Hi. This is nandini. I got the call from naukri executive. She said that my profile has been shortlisted. You have to pay rs 2000. Then further process will be happen. I agreed and paid rs 2000. But again they are asking me to pay rs 3500 extra you have not selected means money will be refunded within 7 working days.. Kindly ask them to refund my amount asap.

I got a call saying that my cv has been shortlisted for Hindustan Unilever ltd.They asked me to pay rs2500 as a security deposit.After that they took my telephonic interview and then called me the next day saying I have been selected for the job and then asked for rs 10000 as a letter of intent fee that the company woUldale return with my 1st salary..All the while I got official mail or anything such thing on [protected]@india.com ...I told them I cannot pay without any official notice from the company and then they told me that you have e to pay first then only Hindustan lever Ltd will send me an official letter of employment. All this is fake ..its a scam..please I request the concerned authorities to take sever action against such fraudulent practices.

I have sent this following complaint to all head of departments of cyber crime and any crime complaint email id I could find.
I am just like any ordinary citizen who applied for a job through naukri.com. I last updated my information on 12th April, 2017 about job interests as a assistant director. I received a call next day on 13th April for my approval to process ahead my interview over a requirement in Dharma Productions as a junior assistant director where I will have training for 45 days for which I'll be paid 22, 000/- and then a monthly salary of 28, 000/- I'll be interviewed on call and then in their office if I get selected. But to forward the process they made me pay 2, 525/- using either PayTM or Net Banking; as a refundable charge of registration.
I did pay them as far as they were so good into creating urgency. Next day on 14th April I received a call from PRIYANKA SHARMA who said is working at naukri.com as employment service consultant. She forwarded my call to junior HR of Dharma Productions for an interview, wishing me, "all the best !" I was being interviewed for around 15 minutes and he told me he has recorded this call and once the selection is done by senior HR, he'll inform me within an hour.
I received another call from Priyanka Sharma congratulating me for my selection in Dharma Productions with 75% qualification. They said they have to apply for offer letter for which they asked me to pay 7, 500/- for confirmation as an employer for training. Again they created an urgency and I tried to pay them. Anyway I was unable to pay them using PayTM so I asked for account number and gained some time as an emergency.
Next morning I sent them 7, 500/- through NEFT with 2.88/- extra charge. Account holder was Amit Kumar Verma (Canara Bank). After 2 hours Priyanka called me and asked for account opening charges i.e 15, 789/-
Now, I wanted some confirmation without which I wouldn't pay. They transferred my call to HR who explained me I'll get the offer letter the moment I pay them. I took the risky step as I saw myself already far ahead. I paid them 15, 789/- through PayTM.
I received a call from Priyanka in sometime that offices are closed and I'll have to wait till Monday 10:30 am.
I called her on Sunday, her husband picked it up saying she is in market.
NOW, today I received her call again and transferred my call to accounts department of Dharma Productions. He asked me to make a bond on 6 months or a year for which amount is 22, 000/- or 27, 000/- respectively.
Now, I strictly asked for no more payment unless I have face to face meeting. They were still trying to convince me somehow, but this has crossed the limit now. Enough of blind trust. About refund, they went on with their stories adding payments on and on. I was paranoid now and I made a police complaint and they never called me back. Never even returned my amount. Total 25, 814/-
Instead they are telling me I am being rude. Now, who is being rude ?
Again I got a call from ALOK CHAWLA after long time who says he is Consultant Manager at naukri.com and is asking me 10(10)D i.e. 40% of total refundable money which sums up to 10, 325/- after which I'll get all amount i.e. 36, 139/- through PayTM within 5 minutes.
I cannot follow this trust any longer.
I re-visioned their plot; how they transfer the calls in the same room. Tested me psychologically fit to dupe. Interview hoax. And enough of everything. This tests only my mental preparation to mingle in this world of fraudsters. I got a lesson on how to build a trust. By the way, this was my first step to work on my dream, first interview of my life.
If these employers are real and process seems known to you kindly hand over a proof. I have no intention of being harsh to these people, it's a basic human behavior after too much of blind trust on somebody only known on cell phone. All I asked was a face to face contact and only then a further process.

