Respected sir/mam,
My name is Piyush Kumar Mandal. I got a call from Naukri.com on 8th August 2017 from a number [protected]. The girl named Tanya asked me about my details and told me that my cv got selected for Wipro. Then she asked me to pay rs.2500 when denied by me she generated a challan of Rs. 17549. Then, I called her again and accepted to attend the interview. Next day my interview was done and again she called me and told me to pay Rs.7500 as said it was compulsory for the insurance. Then I paid it too.
After that, she again told me that I will have to pay 10000 to join the company. Then I refused to pay and asked for my refund.
On 10th August 2017, she called me from her personal number [protected]
and told me that I will have to pay Rs.4289 more to get my refund. I paid that too but didn't receive any refund. The next day she told me that Rs.4289 is not shown in the account and told me to pay again through patym. I denied and when contacted to another superior of the same office, she told me that due to her fault she will have to pay the comapny from her account and thus she is not refunding your money. The call came from the office of sector-88 Noida ncr. Sir, please help me out to get my refund. I sent her all the NEFT reference number and Transaction reference number but even then she denied about my payment. Then she told me that if you want to get your refund you will have to pay Rs.4289 again or else my till date submitted money Rs.14289 will go to company's fund
Rs.2500 was paid in a paytm mobile no.-[protected]
Rs.7500 was paid in SBI account named Devi with a/c no:[protected] ifsc:SBIN0004714(as mentioned in the text sent by her from her mobile no-[protected])
Rs.4289 is also paid in the same SBI account.
Please help me out to get my refund or else I will have to file a FIR against this fraud.

I am providing the details of the NEFT transfer amount to the SBI account name Devi.

Sir, I Miss Yashshree Deshmukh created a profile on naukri.com through which I got a call that I am selected for Mahindra and Mahindra at Nashik.Then my telephone interview was held by on 30/06/2017. Today I got a confirmation mail that I am selected for the training period for which I will have to pay an amount of Rs10, 500 .I just wanted to confirm that is it the mail from Mahindra or any fake idea.

This is an absolute unethical deactivation. Please provide us the neccesary documentation which made naukri to deactivate our sercvices. If not we will look if the activation is not happened we will sure escalate to the consumer forum because this is an absoute cheating form our service provider (Naukri) with all the necessary documents...

I got a call from [protected] (Ziya khan) on 5th august telling that my resume has been short listed by samsung company for junior engineer post.. For that i need to pay 1650 through paytm.. I paid that..
Next morning a gentleman from samsung called me and took a telephonic interview
After that another girl from naukri.com, miss ishita asked me to pay 8200 as training cost which is refundable.. I paid that too..

Next noon again ishita called me to sign a bond worth rupees 20500 which i denied to pay and asked her refund my amount..

She told me to pay 5000 as they have show the company a challan.. I paid that.. After that they asked me to pay another 7000 for generation of otp which is also refundable.. I paid that..

Today she told that she didnot get the 5000 and if i pay that today 20200 will the credited to my account today
And 5000 will be credited tomorrow..
I paid that..

But no transaction yet so far from their side.. Now they are not receiving my phone calls..

Sir my name is Ashutosh Maharshi i have received a call by naukri.com fory job regarding and promised me to get the job 100%, then i have paid all the payments as per naukri.com says but i didn't get the job .
Sp i call them to refund my all payments but they are not receiving my call .

Sir, i had uploaded my cv as a job seeker in naukri.com a month ago. I received a call from a person named rakesh bajaj saying that my cv has been shortlisted for l&t company. I was asked to pay a sum of 2500 & 8700 as a document verification money and training fees, which i deposited in the account given by them, then i was asked to give a sum of 12500, which i refused to pay. Now i am not able to contact the person. Sir, it was not a single person. I also had a telephonic interview also. Sir kindly look into this matter

I (Nupur arora) would like to grab your attention towards an issue regarding paid jobs provided by the same site "naukri.com".

I have attached some screenshots of payment done by me and confirmation mail for same job. Amount paid is rs. 12, 850.00 for finance executive job at mahindra & mahindra company. Saturday (05th august 2017) in morning i was asked to pay 16, 500 amount for background verification. I have been informed that this money would be refundable once the verification process is complete and in a timeframe of one week. My main concern is to know whether the person who is charging money from me are employees of naukri.com or are they into fraud.in the first call i was asked for different amount and that time i wasn't informed about the other amounts.

