Natraj Company — Complaint about payment not refunding and cheating

I I have seen this ad in Facebook. After that for more details I click on the link and got details on whatsapp and it was Mr. Ramesh Keni. The agent he said 620 is the I'd fee nothing more you need to pay then we paid after that he gave some time he said insurance amount 2100 +99 without informing us should pay separately and made us to pay twice. After that he said your parcel has ordered and it is dispatching from place and after half an hour got an call from other person said delivery boy. He said that it will be delivering after we pay get pass amount 5150rs for tracking GPS through transaction ID. Then after 3 hours later he called again and said some technical error has come please pay again for GPS 8200 without informing us should pay separately and telling us to pay again. Now he is not refunding the entire amount now.
