Over the past more than 2 years of period, We have encountered persistent and unacceptable behavior from an all Entire colleague including Unethical or Toxic all Females Managers in your all office departments, which has created an unhealthy and hostile work environment. Despite my efforts to address the issue through appropriate channels, no significant action has yet to be taken to alleviate the situation. As a result, my productivity and mental well-being have been severely impacted very badly to all new joiners and We all the new joiners unable to think properly because we haven’t had any help and support from anyone in the Last 2 years by your Organizations.
We want to express my gratitude for the opportunities and experiences I have had while working at NatWest Groups. Unfortunately, all new joiners my time here has been overshadowed by this negative experience with lots of Creation or Nepotism Groups by your all, faced problems because I am from a different state people is not like me. Nonetheless, I have learned a great deal from my colleagues and the work we have done together.
During this period, I am committed to ensuring a smooth handover of my responsibilities. If there is anything I can do to assist in any process, please do not hesitate to let me know.
Once again, we regret having to take this step, but it is necessary for my personal and professional well-being. All New joiners are facing several problems as their all Female Genders behavior with us is very Extreme level rude, and bad.

ALL New joiners can’t concentrate on our work because all the Females are playing politics and spoiling the career with female feminist groups around us. All female genders employees in these departments are characterless, treat us like their slaves, and we have no self-respect in their opinion.

Gurgaon location for all concerned managers, VPS, HR, their nature behavior is so much unprofessional, Rude, Impolite in nature, and criminal attitude. Your entire management doesn't know how to treat with a new joiner in your department from the first week of the new joiner.? I am right?

So many new joiners' entire career is fully spoiled. Who is responsible for this? Please confirm with me in your department.

So many new joiners are from a very poor family with lots of fake creation by your concerned managers after my Resignation. I am not resigned to owning it's a forced manner with an extreme level of politics, extortion, and mental harassment I faced in your department by your entire teammates, including some concerned managers with some Concerned VPS, etc.

All New joiners are requested 100 times to change their location, change their profile, or change their managers. There is no proper assistance or support from your entire HR team; nobody is ready to pick up my call, and nobody is interested in any positive response to me. Why in the last 1.5 years?

Forcely threatened by your concern managers with fake and false promises like I will give your father an operation amount, Harassment at all cost, you will get job in different profile with different locations this all fake false promises by your concern Managers is provided to me almost it's a 1.5 years ago and i have a voice recording also with valid proofs.

Sincere request, please provide all my harassment costs, personal attempt to murder costs, my father's operation costs, and my two salaries amount to spoil my entire career by your concerned managers as soon as possible, including your entire team, then only I will get the proper justice from your entire management.

Management Politics Spoiled the career

The manager's politics with HR is asked to fire at least one person from his team every six months. An internal appraisal system allows anyone to give feedback on anyone including your manager.
The manager is afraid that if he picks an existing employee Like Rahul, Deepak, or Navneet to fire he risks getting bad feedback from him/her or the team. This will be bad for his own career.

Teams come up with a devious plan by your Managers Jaya Pandey and Navneet Sachdeva. She opens a new position and hires someone from outside with the intention of firing him in a few months. They know the new employee will not know how the system works and can be easily fired.

After the new employee joins, she gives him the toughest possible work with playing Politics, With high levels of Wrong Perception against Innocent employees Dharmendra Kumar and hopes that he fails at it.
Meanwhile, Jaya Pandey and Navneet Sachdeva plan to ask other employees to start writing secret Wrong feedback emails about the new employee to him like Utkarsh Kapoor, Yogisha Kapoor, Deepak Pagri, Smita Sinodia, Rajneesh Singh

Other employees are more than happy to give fake Performance feedback feedback like New employees Behaviors is not correct, He is So Rude, Performance is not Good, He is not deserve for this Profile and Managers also playing politics with New Employees career and make them Uncomfortable and Manager also said in the personal Cabin –We will do lots of Frustration to new Joiner he Will Resigned the Company Automatically and Everyone plan is Successful to Destroyed my career and after New Joiner Resigned they are created a Gang Group with Lots of Fake allegations against Innocent Employees dharmendra and make them trouble with lots of Mental Harassment, mental Attack, Attempt to Murder Extortion with high level of Fake allegation about behavior, Characters and Playing their feelings like out of controls and Taken legal actions with Spoiled my Images in very wrongly Manners and Give fake false promises they will provide some opportunities and pay my Father Cancer amount and did high level of Extortion last 1 years in this office .
Good feedback, by any chance, is promptly discarded or hidden away. At the time of appraisal, the clever manager declares that there is poor peer feedback for the new employee, and the new employee is getting an Extension Letter or Planning to do Mental torture by the teammates or by your manager's politics to the New employees, and finally, they win at this point. HR is more than happy to cooperate in this exercise.
Everyone is happy. The firing quota has been met. Manager and other employees saved their jobs and HR can loudly proclaim that poor performance is not tolerated.
A New employee's career has been destroyed, but sinister Jaya Pandey managers or teammates are always happy.
Note:- Shame on you for being so rude to Mr.Jogesh and Priyanka ?-Both of them can't understand the Politics in your office -Some Innocent Employees Resigned from your Company
