Reference to below mail you can understand how Naukri.com is giving services to their paid users.
Even initially I have been informed that a team will respond to guide me for the services and also customised my resume also been informed that soon i will receive relevant jobs and call. But after two months even I have not got a single relevant job as well call from any recruiter.
Whenever I call to Costomer care they ask me to do changes in profile even they have all the detail of my work profile. They dont have any connect with users. They are doing just formalities.
A job seekers having trust on you thats why we have spent our hard money but you guys just making it business. Your aim only to get money there is no difference in paid user and free users.
