I am extremely disappointed with the team of Naukri.com
I had availed two services offered by naukri.com of Resume Display and Resume Flash.

No-one from their team has gone through the pains of going through my original cv in detail.
I am getting any call from any recruiters for interview.

Please Dont lift the call from Naukri services Hyderabad.They will cheat you by saying that they will provide direct interviews within a week but they dont.They will charge Rs.4000 for that.They didnt even response after taking money.His name is Vikas in Hyderabad Branch He will call daily untill you pay the money and dont even response after that.They will show the mails of fake consultancies and fake companies.
So friends be aware of this naukri fast forward services.

I have made a payment of rs.5500/- For package of resume development and other services on 20th september 2012, and was promised to have the process completed in 7 working days. The first draft of the resume was sent (which was completely filled with errors)on 26th september, and after I reverted back, pointing out the errors. I DID not hear back from them till 12th october, in-spite of numerous emails and phone calls.

On 12th october, I get the 2nd draft, which is no different from the first draft, and none of the customer care executives responsible for the delivery were available on phone. ( I tried to reach mini / Sumitra / Prahshant on their personal numbers provided by vandana in customer care)

I seek a refund of the amount immediately

I have never submitted my details to Naukri.com nor have I called them. I don't know from where they have hacked my personal details. I have even set my spam filter (yahoo) not to receive emails from Naukri.com. Despite this since 1 year Naukri.com still keeps sending me messages. When I got the first call from Naukri.com some months back I told her that I do not want any contacts from this company. Yesterday an HR called me & asked me to go for interview rounds in a particular company. Since I have given my details to another Malad recruting agency I thought the HR is from the Malad agency. I was surprised when she asked me to join companies which are far away from my house. Since I had stated my first criteria of the company being in Malad or MIDC Andheri East. However, I told her about my physical condition & kept telling her that I do not wish to travel to Powai, Vikroli, Thane, Vashi several times, With the high experience & technical knowledge that I have I can easily get a job in Malad in a technical process. She started harrassing me & telling me to join companies in Powai & Thane sevearal times. Whence I wanted to end the conversation she suggested Sitel & told me that within 1/2 an hour an HR from Sitel will speak to me. Whenever I go for interviews or or my calls are barged I always get 5 out of 5 or 4.5 out of 5. The Sitel HR kept telling me that my voice is echoing, critisizing me & making me repeat pretending she can't hear. When the Naukri.com HR spoke to me again she heard me clearly. She tried to demotivate me & break my confidence specifying about my age & my voice. She spoke to me on [protected]. The Sitel HR spoke to me on 28516001. On google this phone # directs you to some weird website but not Sitel. Today she rang me up again & again suggested companies from Vashi, Vikroli & Powai. I again told her that I am not interested in travelling to those places. She kept on harrassing me. I even informed her that since I am getting a job in technical I am not interested in a non-technical job. She then gave the call to her senior. He again started persuading me to join a non-technical job & a company in Vikroli. He started harrassing me & arguing with me & trying his level best to demotivate me & break my confidence. In the midst of this conversation he revealed to me that the HR who I was speaking to was from Naukri.com He then hung up the call with a rude thank you for calling eventhough I never dialled their # even once. All my friends & I hate Naukri.com. However, somehow they get our data & send spam mail to us, click like from our FB accounts even though we hate them & ring us up & harrass us. I have all the conversations recorded in case it is required. Please help me out. Infact in June I wrote to Facebook about a few fradulent companies displaying on FB that I like their product or service whence I have never liked or utilized their services. Naukri.com was one of them. The FB team was good enough to resolve my issue immediately.

please be care full if you are taking fast forward service of naukri.com as my experience is very bad with it .I being paid rs. 800/-for resume display service for 3 months found that there is 0% use of this service and was completly unsatisfied with this service.After asking refund on toll freee no.[protected] ;they denied to refund money I paid.I am not worried for failure of their fast forward service but in such there should be provision from naukri.com to refund cuctomer's money which they are not doing.

