National Organization — Authenticity of the unsolicited phone calls I am getting for donation to feed hungry children

I have been receiving unsolicited calls from a lady by the name of Simi asking for donation which will be used by National Organization to feed hungry children. I am seeking your advice to know if this request is from a genuine organization.
