I have made online order for a lehenga at www.nattashi.in on 1st Sep 2018 payment on COD for Rs 799. I got the product delivered on 4th Sep the amount was paid in cash to courier guy. On opening the packet I got a very cheap material not even worth Rs 100. Since there was no contact no on website I have raised online refund and return request on their website on 5th Sep for which got an sms alert that the refund will be done in 10 working days. Again I have raised refund request on 12th Sep and got same sms. Till today there is no refund received also there is no contact details to contact the company. Only contact details available are [protected]@outlook.com.First photo pertains to dress I received and second one is what I ordered.
