter and i cannot move without help of some one also i am suffering from ostio artharitis so it is practically impossible for me to go there. However one gentleman helped me to deposit my cheque to the ultadanga office on march 12th, 2018 but i have not yet been received the policy documents and the photoi/d card untill to-day i do not know whom should i contact but it is surprising to note that name of my that agent arun jyoti mondal has been printed when that gentleman who paid my cheque collected the policy paper on payment of some money. But i have not yet received my photo i/d card. My question is shall that agent of national insurance co. Be not punished??? What shall i do during next year??? Or if i require medical benifit how and where i approach???//
