Hello Team,
I have worked in the NatWest Groups (RBS) since 2020 (In your Department from Bangalore or Chennai location ) in the Firm and have been doing well since I was appointed to the Fx team, Before, But I had a problem with all bosses' ( Line Manager) behavior in Every location like Chennai, Bangalore, and Gurgaon for City or Every Branch, as her behavior is very insulting and sometimes does mental Torture like one of the Line Managers Mrs. Jaya Pandey her behavior is Fully aberrant Any matter even on small matters; although all Employees are punctual and Hardworking, they are Working Very Well.
Her behavior is bad with the entire department always. I wanted to bring this issue to you so that you could take necessary action about this serious matter.

We received many complaints like:-
1. Mrs. Jaya Pandey is speaking a lot of personal comments against Employees and insults them Many times; for example, in the Hurdle meetings, Any Break Time, Any parties, Evening Snacks timing, afternoon lunch timing, related to Any Employees either who are single or Married; we Know all employee's ages, Related to Sexual lives; how many Experiences do you have? Finding lots of Faults and making demoralizing any employees in Public or private palaces, Playing politics in the office, Harsh tones, with Rude Behavior at working from home or Working in the office.
2. Taking advantage of females' Gender and making it uncomfortable for many employees in the last seven years.
3. We, the Natwest employees shocked at how this cheap kind of Lady is part of Natwest Groups. ? She is a fully Lunatic, mentally disordered, Insane Lady, and Definitely, her family background is also cheap and disgusting. How is she becoming Manager or Line Manager in the NatWest Groups? We, all the employees, are fully Shocked.?
4. She judges and Compares to all the employees Finding small silly Errors and Making Trouble with them.
5. She mentioned some Employees in the last two-three you all have come from a Backward area. When Employees Complaint to HR and VPs then, they are asking for Evidence; that means the Whole Management is cheap and disgusting only
6. Mrs. Jaya Pandey will face lots of Problems in the future, Personally as well as professionally, because her Character is more worst than a ### lady; no shame in speaking about anything in a public forum and taking advantage of working from home; all these Matters are not aware from the Higher Department
7. This is to draw your attention to one of the serious matters of our department (NatWest Groups ) that is creating lots of problems for the staff due to Some Fraud Politics by Managers getting support from their HR, VPs, etc.
8 Almost all staff members don’t like working with Jaya Pandey Teams, She is rude and aggressive, and on top of that, she thinks that she is always right. Often she calls the names of his/her subordinates and treats them very badly for Many Years
All the Employees are requested to please look into the Serious matter with your keen interest and formulate a committee that inquires about the case judiciously and submits its recommendations which are in the best interest of the department.
9. Last seven years, ' Why Jaya Pandey team members are Resigning one by one? Because her Behavior is not Good, and she is playing politics with the entire Employees career.
10. We are facing several problems as her behavior with us is very rude and bad. We can’t concentrate on our work with his presence around us. She treats us like his slave, and we have no self-respect, in her opinion. Kindly just change our manager or at least warn him to the nearest police station against this lady's behavior. Our department staff shall be thankful to you for this act.
11. I am writing this letter to you so that you may confront him and ask him to change his behavior. Otherwise, it is getting very difficult to work in such an environment, and it is affecting all employees' performance. I hope you will take immediate measures to change his attitude; please bring back all the Employees who are already Resigned from the Company. They are more Hardworking Employees, but they never get any Value from this cheap kind of Manager.
12. Who gave the licenses to wear unprofessional Dresses during office hours, like Transparent Jeans or T-Shirts, and seduce any male Gender in the office? Is the Timing by the lady Manager or by the (Line Manager)?
13 . Requesting for the full verification against this Line Manager, Mrs. Jaya Pandey, and her personal life also; her behaviors are not good like her Character and Nature; we received a lot of complaints Earlier several times. She has a problem with his Husband and her Sasural people; lots of Cases also happen, like She does not like her mother-in-law as well as Father in law with their Family Members.
Earlier, We received Many complaints against MRS Jaya Pandey. She is fighting physically with her Mother in law and calling Abusive language, and always creating fights in the house.
But I am sorry to say that Mrs. Jaya Pandey is disturbing our reputable firm’s good image with her bad behavior and policies. The Head of the previous higher management was so kind and cooperative with the lower staff, but she often abuses us for nothing.

