My Name is Dayashankar Dewangan . The Job Is offer By Naukri.com So I am intersted then i am apply For the Job . Job Is “ ICICI Bank Ltd. ” for “Back-office Executive” in my preferred location “ Raipur ” i give such amount in naukri .com But they are not give a job So i say give my money back but they are not refund my money .The Person Was talk to me name is abhishek and think this is a case of cheat and fraud.

please help to refund My money back.

You at naukri.com does not care about your customer's privacy, you give candidates mobile number to that fraudulent callers against which i have submitted police complaint. So please dont do like that.
All information provided to you is available to them. It clearlyl states that it is provided by naukri.com.
SO PLEASE BE LOYAL TO YOUR CUSTOMER OTHERWISE STRICT ACTION COULD BE TAKEN.

Naukri.com have many sub agents though Naukri.com never accepts this but it's a fact. I will tell u how these Naukri. Com works. First it gives u discount and then to recover these discounts these sub agents keep on calling you offering jobs for a minimal amount which doesn't exist. I have never seen any body getting interview calls or jobs. It's a complete scam. In Delhi we have many such scamsters one among them is Quick Job's. Another one is Shine.com. These all are fraudsters to the highest extents. They don't have any jobs with them. My appeal to the people is once they ask u for money then u should refrain from attending their calls. As I said earlier these are one among call centre scams which needs to be shut down immediately.

I m able to log in on naukri but unable to apply for any of the job it says monthly quota expired i dont want any quota for application rubbish is going on preventing a jobseeker to apply for opportunities
hereby i confirms that i dont need any of your fake and fraud services they all are worthless and rootlless and teeling you to activate my id remove that all rubbish from your side so that i could apply and make sure this didnot...

On 23-nov-2016, i requested regarding a fast forward service with naukri.com and one of its customer service employee, saumya srivastava contacted me. She told me that its a premium service to get job alerts. Further on she insisted me to go a naukrigulf services, which will provide international opportunities all across the world.in spite of my query regarding whether it only for middle east countries she told its for worldwide. But after payment only i came to know its only for middle east countries. Its a true example of fraudulent information being passed to convince its customers.

I raise this complaint so that this kind of misinformation for convincing customers must not be encouraged.

I got a call from naukri (located in noida) before 6 months, and i have regested in naukari website also, and also i am having that refral code, till now i am waiting for final comformation. and i compleated telephonic interview also. and i deposited rs.24, 000 as per thair requirement in installments. while paying the money on every paied recept back side they are saying to write the refral code and name.4-november is my joining date, from past 6 days i am calling them, all numbers there provided got switched off.

Guys, do not buy naukri paid services, i buy the services 15days back.. There is not relevant to send jobs, fake and falls commitments, mr. Rajib sarkar, such a pure sales man. He committed so many things and now the days after payment done. He couldn't answer the calls or sms. Even i had send the mail to naukri head, she also not taking any necessary steps, so guys it's purely fraud ans fake services. Please.. Please.. Please "do not buy naukri paid services"

I had bought naukri fast forward paid services for which amountof rs 3200/- was deducted twice from the account number:[protected].
1st it was deducted on 14/10/2016 (Ref no:[protected] and then agaring it was deducted on 25/10/2016 (Ref no:[protected].

I was planning to use their service and they send me a quotation by email. I paid them the money earlier (Before completion of step 1c of their service). I paid them the money, because the sales person wanted to cover their quota for that month and had requested for the payment earlier. So to help them out i sent the payment earlier.

After sending the payment, everything was kept on hold because i was waiting for the right time to begin the search of new staff. However my situation changed and i no longer needed any new staff.

I asked naukri.com (Sandeep singh, dishank sharma and shweta singh) many times to return the money back to me (Us$4000), i even suggested that they can keep us$500 for their troubles and return us$3, 500 back to me, but they refused to return the money back.

Based on thee terms and conditions mentioned in their quotation, the payment was due to them after we completed step 1c of the process. However we did not even start working on the step 1.

The payment was sent with an intention to use their service and was made in good faith. I am so disappointed and shocked that an indian company can do this to another indian (Nri).

Hi, I had been contacted via naukri.com via call by 2 people.
They asked me to pay certain amount in order to conduct the interview for my job in Reliance industry and I paid the amount.
After the telephonic interview, they started asking me to pay some more amounts day by day..to which I denied.
Now when I'm asking for my refund they are asking commission for that also.
10 days ago they asked for the commission of 2k and today also they called me and literally ordering me to pay the commission or else I won't get my refund. It's totally maladroit how these cheapskates asking for commission.
I want my all money back and ask all the job seekers to beware as these fake people are too perfect in their conning money begging acting.

I reported a problem earlier as stated below. but that complaint was closed with out any resolution.

My name is T.J.Sivaraj and I have been using the Naukri account for past 16 years for job opportunities. Mine is a premium profile and it has highly critical and client confidential information.

All my information was disclosed to public through one of the prospective client ( Man power Consulting company ) of Naukri. Someone from the consulting company downloaded all my information available in Naukri database and revealed that to the public. It is a serious threat as it contain lots and lots of confidential information.

I need your immediate attention to consider it as a high priority and investigate this issue to identify the people who were involved to steal all my information from the Naukri professional database and shared it in the public forum.

I called the Naukri customer care number to report this problem, they routed me to different people and asked me to send an email to [protected]@naukri.com. But I haven't got any response from any one yet.

Please call me urgently to discuss on this issue and immediately stop the further leakage of my information.

I have taken the Fast forward service long ago but still my service not activated. I sent my resume long back to asked mail id and whenever call I get informed that I mail id not found or sometime my phone no not found. sometime I excused with lack of information. Now situation is like Naukri ask me to take another service to activate old one with extra Money. I paid instance when Naukri told me and got assured my service will activate after 4 working days. But after 10 days over yet not service activated. I asked for refund money but they said no such policy but also there are no sign to activate the account. what I can do? I already called them more then 15 times but no positive response. Rs 4650 is good amount of money and they are doing it to with lots of people.

What is happening with Naukri?? Am I got cheated ? Looks like. Please help me to get refund my money as the service yet not started to count. I can not pay extra money as it is illogical. Looking forward for help.

I took resume writing service from naukri.com amounting rs.3075 mentioned on their website.

Later, i got call from naukri.com saying that i 'll get same resume which i have uploaded on naukri.com and there will not be any changes.

They asked me to pay 3, 000 extra to avail resume writing service and are also denying to refund the amount which i have paid.

I received a call from naukri.com.. She told me that i'm shortlisted by naukri.com for mahindra and you will have to go through interview rounds like telephonic and personal interview. So for telephonic round ull get a call and after that ull have to register 1800 rps. Which will me refunded after the interview. So along with the documents youll have to b ready for interview ... As soon as i heard registration fees for interview i said i m not interest and this was the fraud call guyz... I said ma'am no company does this like for interview they take fees. She replied have you given interviews before, i said i m currently working in xyz company ... So i better know this ... And said im not interest and cut the call... Contact number was[protected]
