I have received a call from number [protected] and asked if i am interested in software developers position in dell company, she told me to send my cv and other documents for, i had send my details to the mail provided and on the next step she asked me to pay ₹2100 . I spoke with naukri customer care that confirmed its a fake call. I request to please look into the matter and provide security as per needed.

I hired following services from Naukri Team based on promise that I will be able to get more premium services and chances of getting job will be more.

Services Purchased
1. Visual for senior level (8+ yr) - Profile Highlighter Value pack -
2. Resume Display for 6 months for Profile Highlighter Value pack
3. Recruiter Connection 6 months - Profile Highlighter Value pack
4. Cover letter - Profile Highlighter Value pack - This writing is OK

These services were taken on 7th November 2016 and till date not a single employer has contacted me for my applications made.
.
I am totally dis-satisfied on Naukri over false promises over services which were promised to me which were result bound but nothing ( Not a single call or e-mail from recruiter ) has happened so far and to my surprise it is atrocious to mention your false promise to some like me who spent their hard earned money in STUPID facility like these promises.

To my surpise I am yet to get ATLEST ONE RESPOSE from any of the recruiter after making more than 145 applications suiting my profile. Looks like their all positions are totally false and they do not exists and their promise to sell your services giving false and rosy picture needy very senior Professionals like us and cheat us on our funds.

I wish to display this information on the web explaining my difficulties and my suffering if you deny to refund my amount of Rs.7688/-

Dear user,
i have got a call from [protected] number and he said that his name was vishal jaynt and he is calling from naukri.com
he cites that i have got an opprtnity from arabtec construction llc dubai n u will have ur telephonic interview on evening for tat u ave to pay 3000 rs.
and tey ave asked 5050 rs for certificate verification.. like tat they have took 48000 INR severe time.
every time they were asking money they will say tat this is the last time we will ask further more u dont need to pay anything like tat they took all the money.
at the end they asked to pay 35000 rs. i didnt given the money at that time then i asked my refund vishal siad e will give within weeks .
after one week i called them but vishal was unable to talk tey said that he went to leave for 2 weeks. i was calling tem severe times but teir answer was same.. my money gone i am in very bad situation please try to elp me. please, ,

It seems they are not at all bothered and just want to make money and not help the needy people. If this is the case, why do they offer paid services when they are not able to sweat a little for the needy people. I got a call saying that my cv has been shortlisted for hdfc bank.They asked me to pay rs2500 as a security deposit.After that they took my telephonic interview and then called me the next day saying I have been selected for the job and then asked for rs 9200 as a training fee that the company woUldale return with my 1st salary..All the while I got no official mail or anything such thing ...I told them I cannot pay without any official notice from the company and then they told me that you have e to pay first then only hdfc will send me an official letter of employment. All this is fake ..its a scam..please I request the concerned authorities to take sever action against such fraudulent practices.

Dear Sir
I availed Nauki resume writing services for my wife and added express delivery option (4 days).

I must say that I'm very disappointed to have taken this service. First of all, nobody called to understand the profile. Without consulting the person, they created the profile which is not at all close to the competency of the person. Secondly it's two weeks now and they haven't even completed the resume yet. I called them today to express my disappointment and nobody called to resolve the issue.

The account manager Yash at first took couple of hours to get on the call citing reasons of being at lunch. Then he promised to arrange a call with the resume writing people which did not happen. He's avoiding the calls now.

I advocated for this service to my wife as I had taken it 18 years back but I regret my decision to have done it now.

I would like to have full refund as I don't think your team is capable of writing a qualified resume.

Got a call for job offer from delhi being phone number[protected].They asked my qualification and told me that they have a urgent requirement in axis bank for junior accountant and for which i have to pay 2500 which is refundable on second round interview. I have forwarded all my qualifications certificate but by the time i browsed does naukri.com ask for the money so i got these feed backs.please look it in the matter with greater details

I am Dinesh .I got a call from nakuri and asked to pay amount for fats forward services.but I am asking for a invoice for paid amount.no response from nakuri employee so I gonna file a case against nakuri.com.he said 100℅ placement assure.but he is not ready give invoice for the amount paid so far. Customer care says that it's a fake calls but I paid through nakuri.com fast forward service link.

This is to inform you that representatives from a website named http://www.getemployments.com/ contacted me yesterday specifically informing me that they are from naukri.com (I had uploaded my CV on naukri.com only and on no other website/app) and that I had certain job offers. I was made to pay a fee of Rs. 2415 via PayUMoney. Details are as follows:

Name of the concerned person: Ms. Radhika Sharma

After payment of the initial fee, they started asking for another hefty amount of Rs. 6345 for further compliances such as verifications. I asked for sometime to pay the amount and started enquiring about them. After a lot of questions they finally answered that they were not really from naukri.com and rather from getemployments.com. They vehemently opposed that they had never claimed to be from naukri.com and upon further confrontation they said that certain executives might have said it. They also said that naukri.com had sent my CV to getemployments.com for searching for jobs and that it was for endorsing guaranteed vacancies! Before the confrontation and up until then I was made to talk to "Senior HRs of naukri.com". They continuously told me while transferring my calls that you will be talking to this specific person of naukri.com.

It is beyond me as to how they had gotten a hold of my CV which was only uploaded on the website of naukri.com. A CV is supposed to contain a lot of private details about an individual and it seems from this episode that it is seemingly easy for any third part to get hold of a CV in the guise of naukri.com. Kindly apprise me as to how they could get hold of my CV so easily?

After asking for refund they started dillydallying and said that I would get a mail by 6 in the evening. But till now, there is no sign of any email for the refund. upon calling them again and threatening to report them and take adequate legal action, there was no follow up regarding the refund.

Looking forward to your response and adequate action.

My name is Dipesh.. even i received a same call from nakuri. com.. saying i ve got short listed for hdfc bank as a cashier after submitting my documents they asked for registration fee approx 2145 again after few days they asked 4500 for verification which i paid.. i even had phonic interview which i found doubtfull, i haven't got any email nor call from the bank.. and now again they are asking for 10200rs for security deposit.. im in a very doubtfull situation i asked them for my refund instead they replied in a rude manner & told me 2 wait untill 45days.. now they dont even receive my call.. please help let me know.. [protected]
