Management Politics Spoiled the career
The manager's politics with HR is asked to fire at least one person from his team every six months. An internal appraisal system allows anyone to give feedback on anyone including your manager.
The manager is afraid that if he picks an existing employee Like Rahul, Deepak, or Navneet to fire he risks getting bad feedback from him/her or the team. This will be bad for his own career.
Teams come up with a devious plan by your Managers Jaya Pandey and Navneet Sachdeva. She opens a new position and hires someone from outside with the intention of firing him in a few months. They know the new employee will not know how the system works and can be easily fired.
After the new employee joins, she gives him the toughest possible work and hopes that he fails at it. Meanwhile, Jaya Pandey and Navneet Sachdeva plan to ask other employees to start writing secret feedback emails about the new employee to him like Utkarsh Kapoor, Yogisha Kapoor, Deepak Pagri, Smita Sinodia, Rajneesh Singh Other employees are more than happy to give fake feedback like New employees Behaviors is not correct, Performance is not Good, He is not deserve for this Profile and Managers also playing politics with New Employees career and make them Uncomfortable.
Good feedback, by any chance, is promptly discarded or hidden away.
At the time of appraisal, the clever manager declares that there is poor peer feedback for the new employee, and the new employee is Getting an Extension Letter or Planning to do Mental torture by the teammates or by your manager politics to the New employees and Finally, they win at this point. HR is more than happy to cooperate in this exercise.
Everyone is happy. The firing quota has been met. Manager and other employees saved their jobs and HR can loudly proclaim that poor performance is not tolerated.
A New employee's career has been destroyed, but sinister Jaya Pandey managers or teammates are always happy.
Note:- Shame on you for being so rude to Mr.Jogesh and Priyanka ?-Both of them Can't understand the Politics in your office -Some Innocent Employees Resigned from your Company
Note:- Why should your Current Employees with your Managers Jaya Pandey and Navneet Sachdeva or your teammates make fun of those who have already Resigned from the Company? This is considered for Personal Ego or grudge problems in your office.
I request that please remove all these Employees from the office immediately only.