I humbly request you to inspect the matter and solve this as soon as possible. Looking forward to have proper co-operation regarding the same. Please find below name and contact no. Of person who contacted me.

Hi i got a call from [protected]@job4u.com. They said if i pay some amount they will confirm my job in well known mnc company. But after my payment i recognise they pepole are fake and i have strong proof agains those fake people. I paid 12000 please refund all my amount. Those ppl are made me telephone interview also. But now they demand for more money... Plz do something.

I have a call through naukri.com agent anika[protected] she offer me a job of a site engineer in aditya birla group. And she tell me to deposit 1800 rs as registration fee for telephonic interview and assume me for joining in group. Then i pay that amount then i clear the telephonic round then they ask me for 10200rs as bond security. Which i do. But then they ask me for 20800 for accomodation security. And they was saying that if accomodation security will not be paid by me then they will cancel my joining.
Please look over the matter otherwise i will take legal action against your fraud company.

It is to kindly take strict action against those who refers themselves as a employee/recruiters for various mnc's. They call you take registration charges, they convince you like anything giving big packages so that job seekers get attracted. On knowing personal information they call you that you have been shortlisted for mnc. Same thing happened with me getting call from a lady named pooja sharma and a man named anup gupta who acts themselves as a part of recruitment team.. Then they ask huge amount of money for document verification. I got doubt when they ask for huge amount. They said that hidden vacancies are created in which companies don't publisher vacancies. Company for which they provide me job is l&t.
By cross verifucation, came to know from the employees of l& t that there are no hidden vacancies created in such mnc's.

Raise voice against such fake callers.
I m attaching photos regarding same matter kindly go through it.
They love playing game with career of others for such big commissions.
Those should b liable for serious punishments under act of law.

She told me that she was from naukari.com nd for job placement in airtel n tata she said me to pay 2000 amount which is refundable i paid ot on 30 th march 2017 nd after paying that amount i called her for recruitment call then she transferred cal to her senior nd they told me to again pay 4500 rs for further process when i refuse that nd ask for refunding the payment they told me that they can refund me after 45 days of registration. When i cal after 45 days they said that we can refund u the amount u have to proceed remaining part of payment. N they cut my call.

Ritika (Phone no +91 [protected]), she call to provide me a job in mahindra &mahindra or l&t finance which my profile is shortlisted. First time she charged of rs 2950 for registrion fees. Then call reffer her hr department and girish named person (Ph no-+91 [protected]) to concern me about job and company. After he charged 8000/ rs for document verification. If i pay rs 8000/ then my profile going to the next level otherwise cancel of my profile. I paid total money. There after he demand more rs 12000/ for interview process otherwise cancel my profile. I have paid. Then he demand more 7000/ for confirmation charge. But i refused that. And refund my money to him. But he talk to me, if i paid rs 7000/ to compleate the process then money is refundable. Then i'm send a mail to naukri.com. There after a call from naukri.com's accounts department to me and saying same. (Pho no-+91 [protected] a/c dept). I have paid total rs of 22950/- for a job. But enough. I'm totaly confused. Please to take action for refund my money as quick time. Please...

I have been called by naukri no [protected], named as amit (I dont know whether he provided correct name or false) for mahindra & mahindra and told that they need to complete details on naukri fast forward.in first for registration they took rs 2000, which i completed through naukri fast forward website and later rs 4500 /- for documents verification, later he demanded more rs 15000 for final verification, where i doubted, since he told in initial that only 2000 will be needed, so please let me know how i will get refund of same.

They called me from a number and they said tht my cv has been shortlisted to tata motors company and they asked to me attach the documents so that if the documents is verified by the company 75% of the job is confirmed and further their will be telephonic round and face to face interview, but the condition is i have to pay 2500 rupees money to attend that interview round, and i hav paid it now.. And a call came saying that it was from tata motors hr. But dont know what is going on. The phone number in which i got call is [protected] and they sent messages in another number i hav uploaded the screenshot below.

I paid around 7, 000 for both indian and gulf jobs and have availed priority applicant service, resume spot light, resume display and jobs4you. Till now i have not received any relevant alerts. People sitting in the office are dump as they are very casual in answering. I have availed three months service and 1 month went in calling them and the saddest part is the issue is still not resolved.

Please do not use this service.
