I am filing this complaint to report fraudulent and unethical activities by an organization calling itself the National Organisation for Social Empowerment. This entity has been repeatedly calling me from different phone numbers, emotionally manipulating me into making donations for allegedly critical patients (usually children) claimed to be admitted at AIIMS or other hospitals.
To convince me, they shared:
Forged hospital bills
Photos of patients
A website that appears fabricated
None of this could be verified through official sources.
Unfortunately, I fell victim to this scam and made two payments on 29th January 2024 via UPI. The details are:

After these transactions, I received no official receipt, tax exemption certificate (80G), or any acknowledgment. When I followed up, there was no response.
Now in June 2025, they have started harassing me again, calling from multiple new numbers and trying the same emotional pressure tactics for more donations. The fact that they are exploiting the suffering of children to scam people is despicable and criminal.
I urge the relevant authorities to:
Investigate and take immediate action against this organization
Block or trace their UPI accounts and phone numbers
Prevent them from scamming more unsuspecting people
I am willing to provide payment screenshots, call logs, and WhatsApp messages as evidence. Please treat this complaint seriously and help stop this scam.
