I reported a problem earlier as stated below. but that complaint was closed with out any resolution.

My name is T.J.Sivaraj and I have been using the Naukri account for past 16 years for job opportunities. Mine is a premium profile and it has highly critical and client confidential information.

All my information was disclosed to public through one of the prospective client ( Man power Consulting company )...

I have taken the Fast forward service long ago but still my service not activated. I sent my resume long back to asked mail id and whenever call I get informed that I mail id not found or sometime my phone no not found. sometime I excused with lack of information. Now situation is like Naukri ask me to take another service to activate old one with extra Money. I paid instance when Naukri told me and got assured my service will activate after...

And they want more 14500
But not giving...

I took resume writing service from naukri.com amounting rs.3075 mentioned on their website.

Later, i got call from naukri.com saying that i 'll get same resume which i have uploaded on naukri.com and there will not be any changes.

They asked me to pay 3, 000 extra to avail resume writing service and are also denying to refund the amount which i have paid....

I have seen an suspicious account in name of our company. And we dont have or didnt open any account in your website. While trying to open we have seen this account. I received a call from naukri.com.. She told me that i'm shortlisted by naukri.com for mahindra and you will have to go through interview rounds like telephonic and personal interview. So for telephonic round ull get a call and after that ull have to register 1800 rps. Which will me refunded after the interview. So along with the documents youll have to b ready for interview ... My self Nitin verma i deposited the amount 8200 hundred in icici bank by the name of A2z Solution and services for the post of back office in hdfc bank. I received the offer letter in my email but after few days they are saying that you have to deposit 13000 in icci bank to get the joining but there is no such discussion about that now they are not refund me the money back its been a two month Can you please help me

I have received fake call from a certain Anjali Sharma[protected]_, who claims to be an employee and promised me to fix inteviews with big companies like IBM, Capegemini, Tech M etc.

I was asked to submit my resume to [protected]@asia.com and pay up an amount of Rs. 1650 /-

I searched Google and it is fake as [censored]. Please take some action against these people....

Payment made in full in advance on Sept 29, no service as yet, just a few hours service we received though paid for 3 days.

Their sales exceutive Animesh did tell me many time on the call that the service package is for the 3 days against a payment for INR 5748 which i did on Sept 29 and they said from Oct 1 as date set by us, they gave a service for a few hours and around 11:45 PM on Oct 1, they stopped...

I have a call in the name of naukri.com for job from preety and vishal they tell me to submit some document for job search next day they call me n mail me that i m shortlisted for axis bank and registration with submission of rs.3000/-
After that they tell me for a call next day from the bank but next day they call me and told me that i have to pay more amount rs.6500/- for document verification when i reject for that they stop calling...

Cheated by naukri executive
Got a call from rohit sharma (Ph # [protected]) from naukri regarding paid services.
He explained that i have to pay only rs.2530 for this service. Based on this i have paid the money through debit card. Once i paid the money the executive told i need to pay rs.3600 again to avail the service.
I felt cheated by this as the executive did not mentioned about rs.3600 till i paid...

Naukri fast forward service is completely cheating. They will keep calling all job seekers and ask them t take fast-forward service to get more profile views from employers and chances of checking our profile is 5 times better than regular profiles. So we have to pay close to rs. 1400 dated 12 Sep -16 to get the service. JOBS 4 U. i have no any job mail & SMS received.

My personal experience...

My brother received mail with below details and he made payment as per mail but after that they told that he has to pay more money for verification purpose.He paid also.But after that he did not receive any call and their phone is getting switched off.

My wife name mrs. kavita patil, they have offer she hr generalist position in ibm india pvt. ltd. they first told she to become paid member the registration fees is rs.1999/- and afterward they took my interview in telephonic conversion they told she you have selected. they again told she pay rs.10500/- for verification. after 3-4 days they told she again pay rs.15700/- for applying credit card and to open bank account it is company policy....

I want to bring you r attention to the fact that since two months I have been applying for various job openings but not received response yet, but the job openings for which I have applied through shine.com, receiving responses.

I have always believed in the naukri.com service, this time why it is happening so, thats why felt to share the feedback....
