I got a call from some Mrs. Mehta(employee of naukri.com) regarding online data entry job. There were 3 projects that I needed to complete for which they would pay Rs. 8000 per project. Firstly, Mrs. Mehta told me that its not mandatory to complete all the three projects but later when I did the registration (with a fee of Rs.1000) I was told that I have to complete the three projects. Then they took an extension charge of Rs.250 for delayed submission of a project. Also, they were supposed to give me each project of 350 pages but instead they gave me the second project of around 500 pages and the third of 200 pages. But I had to complete the 500 pages project within the same period of time i.e. 10 days. Because of this I had to pay 250 extra and take an extension. After submitting the three projects I wasn't paid a single penny(and was supposed to get Rs.24, 000). Mrs. Mehta blocked my no. I tried to call her from different no.s but no response. Mr. Wilson who was supposed to be the instructor was very rude and misguiding. I made the payment in "Mr.Madhav Jena's" account. Its a case of complete fraud. I didnt expect this from naukri.com. Now all my friends know what a fraud naukri.com is and I will suggest everyone not to trust naukri.com. I would prefer monster.com instead.

I bought this service in order to highlight my profile.
What these people did was to change my profile to something which is not atall relevant to any one.
Seeing the profile is like it has been updated by 12th pass. No knowledge of anything.

I have invested 30 hours to build my profile which got screwed by someone in team
I dont need money back i dont need anything just want my profile to look as it was before.
I lodged complaint to agent and customercare just with a call that we will do it they closed the ticket and nothing happend.

Can anyone please share highest authorities number or email address so i can lodge an official police and consumer court complaint against misselling and changing the profile without consent of mine.

Two week back I have taken naukri FastForward service, Actually looking job out side India .Hence I have register in naukri and paid 8500 INR.
But till now I have not got any single call from naukri.

Really this is very bad services from naukri and I would suggest ppl don't go with this services and don't invest your hard money.

I was contacted by this person praul mishra (Email id parul. [protected]@naukri.com) and i had paid usd 135 for the fast forward services for job search in abroad. After this i had sent my latest cv to this person after which i had been getting multiple calls asking me to subscribe for the cv writing services for usd 210, i denied for this service every time i got a call from parul then when i had prepared my own resume and sent it to her she never replied for a week even after sending reminders, i'm not sure if this person is running some scam in the name of naukri.com i would like to get some clarity on this. If this person is really employed with naukri.com then i would like to request for a refund of the amount that i had paid.

We had submitted our advertiment to Mr Vikram from Naukri's Pune branch for posting. However when the ad was posted we were shocked to see many mistakes in posting as follows.

1. Profile was manipulated to add some qualifications like degree in electronics, instrumentation etc which was not part of our ad
2. Key skills were changed from what we had given without our permission.
3. Email Id was incorrect as a result we did not get responses on our mail. We came to know about this only when we followed up with your representative.

We hope and expect that the ad is posted correctly without any mistakes.

I anand kulkarni have registered for paid services of naukri.com since than i am following up and trying to get in touch with the executives but not able to contact them at all. Every time i call the call centre they tell they will arrange call back.

If i have to rate the Naukri.com I’ll give 4.5 out of 5. When i was in need of job one of my friend suggested me to refer the Naukri website, earlier I was finding it difficult to use and waste of time but when i actually started using it i found it very convenient to search the job and started receiving the calls from the recruiters. I decided to opt the paid services from them and i took resume writing service first from them. They put their special efforts and made the wonderful resume for me as per international market. I am highly likely to suggest your services to other jobseekers that I will come across. With best wishes & gratitude.

It was discussed during the confirmation process in feb 2016 with mr sanjay gora, that naukri.com will be sending job oppurtunities to me in uae region every week after registering at naukri fast forward services and for that i had paid aed 800.00, but now its may 2016 and i have not received even a single oppurtunity.

I had sent a complaint mail to mr. Sanjay and still waiting for his reply.

My only concern is that dont cheat people and dont dupe their hard earned money. Either provide the service or else return the money.

Hi i got a call from call4naukri. They said if i pay some amount they will confirm my job in well known mnc company. But after my payment they made all phones as switched off [protected] (Suresh). All are fake please ppl who all r getting call from naukri and asking to pay don't pay all are cheaters fake. Please refund all my amount. Those ppl are made me telephone interview also. But now no response from them....

I had a call from ms./mrs. Radhika patel from this no. [protected] new delhi saying its a call from naukri.com, and that i have been shortlisted by a well-recognised pharma company; and my resume was forwarded to her by them. She said if i pay them rs 2500 she will guarentee my job there, but when i disagreed to the paid service she started threatening me by saying she will block my resume in naukri and will see to it that i wont get a job anywhere. Is this the way naukri.com treats their consumer?

