National Rural Health Mission — Not getting incentive after covid duty

I am CHO from East singhbhum, jharkhand block jugsalai cum golmuri.we are doing our best in corona time but not getti incentive since 4 month even there is a letter from central JS and MD of NHM that if the cho is working in corona duty like sampling, vaccination, contact tracing Full incentive to be given till september 2021. But in our block we are not getting our incentive and our Block accountant is saying that if I am giving you full incentive I have been doomed ( mera to bhatta baith jayega) this is her word . we are very sad because we know that we are doing our level best in corona period. Please Do the needfull.