The purpose of this letter is to file a formal complaint against Mrs.Navneet Sachdeva and Jaya Pandey's Behaviors with all Co- Workers who work as (Transaction Monitoring analysts for Confirmation and settlement FX ). As there have now been several incidences between us that we have been unable to resolve, I feel it's appropriate to take the next steps in addressing my concerns.
On LAST 7 YEARS TO 10 YEARS, How both the Ladies worked in an Unprofessionalism manner in NatWest Groups, We are shocked without proper Ethics and playing politics with lots of Employees and spoiling their careers, and never accepting their own mistakes, Affairs with lots of Office Employees, Sexual Relationship with Staffs Member and Making fool to there Own Husband, Fighting with Family members like Mother is law, Sister in law, Father in law, Misbehaving habits in personal life as well as professional life.
All Employees were deeply affected by their words Because of Manager's Politics and/or actions, Both the Managers Behaviors fighting and abusing their families people and all Members and misbehaving with all Office Employees in the wrong tone, mostly Managers working from Home and taking advantage of hybrid mode and finding any Errors to Employees and Gave Wrong feedback to the Managements like Employees are not Working well. I hope that by bringing this to your attention, we can propose the resolution
Requesting for straight away Remove this kind of Female Managers from the office, spoiling all Employees Career, Both the managers have been at least 3 hours late every day and have made it difficult for us to turn in joint projects on time. As a loyal employee who works hard, I don't want to let another employee affect the productivity or the success of this project.
We are shocked how these Two Ladies become the Managers at NatWest Groups, Breaking breaches of the Rules and regulations of the companies, Not following the company's Ethics, and Untimingly Working schedules and Findings Employee Errors.
I believe it is in your best interest to please take strict action regarding the above-mentioned matter, Please Don't take it lightly
I write on behalf of the entire department. All Employees in this Department face several challenges as her behavior toward us is very rude and uncouth. Employees can’t concentrate on doing their work without her presence. Both the Managers treat us like slaves in his opinion are worthless. Kindly just change our manager or at least give him a stern warning and share all the matters with the Nearest Police Station also The staff of the department will be very grateful if this is done.
Note:-If anyone is supporting these two Ladies Managers that means the Entire Department is also Cheap and Disgusting only, I believe that this behavior violates the company’s policies against harassment/discrimination and has caused all Employees significant emotional distress they can't Focus on the Work.
I am also requesting that NatWest Groups conduct an investigation into this all matters again to determine if other employees have been subjected to similar behavior from Manager's Tortures or any Peers Behaviors that will make any Problems to other Employees.
These actions have created significant stress for all Employees and are impeding their ability to do the job effectively. I am requesting that you make immediate changes to your management style and work with a Different Work plan to improve communication and support going forward.
This incident has significantly affected all Employee's life/work/tenancies, causing inconvenience, frustration, and dissatisfaction in Work Balance.
I believe that it is in the best interest of both parties to resolve this matter amicably and efficiently. I kindly request that you take the following steps to address and rectify the situation:
Conduct a thorough investigation into the incident or issue.
Provide a detailed explanation of the factors that led to this problem.
Take appropriate action to rectify the issue promptly and Remove both Managers from the Office Immediately only
Implement measures to prevent the recurrence of similar incidents in the future.
Offer compensation or resolution that adequately reflects the inconvenience and dissatisfaction caused to any Employees.
How these two Unprofessional bellicose Ladies are Working In NatWest Groups for So many years, I was Shocked by this management.

Subject -All Managers are Unethical, Hateful Speech to the Employees, Using Personal Comments, Playing Politics in the Office, Bellicose Behaviors by Ladies, Rude Behaviors, and Making Fights between All peers or Colleagues with so many years in this NatWest Groups Companies.
I am writing this letter to bring it to your knowledge that we have been noticing the weird behavior of Mrs. Jaya Pandey and Navneet Sachdeva for so many years in your Company and they are Getting support from the Cheap of VPs, and HR Managers for the last 6 to 7 years. First of all, Managers are Never punctual, and she procrastinates a lot for work if Employees have some queries or Doubts about the Office.
Lady Managers take advantage of Opposite Genders - mostly taking leaves their for Work work pending, depending on others for their work too much and throwing the mistake with other Employees, Misbehaving with them, Finding any faults, Playing politics in the office, and always using Harsh tones with Colleague with lots of Personal comments like Why you are single, Not Married, Your Family background is not Good, You are Coming from Backward area, Insulting about caste/skin/colors and Making fight between Peers and throwing mistake to other Employees, Because of Jealousy behaviors by these two Cheap kinds of Lady Managers.
We are shocked how these two ladies became Managers in the last 6 to 7 Years in this Profile.? Why Should these two Ladies use lots of Personal Comments to any Employees in the Office? and Management are not taking any action in all these matters for so many years?
All the employees are shocked NatWest Groups are not taking any action against Unprofessional ladies Managers because here all Fraud Employees are there like HR, VPs, and Managers are spoiling Innocents Employees' Careers, Nobodies are interested to work with these people, and all Managers playing politics in the office.
As all Managers or Line Manager's behavior with all employees for last so many years, and senior Management are not bearable, now we can’t give you more chances.
Whoever is supporting these two ladies in these Organizations is a Very cheap and disgusting person, In front of higher Department people these two Bellicose ladies doing lots of acting, We are Innocent Managers like We don't know anything.
After this Complaint, if these two ladies are still not Fired that means the Whole management is Fraud and Disgusting only.
Hence, This is very unprofessional because everyone at work gets disturbed, and we have to do his work as well.
I request you on behalf of our department to take serious action against our all Employee's complaints. We are expecting a positive response.