My wife's transaction code is 120808CS625071 and we paid for fast forward services in Chandigarh region and every day we get an email from job mail telling us that no jobs have been found and its been a month since i paid for the same and I have not received a single job opportunity through Naukri as of yet ... i am tired of calling you folks because all u give excuses asking us to change things , which actually never get changed at the back end and we end up getting excuses for the same and they say that we are working on it and also they ask us to change the job region , although at the time of purchase I specifically mentioned that my wife needs a job in Chandigarh region and then there is nothing that has come our way ...When we were mislead and sold this fast forward services the sales guy named Abhishek specifically said that we will get 3-4 job option in Chandigarh region each week and there has been none so far ,,,, every morning i get up and see and email from u telling us that no jobs were found .. and there are no SMS 's for the same as well. i have sent so many emails again with the same reply that people are working on it ... i have already lost 1 month with no job opportunities from u people at all and now i do not have any expectations from u people and I am very annoyed with the same... this is the last time i am writing about this ... I had applied for a Resume Spotlight service in naukri.com on 13th of August 2012. Garima Rawat was my consulting person, I made my payment of Rs. 800 to her, as per her my service will activate within 4days from the day I applied for the service. I already told her, it will more important for me to activate the service asap, because I am in Bangalore for 7days and I am looking for a job change in Bangalore location, so I need that service within 4days. But it's been 10 days to go now I haven't get my service yet. I already called their costumer support several times, but every time they assure me to activate the service by the end of that day. Today I had a direct conversation with Garima, now she is telling me it will take another 2days to activate this service. It was really ridiculous to hear such kind of statement from Naukri. I also email them to find any solution, but they never replied back to my mail. Please find attachment for the mail I sent to them. Tomorrow is my last day in Bangalore, I left my Hope to get my service and money back from this cheap company.

So it's my sincere suggestion to all, never expect a good service from naukri even do not go for this kind of poor and cheat service from naukri.com. Regularly update your CV, otherwise go for any other job portal available in the website. Always remember naukri.com is the fraud service provider.

Naukri.com is a very good job portal. The paid services have helped me get a very good job opportunity.

I was desperately looking for a job when i contacted naukri for its paid services and was thoroughly happy with the CV developed and after the CV was sent to consultants, got very good responses and visibility in the job market.
They post new jobs on the website almost every day which is not the case on other job portals.
I thank naukri.com because it helped me when i needed it the most.

I recently got carried by a sales talk from this company naukri.com also known as infoedge solutions pvt ltd a publicly listed company, iam appalled to say that te services are fleecing money from public and no service can be so pathetic as this company is providing or to say not providing

iam usually checking in your columns if any such compalints against a company before making any payments but unfortunately

i got carried away by the name and being publicly listed i thought it would honour the words that it promises.

I am also a victim of this people dear sir, we need to stop them they are making calls after we post our resumes in their site (free of cost)
and robbing innocent people fo their monies i was charged 5950Rupees and i would like to get the money back

I got a call from naukri.com that we are give you 100% job assurance in tata motors, fiat, volkswagon , honda etc.etc etc ....
when i purchased their package. i did not receive any call from their side.

I receive only call centre jobs after getting their package.
when i called to ekta she clearly told we are sales person. please contact to technical person.

Naukri.com services really sucks.

I served in IAF for 29 yrs before taking voluntary retirement in 2005 as a Group Captain. Whilein IAF I was a pilot, then in various assigments as an Administrator where I worked in HR Dept, Security, Counter Intelligence, Provost (IAF Police) and IT (Computers). Since 2005, I have worked in various AVIATION COMPANIES as Gen Manager Non Scheduled Flying Operations and Commercials related to Chartering, the last assignment being Vice President (Ops and Commercial) of TWO Aviation Companies simultaneously (Saraya Aviation Pvt Ltd and Orbit Aviation Pvt Ltd).

In furtherance of my ambitions, on 05 Apr 2012, I paid Rs 4654/- for availing your Naukri FastForward Services so that I could have a resume prepared by so called EXPERTS in the field and forwarded to numerous Non-Scheduled Flight Operators and Scheduled Airlines.

