Today, I asked and made payment for Executive (15+yrs of exp) level services (resume writing, display etc). However, Naukri sales agent sold me a Senior level (8-15yrs) package. I noticed this anomaly once I made payment. Now, he justified stating "Sir! aapka 15yrs hai to 8-15 me thik hai". Who is he to decide whether I want Senior or Executive level. If I'm making payment for an Executive package, I should be getting the same.

Concern is if I have asked for executive level services and made payment for the same, why am I sold a senior package and confirmed by mails once I bought services. This is CHEATING and not expected from Naukri. (Unique CUSTOMER CODE is 130616CS833314 and TRANSACTION ID is 240105TS[protected]

Senior or junior level packages cannot be sold to Executive people just by reducing price and then justifying that services are the same. If services are the same then make all packages (Junior, senior, executive packages) of same price on naukri.com portal. OR, have some threshold and inform customer that Naukri cannot give a package beyond this price point. Misselling senior package at executive price is equivalent to forgery, cheating and indulging in unfair business practices.

Need my amount refunded back.

    I am writing to urgently address and resolve a critical issue with my account registered under the email [[protected]@personage.in] and [[protected]@gmail.com] on naukri.com.

    Issue with Job Postings and Account Access: I authorized the creation of two job postings via my account. However, I have been unable unable to access my account to manage these postings from the very beginning. As a result, I am receiving continuous notifications from applicants on my email [protected]@personage.in; but am unable to respond or interact with them due to the lack of access.

    Inefficient and Unresolved Support: Over the past several weeks, I have engaged with your team members, including Akanksha Soni, Tavishi, Khushboo Bansal, and corresponded through the [protected]@naukri.com and [protected]@naukri.com emails. Despite extensive communication, involving over 6-7 hours across 2-3 weeks, and creating new accounts as suggested, the issue remains unresolved. This process has been frustrating and time-consuming, reflecting poorly on the competence of the support team.

    Request for Prompt and Effective Resolution: I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation. Please either:

    Provide me with full access to my account, enabling me to manage the job posts and communicate with applicants effectively.
    Or, remove my accounts and the associated job postings to stop the influx of applicant notifications.
    This ongoing issue has caused significant professional disruption and mental distress and possibly reputational damage too. I expect a swift response and a resolution to this matter, which has been unreasonably prolonged.

      Today I've received a call and the person on the other side claimed that he is calling from Naukri.com its regarding my profile get blacklisted due to not responding to the recruiters. Legal team will visit my home since a challan was issued and a case is registered on my name.

      Below I am attaching the screenshot of the text that i received.

          I need to tell you that I got a call from number [protected]. They sent me a message that Your profile, forward legal department. You cannot apply to any job 5 years in MNC'S company. Court provide legal notice with challan and you have to pay challan in court with statement. @Naukri.com.

                I have updated all the employment details, education details, everything on naukri and my profile was 100% complete. Suddenly it reduced to 60% and started asking all the details again. My applied jobs section is empty, recommendations are not proper, and I'm sure I must not be visible to the recruiter as well. I am actively looking for a job and this will hamper the search heavily. Please look into the matter as this is a very serious issue.

                    I received two scam calls posing as Naukri.com employees. The first was from +[protected] who was asking me to send my documents for interview process which was fake.
                    After hanging up and blocking this number, I got a call from “Naukri.com employee” who started asking me why I’m not replying to recruiters and I have to pay this challan (image attached below). I have blocked both numbers, please look into this scam.

                      Extremely worse, not recommended to anyone as they are only good before sales. Once you pay for their services, they will disappear. You have to follow them only through emails, no other contract options even in current era of social media.

                      They have pre set formats and only copy paste your resume and convert to a very basic drafts, they took 14 days for my resume and even then it was just a simple AI converter without any significant value additions to my resume or profile. They have very limited working hours so you have to adopt as per their availability but even then they don't listen to what you say, always in hurry and at the end send you the same material with some cosmetic modifications.

                      One will spend more time then he / she would have done by herself /himself

                      I asked for refund, after that no more response from them.

                      They are spoiling the image of country plus spoiling the image of such services providers

                          Have received call from HR team stating my profile has been shortlisted for some of companies and if I will not apply to the same than my profile will be blocked and not able to apply for MNC's for 4 years and u have to pay penalties etc and here is the message I have received.

                          Your Profile forward legal department. You cannot apply to any job 4 years in Multinational company. Court provide legal notice with challan, and you have to pay challan in court with statement.

                                I have not received a single call. The customer support is not willing to help. They are running a scam. I could not answer their call for resume review they put the service on hold. Linkedin profile is not updated but they have charged me 3 months back.

                                    A girl from the naukri.com called saying there is opening in the Baijus. She explained half and randomly asked to open g pay and asked me to do procedures, I stopped in the middle saying that I wont send her the money. She started saying that naukri.com wont get job freely for people. Is this how Naukri .com is?? Are they training executives to get money out of people. I dont feel safe and am unsure to talk to people. The executive name is Arju

                                      I have taken their paid services. They said they will provide me opportunities on the behalf of my skills but they don't even schedule a single interview through any company. It's just a scam. Don't waste your money in taking naukri services.

                                        Your Profile forward legal department. You cannot apply to any job 8 years in Multinational company. Court provide legal notice with challan, and you have to pay challan in court with statement.
