I have made few calls and send several emails to get the refund of the money taken from my card without my confirmation for payment . The refund is requested due to the fact of the miscommunication one of the agents had with me one week back. Due to the fraudulent charges, I was forced to inform my bank to block the card immediately and there is a charge of KD 60 which I am supposed to pay now to get the card reissued.You may take necessary action against the concerned agent and ask to set the process right not to allow any agent to take the money from any credit card holder without his consent with the requested pin numbers which they followed in the first transaction I had with your team. Numerous people spoke to me on this subject and everybody was trying to justify this act and the process followed by the concerned agent and all are of the opinion that we will not refund the money at any cost. If the customer is not availing the services there should be a process for refund of money. Who ever calls from naukri.com do not call back again with a solution for refund of money. Request your immediate intervention to refund the money taken from my credit card issued in Kuwait . Awaiting for an immediate solution on the above subject.

One person call me and said he is calling from naukari recruitment team he said your resume has help been shortlisted by Dabur LTD. you have to send document of scan copy once it has been approved we will call you back. then i have sent all those documents after one day he called me and said your document has been verified by our team and Dabur company also so u have to register now rs 2600 beginning he said no other charges and also he has sent a mail from naukari.com also after registration i got one more call you have to pay 5200 as verification fees otherwise your we wont give job offer to you if you pay this wi will give assurance job i have also paid that one. and again one more person called me and said you have to pay security deposit 9990 i refuse to pay he tried to convince me but i have not paid. now there is no repose kindly

I am getting ridiculous emails everyday and i tried to delete my profile ... which this site does not even have a option to .. They do not allow you to delete your profile once created. Naukari site do not have a option to get a profile deleted, meaning they keep the data of a person without there permission. which is illegal a company cannot keep any one's details without their permission and if they keep that is for a period of time as agreed my customer. They do not have a option on the website for the profile deletion... which presumably get me to believe that they keep the data and share with other companies which is again an illegal.act. I want this to be dealt with on priority basis..want my profile to be deleted and the details. and the organization should get a way created to get the profiles deleted if anyone want to .. to be placed on the website. I will personally be looking into this and will take legal actions in future if not taken care of ASAP.

Yes they do have a option of invisibility but again profile details are still there with them profile details do not get deleted it is just not visible to companies/other people...
comming to the same point they still have the details of person...

naukari need to get a tab created for profile deletion .. which every company organisation is bound to follow the legal norms ...

Or naukari just ant to keep the data with them so that they can sell to other peopleorganisation/companies ???????????? Question

I have been called from Niagara Employer on the month of Nov 2013. I have paid more than 1, 15000 thousand so far saying that they will provide me job, no service they have provided so far, If I called them now a days they are not picking up my call, initially a person swetha contacted me then Tom later shahil, priya, vishal butt lot more., Each and every time I was calling a new person will take up your call and say that they will be in touch with you but they never revert you back until you do so, their in the organisation itself some persons stolen the money cheating the organisation so kindly don't deposit the money in any of their personal account whatever case they do so, Initially i payed 400 then 10200, then 22249 then 30000 then 15000 again 30000 I did so far, they will pressure you to do the payment immediately after you paid they will never revert you back. if they call you back in the sense they need money from you again its like alarm. Till today i'm trying to reach them up but I couldn't reach them at all. if anybody got fooled like this let us all unite and fought for our money, Does anybody can help me out to resolve this issue. i have all proofs against Niagara Employer which I did payment.

I opted for a career service (job alerts ) from naukri.com have also made the payment of Rs. 1850 for same. In week's time, I received an email from Naukri saying that they are unable to process my service. I asked for repayment which they agreed, however amount was never credit back to my credit card. As of 21st sept 2014, I have made more than 6 phone calls, spoke to 3 customer representatives (Taruna, Hari and Divya who is also team lead ), each time I am promised that my refund would be made in 24 to 48 hours but till date there have been no refunds. its over a two months now I am waiting for refund from Naukri.

Please tell me www.stepnaukri.in website is fake or true ? They contact me few days ago and told me that they will provide good job agst Rs.1000/- registration fees for life time..Please guide me and reply me my mail [protected]@yahoo.com

dear i would like to say that this is a good website thank you very much to provide me a gaod job and service that step naukri provide to me. but i have 1 complaint it take too long time and want money for service charges but provide me a confirm job. I have a great experience with this website and i think is service is excellent and long to continue. but they provide only 1 year services only.

I feel it's a good website because I got much advantage from it. It's really helpful.

Me and Many of my friends have registered on it and got job though it.

It's really India's no. 1 job portal

Hi everyone, During the avail of the service they will contact u many times, and give long lasting details of the service. But after a week of the payment there will not be any response regarding your profile and updates from Naukri.com paid service. I have availed paid service for an amount of Rs 4, 000 and later I benefited rs.0 even after four months. They wont even try to reply back on the mail, and say that they have some internal issues. So, my experience for this Naukri paid services is bad and very poor. So I like to inform that do not get this paid service as it is just to get money.
