We have been experiencing with Survey till last 2 years in your departments are over, and we are not getting any Justice from any Department to change my Profile to provide some Better suitable opportunity with Different locations due to ongoing Mental harassment, Extreme level mental harassments, extreme level personal treats of attempt to Murders, by All females managers, all females trainers.
Over the past more than 2 years of period, We have encountered persistent and unacceptable behavior from an all Entire colleague including Unethical or Toxic all Females Managers in your all office departments, which has created an unhealthy and hostile work environment. Despite my efforts to address the issue through appropriate channels, no significant action has yet to be taken to alleviate the situation. As a result, my productivity and mental well-being have been severely impacted very badly to all new joiners and We all the new joiners unable to think properly because we haven’t had any help and support from anyone in the Last 2 years by your Organizations.
We want to express my gratitude for the opportunities and experiences I have had while working at NatWest Groups. Unfortunately, all new joiners my time here has been overshadowed by this negative experience with lots of Creation or Nepotism Groups by your all, faced problems because I am from a different state people is not like me. Nonetheless, I have learned a great deal from my colleagues and the work we have done together.
During this period, I am committed to ensuring a smooth handover of my responsibilities. If there is anything I can do to assist in any process, please do not hesitate to let me know.
Once again, we regret having to take this step, but it is necessary for my personal and professional well-being. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and your attention to promptly processing my applications once again and putting me some other opportunities that I already requested over last 2 years ago.

Notes: - In this Extreme levels Illegal activities are going on last 5 years, are as follows:-

–if any new joiners are not completed the Probationationary period then management doesn’t not have any fundamental right also to assigned more tasks to any new joiners or Marks as error in any activities to any new joiners before 6 months of Probation periods but in this departments all Characterless Females Managers, all Females HRS, All Females VPS including directors is involved for illegal activities and without confirmation of 90 % of work is not acknowledge by any new joiner in any New employees then also Illegal manners they are marking error, misbehaving, torturing, doing mental harassment, threatening, personal comments, treating like a servant and slave to a innocents new joiners and creating a fake performance reports, Creating fake performance Behaviors reports by all Unprofessionalism trainers and Unprofessional all Females managers and sending to a hardworking sincere employees to Extension Probationary Period Extension letter with extreme level of fake report by all VPS, MANAGERS, ALL HRS ALL TRAINER, Extreme level mental harassment to a new joiners with extreme level of fake report –Group of mental harassments, Group of mental extortion, Group of mental attempts to murders to a new joiners and with fake creation spoiling above 50 employees’ career with fake reports and making them a criminal fake reports by all Opposites genders doing Illegal activities in this departments .
Sincere request –Request for please as soon as possible please terminate all Females genders in your departments their behaviors is not in good in nature, playing politics with extreme level and spoiling any innocent employees career with group of Female extortion and politics, Female Mental harassment, Females Blackmailing, Females intension are not in correct with full of ego and jealousy problems spoiling innocent employees career and complaining here and there with fake reports –

3 Please check all females genders personal phone to whom they are speaking we got the reports so many females genders making fool to the innocent husbands and making sexual relationship with other colleague in the office departments they are mostly for all females genders are involved in this activities such as HR, VPS, FEMALES MANAGERS and only those people getting promotion and appraisal other employees without any reason terminates or treated like servant and slave in this department and every matters are overshadow in extreme level illegal in this every working processes.The entire management's people Illegal manners in forcedly, hateful, and unprofessional behaviors spoiled so many employees' career and and accepting any mistake –please their all harassment otherwise you all people very arrested or encounter in public or private places .
4 .Requesting it’s a serious matters where all female genders must be removed or terminate immediately only from your entire management otherwise it should be so much delay to become a terrorists company by all females genders in illegal manners taking advantages and no one is noticing –all crimes are done by all opposite genders and throwing mistake to innocent employees and misusing the power and position and already spoiled so many employees career with extreme level backstabbing by characterless females genders with groups of females genders to innocent male genders but on one is noticing what is right and what is wrong ? -very very unprofessionalism by this entire management . ?
5 Creating fake Performances report to the new joiner like new joiners are working 6 to 7products and illegal manners Females Managers, VPS, HR and all trainers proving fake false performance report –first Illegal activities, Second Illegal activities marking as Error is not there in any rules and regulation by Supreme and High courts or any other constitution by laws like articles of association of labour thi rules is not there in any lawfully courts and this company is extreme level doing illegal activities with so many years all female departs and creating any such kind of rules which is not there in any kind of constitution in legal manners, 3rd Forcedly taking agreements by personal Threats for attempts to Murders, Finishing his families if he/she is complaining to any police departments or courts and Illegal manners spoiling thousands of employees career with Characterless Females Managers, VPS, HRS mostly all are females, Very Very unprofessional All Females Genders must be terminate and please pay all new joiners harassments like are as follows:-
Mental harassments costs, Personal attempts to Murder cost, 2 Years salary amounts those employees illegal manners spoiled by your company people and management not ready to accept any mistake they are doing extreme level of illegal activities in this departments.
Please pay all employees harassments including amounts including job offers otherwise, all police departments people ready to closed your company as soon as possible and very soon we will take not only legal action –We will make encounter to to all characterless fraud, Unprofessional Managers head in public place or private place