Final call from Alok Chawla was received from Priyanka's number.
Alok Chawla said he will send me an email regarding process of refund. I asked for personal proof to gain trust, but they say they won't ignore certain rules and regulations they are tied to.

I have nothing in my hand to believe them.

I attached the screenshots which still mentions my money is transferred to Naukri.com through PayTM. So, see to it and I'll be waiting for your reply.

I am karthick, a few days back i have got call from naukri, they have said i'm shortlisted for tata motors but have to pay 3500 for process. I paid that and didn't get any reply from them. After two, three day they were again contact me and ask for 12000 for further process. I paid both the amount but they didn't contact me yet. If i tried the numbers are not reachable. Also sent mail no response. Pls any one of naukri person kindly sort out this issue... And one more pls kindly give awareness about those people.

Receptionist called her name Priya Sharma from no[protected] she told me about vacancies in Tata Motors Ltd where no of post are vacant and i[censored] interested u have to submit Ur resume and documents.I submitted everything they demand and day after she informed me to get selected for interview u have to submit 2100 rupees for telephonic interview on given account no.[protected] TCS technical service .
They selected me after interview and demanded a payment of 10000 rupees but I refused to pay such huge amount of money but called me to assure my job in Tata Motors indor and agree me to pay half amount ie 5000 n I submitted.But they isn't responding yet.and after some dayI called him .He said to me, " pay the another half amount, "
But I refused this time and complaint against him but even police refuse to help by saying that this is not much amount of money .

Even initially I have been informed that a team will respond to guide me for the services and also customised my resume also been informed that soon i will receive relevant jobs and call. But after two months even I have not got a single relevant job as well call from any recruiter.

Whenever I call to Costomer care they ask me to do changes in profile even they have all the detail of my work profile. They dont have any connect with users. They are doing just formalities.

A job seekers having trust on you thats why we have spent our hard money but you guys just making it business. Your aim only to get money there is no difference in paid user and free users.

We have availed E Hire from Naukri.com (Infoedge India Limited) from chennai region, They promised to help in recruitment (rupesh.[protected]@naukri.com, ashish.[protected]@naukri.com, vijay.[protected]@naukri.com, rupesh.[protected]@naukri.com). Since we have closed the position as it is delayed from Naukri, we have requested to their team to refund the amount paid. Not a single CV from Naukri had been used by Mindzen in this process. Total of Rs 40, 250 was spent.

Earlier similar complaint was registered in naukri website itself, but no response. Mail had been sent to all th mail id mentioned above, but not a single person responded.Hence we humbly request you to help is refund the amount at the earliest.

There was fone call for job opening from naukri.com and taken payment from Paytm of Rs. 8438 in the month of october november.

He told job opening was in Nagarjun construction company ltd.
Nothing was found trust worth.
We have lodge complaint to the company official and consumer forum court.

I got a call from saying that they are calling from naukri.com and they have job opening in reputed IT firm i.e HCL, They have conducted a telephonic interview on my mobile on 16 March 2017, after paying rs 2350 as my referral amount. After the interview they ask me to pay more 7500 as they have to process for CRF verification also the HR of company HCL asked me to do so. After hearing this i refused to pay the amount and they said they will mail me the refund form. But now all the number related to there firm are switched off and i haven't received any mail. They also blackmailed me by giving a message of fake chalan that hold complaint against me. Due to which i have to forcefully have to pay that amount. I ask you to please catch them and refund my Money.

I received a call from miss. Pooja arya and she told me that she is talkimg from naukri.com. I applied a job on quikerr.com and she referred that. She told me to send my resume to mshrnaukri.[protected]@gmail.com. After that she told me that my resume is selected and i have to register in naukri.com and registration fee is 2150rs. She send me a paytm no. [protected]. As i am in urgent need, i submitted this amount on this no. She send me an id and said i would get a call from recruiter. I received a call and an interview was done. Than another person named aryan called me on behalf of naukri.com and told me to submit 4500 rs. As a fee for candidate verification. Again i paid this amount by paytm to [protected]. Than he told me that i am selected and send me a fake offer letter. I signed and send it. Than he said that company demanded an amount of rs. 12200 as security money for training period. I paid again by paytm to [protected] and [protected]. Than he told me to join on 5th april 2017. I got another call from someone named aditya and he told me that i have to pay rs. 13200 for further processing. If i would failed in doing so, my selection will be cancelled. I travelled 400 kms immediately to meet him but he didn't showed up. Security at the address told me that they have only person named aditya in their office and other names are not familiar. They even didn't allow me to go in. I waited for 5 hours outside the gate but no one came to meet me. I went their to verify their office and i was satisfied, i would paid them. But when i called him and complained about their ignorance, he misbehaved with me.
I returned to my place and called another person from their team. He told me not to worry and i returned. Now no one is receiving calls from me. How could i get my money back? Can i sue them for fraud and mental harassment. I am attaching screenshots of payments.

