On 25 june 2016, i receive a call from [protected] with the company name of naukri.com and the person introduced himself as aditya. He told me that there is a vacancy in tata groups and to apply asked me to send a scanned copy of my degrees, experience certificate and, 10th and 12th mark sheets. I sent all the scanned documents on the email id, [protected]@india.com. On 26 june, adiya told me that the company has selected my resume and he will arrange the interview with hr. But for that he asked to pay rs.2500/- to generate a reference id and the amount is refundable. On 27 june, before depositing the money i received calls from the hr manager named ankit (Phone number [protected]) and his senior siddharth (Phone no. [protected]). Ankit guided me how to deposit the money also asked me to send a photo of deposition receipt. I deposited the cash in the account with name of mr. Aadil (Account number [protected]) in sbi bank and sent him a receipt copy.In response, i received a confirmation mail from [protected]@india.com which has a reference id number. On 27 june, i received the interview call through tata chemicals from contact number [protected] and naveen gupta was the name who took my interview. On 29 june i received a mail, according to which i got selected and has to pay rs.7000/- for crp verification done through shine.com. On the phone, ankit asked me two more documents for verification that were pan card and aadhar card. I followed his procedure, mail him a soft copy of pan card and aadhar card and, deposited the money. This time i paid the amount by check (The check was of punjab national bank and check number 081665) in the same mr. Aadil account and again sent him a receipt copy. Check got cleared on 30 june. After that he called me on 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 11th of july to inform me that verification is in process. On 18 july, ankit called me to inform that my verification is successfully done and, for further process i need to pay rs.15000/- for opening a salary account and internship charge. With the money he asked me one photo and signature softcopy for account opening form. I sent him my photo and signature, and asked him to send call letter issued by tata chemicals. Next day on 19 july, i received a mail from [protected]@india.com stating that i have been selected for tata chemicals, joining is from 16th august 2016, salary package, joining location, payment of rs.15000/- for completion of further process and, call letter from the company will send me through courier. I called him and asked why the company has not contacted me yet directly as i got selected, in response he replied they will contact me after process completion. On 20 july, i denied him to pay and asked to terminate the application as i don’t want to proceed further with rs15000/- payment. On the same day i asked him to refund my money, he replied he will ask to his senior manager and will let me know. I also dropped an email for refund. He hasn’t replied to my mail yet. I have been trying to contact on the phone numbers given to me but aditya’s number is switched off, ankit’s is not receiving and siddharth’s number is saying wrong number.
Please help me to get my money back.
