Natraj Pencil — Complaint about payment not refunding

I seen add in Facebook. I got call from Ramesh Keni contact no [protected]. He said about 620rs fee, we paid them he said about 2199 didn't informed about seperate payment and made us pay twice we paid. Then he said that about get pass 5150 for truck. Then he said some GPS issue please pay again 8200 and didn't informed us to pay separately. Then he said to pay again separately. He is not telling us about refundable money.