I contacted Naukri on 27/3/17 to write my Resume and upload my profile to potential employers. The contract was entered after payment the same day. I am a senior doctor and have a big CV. I was told that their expert CV writer would get in touch with me. A person did contact me on the 28 th March and I submitted my previous CV. He said that he would study it carefully and send me a firs draft on the 31 st. Instead I was surprised to get the draft on the 29 th itself. It was badly written by an amateur on a totally different kind of template for mangers instead of doctors. I made corrections wasting lot of time and sent it back. They didn't respond to me for two days. I called them on the 30 th & 31 st several times, sent several e mails and finally today after a long delay a senior CV writer spoke to me.
Their service is below par and unprofessional as they have not responded to customer queries in their arrogance.

Hi Team, I am Komal. On 28th Feb, 2017, I got a call from naukri.com for jobs. Her name was Anshika Jain ([protected]) . She asked for the
requirements and i said I am searching for a job in NCR region. Also, I was in a need of job therefore was interested.
At 1st she asked me to pay 1850 to proceed for a interview. I refused but they forced me and asked me pay the amount through Paytm [protected](Transaction Id : [protected]). They gave me reference Id for the interview as NRC0095.
I attended the interview well and after that I got a call from a person named Rahul ([protected]) and asked me to send photo, id, marksheets in the email Id (hr.[protected]@india.com) to prceed further.
On 1st March, a person from ([protected]) called me again and said as a part of security, you need to pay an amount of 11900 so that it is confirmed that you will join and they told me that the amount will be refunded within 21 days if i do not want to join. At first i hesitated and refused to pay but then they convinced me and asked me to make payment via paytm and they said they'll return back since it's an refundable security

On 2nd MArch, Rahul called me again and said your job is confirmed and sent me the confirmation letter. In that it was mentioned that as a part of Bond for 6 months, I need to pay 50000 which will be refunded to me in the 7th month after joining. After this, I refused to pay the amount and asked to cancel my process and initiate a request for money back which i paid earlier (as they said it will be refunded within 21 working days). At last they convinced me and I paid an amount of 50000 rupees and they said they'll return back since it's an refundable amount. I convinced my parents for the money and on trust I paid the money .

Moreover someone from ([protected]) called me saying I am from accenture and as a part of bond amount you need to pay this amount so that we can process your request. I said I have done the process, please proceed. I got offer letter from Email Id : [protected]@accenture.com.
Then, I called them and said I need to discuss about joining date, then, they said you need to wait for 1 month for the same. I said 1 month but you said it is confirmed. Then they said we cant do anything, company accenture will process your request and asked me to wait till 27th march, 2017. I called them on 6th March and they were not picking the call. At last he picked (Rahul) and said your money is safe and convinced me that soon accenture will contact you. Again, I called them on 23rd of march and and they said dont resign for now and wait till 27th March. After that they switched off the phone. I am trying to reach on all the contact since yesterday but I am not able to reach. please help me out, I need the amount, at least 50000, I really need the amount due to financial criusis. Please, please do help me.

This is an escalation mail for unprofessional attitude and action from naukri.com and we would like to put a claim for our loss of business, as we could not submit at 50 resumes to our clients.

The service of resdex was suddenly stopped without any information to us on 27th. I inquired and found out from naukri representative that the reason was not supplying the pan card.

This was a big surprise to us as we received the mail confirmation from naukri representative (Has mail as evidence), where she has mentioned on 20th that we can wait till we received the pan card and there is no need to upload the scanned image from nsdl where the pan number is clearly visible.