I have been applying at the Naukri website for nearly 1 year now and not one single reply I've got has been genuine with a genuine interest. The people who call dont even know how to talk in English well enough and they pretend to offer a job and the list of frauds is unending. Then I decide to get a RESUME DISPLAY service and start getting calls from NAUKRI CONSULTANTS, all from Uttar Pradesh by the way, even though I'm in Mumbai and they have an office in Mumbai. The consultant talks as if he's doing such a big favor on me that if you're not interested say so what's the point in delaying. AS IF IVE GOT TONS OF REPLIES FROM NAUKRI AND MADE TONS OF MONEY FROM THESE PEOPLE, I'll tell you if you dont want to provide a service close down NAUKRI.com let someone else do the service PROPERLY THAN DELAYING IT.

I have opted for a paid certification course from Naukri Paid Services and was promised that I can cancel the registration within 7 days is I am not satisfied for any reason. After confirming the registration the same day I tried to contact the representative but was not reachable. Before going for the service the rep use to call 10 times a day and once the registration was done, and money was transferred he was not even replying any calls and email. After too many emails later I got a call and I explained him the issue and asked If this is not possible please cancel my registration as it is in a cancellation period. The replied that he will try to provide the resolution for the issue. This conversation took along and they stretched out the issue to near a month.

Now they are neither providing the resolution and if asked for the cancellation the answer is it is beyond the span of cancellation.

So, technically it was not my mistake, as I have tried to contact the sales rep on the same day of registration and was assured for resolution.

I am stucked with 20, 000 rupees paying to naukri.com.

And now Naukri.com is arrogant and saying the registration can't be cancelled.

Fraudulent services of Naukri.com. Regarding customer ref no.- 151110CS2370803 CRM:0052163.

The following commitments were made during the first call -
1- Automatic update of Naukri.com account. However it has been noticed during the mail conversation that profile is required to be updated by self and it is not an automatic feature provided by Naukri. However it was assured during the call that profile will be refreshed automatically from backend.

2- Recruiters offer- All irrelevant offers/ spam messages from recruiter.

3- Irrelevant job openings - Very poor selection of job openings are being sent on Tuesdays and Thursdays. None suits my profile.

4- No assistance from staff.

I am very dissatisfied with Naukri.Com Career services. I paid money for nothing. No relevant job openings are sent. All promises made during the sales call were hoax with no commitment to proper service. I have received calls from recruiter only twice during last three months of association with Naukri Fast Forward service. Therefore, I would like to get refund of total amount of Rs 3830 paid to naukri.com.

This with related to the resume service display I have opt for on 23rd April . One of they advisor had called done verification and discussed on my preference of jobs. Later this advisor insisted on opting more of services which wasn't told earlier while I was applying for resume display.
My complain is towards the employees which naukri hires, no sense of respect . When I later insist on not paying for further services the advisor shut the phone on me and than I called the customer care which showed least interest on my concern of taking back my services or complaint .
The entire picture " Naukri" - here is that we don't care once we have the money . Which is absolutely not acceptable !!

The number of fake companies on Naukri are unlimited and on top of that the consultants call you as if they are the most honest people on earth. Will ask all questions about you and your company but not give any details of who is calling and which company they are calling for. The number of fake calls I get a day is unlimited.

Hi my self rajesh singh i am from ghaziabad i am a without paid coustemar of nokri.com on 12th of september 2016 i got a coll from the no. [protected] and [protected] named diya singh she told me she are colling from nokri .com and offer me a package in 2000 rupees i paid him 2000 rupees after paing she demand me for 5000 rupees more i want to know that she is actually from nokri.com. I saw many candidates demanding refund or complaining regarding naukri.com. if any consultant or agent demand money for job or visa and you pay the money without proper verification then how naukri.com is responsible for your mistakes???? if I demand money then will you Pay??? how you can pay then money without verification??? making fake id or arranging mobile no on fake id is not a big deal??? naukri.com not responsible for any thing! candidates have to verify everything before final decision. you are engineer and well educated person. don't trust anyone otherwise people will think you didn't have conman sense .

My one of a friend named sonu chourasia has joined an online data entry company named as fast forward service.The company gives a specified task in every week, he works for 1 month for that company and the salary was 24000.The company took a registration charge of 1000.But the company refuses to pay him the salary after one month even he has complete his whole task very efficiently and accurately.If the company did not like his task it refuses in the first week but after seeing my friends 1st and 2nd week work he provides the next tasks to him regularly but when one month completed and now the time came for salary it refuses, kindly take any strict action regarding this as he belongs to a poor class family and he has spent his most precious times and potential for this company.

Please find the fake email received from fake consultant named sadhna and id [protected]@nextnaukri.in and mobile number of sadhna is [protected]. Please dont go for any intervews like this they shall loot you.
