I hope this letter finds you well.

I am writing to tender my resignation as Transaction and management analyst at NatWest Groups before 2023

It is with deep regret that I have reached this decision before, but I believe it is in my best interest to resign due to the ongoing Mental harassment I have been experiencing till 11 months are over, and I am not getting any Justice from any Department to change my Profile to provide some Better suitable opportunity with Different locations.

Over the past more than 10 months of period, I have encountered persistent and unacceptable behavior from an Entire colleague including Unethical or Toxic Managers in this office, which has created an unhealthy and hostile work environment. Despite my efforts to address the issue through appropriate channels, no significant action has yet to be taken to alleviate the situation. As a result, my productivity and mental well-being have been severely impacted very badly; I am unable to think properly because I haven’t had any help and support from anyone in the Last 11 months by your Organizations.

I want to express my gratitude for the opportunities and experiences I have had while working at NatWest Groups. Unfortunately, my time here has been overshadowed by this negative experience with lots of Creation or Nepotism Groups, faced problems because I am from a different state people is not like me. Nonetheless, I have learned a great deal from my colleagues and the work we have done together.

During this period, I am committed to ensuring a smooth handover of my responsibilities. If there is anything I can do to assist in any process, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Once again, I regret having to take this step, but it is necessary for my personal and professional well-being. I appreciate your understanding in this matter and your attention to promptly processing my applications once again and putting me some other opportunities that I already requested over last 8 months ago.

I do appreciate all of the valuable experience I have earned while working at Managers and know that it will serve me well in future endeavors. I wish the company continued success and thank you for your understanding and patience with me during this time.

I am Requesting to change my profile and provide me with some opportunities but no Concerned person has been helping me for the last 11 months and destroyed my career and wrong images with fake allegations.
