Description of incident : Today, My wife have received call from a fraudster named as Alisha Verma claiming to be from naukri.com She asked me that they have legal action against me for some unknown reasons and asked me to submit Rs. 48, 000 /- else my naukri account will get suspended. In case of non submission they will send team at my place for recovery of amount.

I created new password but when I tried to login, I got a message saying the account has been suspended.Earlier also another account got suspended and despite repeated calls and mails, no action was taken. I got a call from two contact numbers, [protected] and [protected], the first one claiming her name to be Ankitha Sharma and the second one to be Neha Sharma, so they called and said they were calling form Naukri.com and I said Ok. first they confirmed whether I have received any calls from naukri, i said yes after that they went on saying about the companies like dell, samsung etc and locations available at bangalore, hyderabad, vizag etc., and asked in which field am I interested in I mentioned IT she immediately said that openings are there for freshers even remote location is available but for a security deposit 1000/- has to be paid and after that they would schedule a telephonic interview, otherwise my profile from all the other job recruiting platforms will be blacklisted and that I wont receive any calls from recruiters for the other 1 year, luckily I didnt proceed further and if I asked for any guarentee, she said she would be providing receipt of the payment.
I would request Naukri to take action on such ongoing recruitment frauds

I Got a call from a lady this afternoon on 17 March 2023. She called and asked me, Did I submit my resume for job in naukri. com? and then she said I have to pay challan money 45, 561, rs, If I wont pay that money she is going to restrict my resume and I wont get any jobs till 7 years in any MNCs. Court case will be start against me.To save myself from all this drama I have to pay 7400 rs to the link she will send me. I refused to pay that amount. She started threatening me with all laws of section 203 and 205, and my house will be sealed by poilce.
I want you to take the serious action towards these fraud calls. I did not pay any money but many get scared and they pay all the amount these people askedand already has looted many.
We student are already stressed about our future.
Do not allow these fraud to diminsh the name of your company otherwise people will lose trust in your company.

I took a Naukri paid service on Feb 21 2023. [Customer Code: 220825CS6173605] The Naukri support person mentioned 100% surety for Job openings ( not for getting job, as it depend on interview performance) and if they fail to provide job openings they will give refund.

I paid 7300 in total for 4-5 mentioned service like:
Resume Display for 6 months for Job Search Value pack
Jobs on SMS - Job Search Value packbr...

After that he asked me for educational verification amount which was around Rs 4484. Hello Team,

This is to inform you that, whenever I check my Portal it shows me that an recruiter has contacted me via email, but when I check my personal inbox I don't see any email from the recruiter.

Whereas I get the notification for the new job from the naukri.com

For me this is a major issue.

I have also tried to call on the customer care number but it's of no use. Nobody is responding it.

Requesting you to please look into this issue and solve the same as soon as possible, as I am missing lot of jobs opportunities.

Date of incident: 3rd March
It is my first time using your paid services and it is sad to say the experience hasn't been great. While the communication of the paid services is being promoted very evidently across the platform and there is easy access to the terms and benefits to opt-in for these services, it has simply been a challenge to find where the cancel option is. While I tried unsuccessfully to find the cancel button, I assumed as the service was taken on a monthly plan it would reach out to me for renewal of the same. Today I realized after the auto payment that this is not the case and I have to manually cancel the subscription for which the option is nowhere to be found on your website. Even the FAQ section doesn't cover this topic. This is a very misleading, deceptive, and ambiguous way of working. I had to cancel the auto payment on the UPI payment app to stop further deductions. I seek a refund of 1, 132/- and cancellation of the opted services.