2. We will share all these matters with Every Police Station and Every Verifications Department Very Soon.
3. Under 505(2), it is an offense to make statements creating or promoting enmity, hatred, or ill-will between classes By Mrs. Jaya Pandey and Navneet Sacdeva.
4. Under subsection (3), the same offense will attract up to a five-year jail term if it takes place in a place of worship, or any assembly engaged in religious worship or religious ceremonies these two Lady's Behaviors are not good with any Employees and always gave Negative feedback to any Employees consistency manners.
5 Making Fun against Employees in the office last so many years, Section 295A of the IPC defines and prescribes punishment for deliberate and malicious acts, intended to outrage the religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs in the office several times By Jaya Pandey and Navneet Sachdeva.
6 . Characterless Ladies Mrs. Navneet Sachdeva and Jaya Pandey consistently misbehaved with Hateful speech and Finding always fault against innocent employees and making trouble for them.

Hello All Team,
I am writing to report an incident of workplace harassment that I experienced during the entire month of June in the Gurgaon Location(Natwest Groups) on the 3rd Floor.
During my shift, Mr.Rajneesh Singh and Deepak Bagri made several unwelcome SEXual advances toward lots of Ladies in the office and made lots of Dirty comments and Enjoyed while I was working in front of the system late at 10 pm in the office as follows:-
1 Both are Discussing one lady's name and speaking. I will share the details with you, and we will go and Enjoy SEX satisfying some personal room. Then one person's Name is Deepak Bagri. He said, please speak low; otherwise, in the backside, one Lady is there. Her name is Mrs. Navneet. She was listening, then Rajneesh said Don't Worry, she is ### only, I was shocked to hear this kind of Word in the office? Which Department this kind of employee is working I don't know. Women need justice immediately., how is this kind of employee Working in the NatWest Groups?
2. In front of me, both of them are Seeing some PORN Videos and noticing me and acting. We are busy with lots of work.
3. Who is Deepak Bagri and Rajneesh Singh in your Company in FX Teams? As soon as possible, terminate these employees. They do not deserve to work in this Natwest Group, and whoever is SUPPORTing these cheap kinds of Employees they are also very cheap only.
4. I saw a consistent Manner in the last month. These two Employees always saw Women's Private parts in very Bad ways, Not working properly in the office, Lots of Gossip, and Lots of Comments about other Employees; several Times I spoke in the office with these two employees, and I know her Manager Name Mrs. Jaya Pandey how they are Ignoring this kind of Employees behaviors in the Office.?
5 Please do the full Verification for these two Employees'; all Mobile Histories of what they are doing in the office; I am checking MR. Rajneesh is taking some ladies' Photos Without her permission and Saving them on the phone, in Infront of me only -I am totally Shocked why He is taking selfies of any ladies' backsides. ?
6. Several times, I saw Mr.Rajneesh speaking very Dirty words in the office, like Kand kar diya Saala, Tune Mere Le liya, Moj Kar diya, Uske Chut mein Aag Daal Dunga, on the phone, etc. with No shame, while he is Sitting in front of me or all my Colleague in the office
7. Mr. Deepak Bagri and Mr.Rajneesh Singh are Coming From the Village family. How are they Selected for this Company?
8. It Might be. Here all Managers are also cheap, that's why they are getting values in the office. ?
9. This is also considered For SEXual Harassment of all women in Directly manner. They are not safe from this cheap kind of Lust that Male Genders
10. Why these two Male Genders Are Taking Unknown Female Genders Photo or Selfie Without Permission?
11. Here, All Managers, HRS, and Higher Departments are Sleeping. Requesting for Straight away Remove this kind of Employees from the Office.
This continued several times for me and my all Colleagues in the office last 4 to 5 Months, and I felt extremely uncomfortable and intimidated by the perpetrator’s behavior.
I believe that the conduct of the perpetrator violates the company’s policies against SEXual harassment in the workplace.
In this regard, I am reporting this incident to ensure that appropriate action is taken to prevent any further incidents of all women's Safety.
The Higher department should investigate this incident promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure all the women's Safety.
Requesting that you please Don't Mention my name in the office and take serious action; otherwise, my name will be spoiled in front of this cheap kind of male Genders.
I also request a meeting with all the Higher Department to discuss the incident further Confidentially. And to learn about the steps that will be taken to address this situation.