In my interaction with Naukri.com, It was shocking to come across most unproffessional and slipshod handling of this task with UTTER CARELESSNESS, LACK OF EXPERTISE and ATTITUDNAL DEFICIENCY on the part of your company as the following calender of events shows:

05 Apr : Payment made. No action by the company despite confirmation of payment.
09 Apr: Reminder e-mail sent to concerned person (Ms Shubhankita Sarbhoy Tel [protected])
12 Apr: Request from naukri.com to forward a consolidated CV( which was already uploaded by me on your site).
QUESTION 1: If you want me to prepare the draft then why do I need your help ?
QUESTION 2: What was your staff doing for one week after I made the payment wherein all action was to be completed within 10 days.
15 Apr : Got FIRST draft CV from Naukri prepared in most slipshod manner which totally confused even MYSELF about my CORE COMPETENCY since no expert had bothered to study my qualifications and experience, to elicit my core competency and prepare a focussed CV accordingly. Responded by me same day.
16 Apr: No Response from Naukri. Reminder sent.
17 Apr: Recd second draft. I responded the same day with observations (copy of my mail being forwarded to you after this mail).
18 Apr : Final CV recd.
19 Apr: Corrected and sent back to Naukri (Ms Sumitra Patnaik).
21 Apr: Sent Reminder to Naukri for making Cover Letter and asking info on how services will be activated.
23 Apr.: Reminder Sent to Naukri since no response had come. Promised action within 2 hrs after I called up Ms Shubhankita.
24 Apr : Another REMINDER sent. Got Cover Letter from Ms Taruna Dudeja and approved same day.
25 Apr: Got intimation that CV forwarded to consultants but no names of consultants.

After 12 days: Till date I havent got a SINGLE call from any consultant/Aviation Company/Airlines. Even the Job Alerts coming to me ( construction and property related companies) indicate that the CV hasnt been slotted to be viewed by AVIATION Companies. I am sure it must have gone the same way to consultants who have not been made aware that my target is ONLY AVIATION RELATED COMPANIES and not construction companies.
Just goes to show that you have a LACK OF EXPERTS in your organisation to handle the task resulting in handling of assignments in most casual and slipshod manner.

I would look forward to your response with the reqd info and what steps you are palnning to undertake to remedy the situation.

Just wanted to inform through the site that I have been using Naukri.com for quite some years and I sincerely believe that they have been doing a great job for job seekers like me

I am lodging this complaint against Naukri.com
First of all they call innocent job seekers on regular basis to apply for their premium subscription and after tempting us with good offers they make our mind to join them.After buying their subscription they don't give response.They promised me so many things in that offer but still more than 2 weeks they have not at all made my resume and icing over the cake those executives from naukri.com are not receiving my calls to address me.

I Appeal to all job seekers never choose naukri.com for their job search.I[censored] want just use their free services never go for premium.I have been cheated. I don't want other to get cheated like this.

Naukri.com seems to be sharing with our employer our login log, when we have applied for new job, whether our resume is active or not etc. With this information our employer harasses us and tells us to remove our resume from naukri.com else thretens termination.
naukri.com please stop this nonsence activitiy.

I paid for the activation of certain services on the Naukri.com job portal on the 18th of April. After being assured on the phone that my services would be activated in 4 working days, I was surprised to see that even after 6 working days the status of the services was indicated as Being Processed. When I emailed the portal, I received a response after 2 days saying that they did not have my updated resume. I was surprised because during the initial phone call, I had confirmed to the executive that the resume uploaded on the portal was the latest and she had assured me that would be used.

In any case, I responded and resent my resume again. Then there was yet another silence. When I finally called, the executive was extremely rude and actually disconnected my call. My services remain inactive and apparently they won't even refund the fee.

For a so-called reputed portal, Naukri.com proved to be extremely inept and callous; if this is how they deal with customers then I am sure their job-related services must be quite useless. I regret my decision of going with this portal.

I want to delete my complete profile from naukri.com but it doesn't have any such option. I set my account on Inactive mode, and I've unchecked all sorts of emails and messages to be delivered to me, but still I get mails from naukri.com almost everyday. I also got a call from a company which got my number through naukri.com even after I had set my account to inactive.

I had taken this subscription from naukri.com called Job Mail after paying close to 1000 rs...Under this, they were supposed to email me unadvertised jobs after searching through the net... But ever since i have taken the subscription for it...All i have got is

I have also demanded my money back from them. I will take them to consumer court if i have to.
