I have availed paid services from Naukri.com for around 2565/- Rs. in Oct 2010. I have not received any confirmation from naukri.com saying that your services are being activated; they have stopped replying.
1. Gold Online Persona.
2. Resume Flash 100 Gulf Consultant.
3. Resume Display for 6 months.
4. Job mail for 6 months.
5. Resume flash to Domestic Consultant.

My experience with Naukri.com is by very bad or say it is the worst experience. It all started right from the 1st week after availing the service and still continuing the same. Below are the point of concerned:-

1. Resume Flash 100 Gulf Consultant :- I was been told that my resume will be sent to 100 Gulf consultant, which has not been done.
2. Resume Display for 6 months :- Incorrect resume displayed.
3. Job mail for 6 months :- Jobs are either expired, or not of my interest area.
4. Resume flash to Domestic Consultant :- Wrong resume flashed, I am regularly receiving call on consultant asking for some else name like Vivek, Amit, Gaurav, and from different field and that to from different fields like Taxation, IT, Software development etc which are not my area of Interest. Saying that they have received resume mail from naukri.com, stating my contact details and mail ID too in resume which nowhere belong to me.

I would rather say Management focusing on complaint received, They are just concentrating on number services sold. I would not be leaving these people untouched.

Request all the individuals who are being cheated by naukri.com, mail me at [protected]@yahoo.com, as we as an individual can fight with them so lets get together and SUE them in court. I am having enough evidence to get back me refund and mental loss incurred to me, because of them.

I AM SAILING IN SIMILAR BOAT.. I OPTED FOR RESUME DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, BUT THE MOMENT I PAID AMOUNT...SUDDENLY FROM NEXT DAY NO ONE PICKED UP MY CALLS... ITS BEEN A MONTH THAT I HAVE SENT MY PAW AND THERE IS NO REVERT, THEY CLAIM TO SEND 1ST DRAFT IN 4 DAYS, WHICH IS BIG JOKE...

Just like every one else, I have also been cheated. Naukri.com team are professional robbers who take away your money and don't provide any service. Its been more than a month and my status is still showing"under process". They portray themselves as the "best, No.1 portal for job placement" but their actual slogan should be " NO.1 or RATHER EXPERTS IN CHEATING, UNPROFESSIONAL AND HOPELESS SERVICE PROVIDERS." I have been waiting since more than a month in spite of paying Rs.4500 enrolling for premium service. Preparing the CV and COVER LETTER is their job, but I myself prepared both the CV and Cover letter because the ones they prepared were not at all up to the mark. These are the under graduates people who draft some crap which is reflected in the way they make the CV. They only have two numbers which are most of the time on "HOLD" or they just take down your QUERY and NEVER REVERT BACK. A sales staff, named MR.LAKSHYA BATRA forced me to buy their stupid services and assured me with the best outputs. The FIRST CALL WHICH I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE ON THE NEXT DAY IMMEDIATE TO MY ENROLLMENT, I RECEIVED AFTER 20 DAYS, AND THAT TOO BECAUSE I KEPT CALLING AND PUSHING THEM. And in spite of all this, I only prepared and drafted both the CV and the Cover letter. The only they are left to do is just post both the documents in the industry and they are failing to do so. "" NEVER EVER OPT FOR NAUKRI.COM SERVICES. THEY WILL CHEAT YOU, HARASS YOU, NEVER ATTEND YOUR CALLS, PRESSURIZE YOU FOR MAKING PAYMENTS, AND WILL GIVE YOU HOPELESS THIRD CLASS SERVICES. ACTUALLY THEY DON'T EVEN GIVE THE SERVICES. In the entire company. there is no higher executive, no seniors, no heads. Only untrained people(in Hindi as we call-'chila chaalu') whose qualification also i doubt according to the way they talk. You urself can prepare a good CV rather than relying on SUCH KIND OF PEOPLE.

yes..some jobs like sankpal developers companies are nonsense..everymonth employees leave the company 10 are recruited 10 leave the company every month...please check yourself personally before you go to join company...plase take care...th boss is non sense...ex-employee..

We applied to maximum companies which are posting in naukri.com but we didnt get even a single reply from anyone of those companies. No more it is helping for freshers . Please I kindly request your team to take efficient steps to show a right path towards job seekers. If we people are getting positive output we all will be benefited and normally every one will speak about Naukri . Some times we do have a doubt whether these are true or fake openings .

CVNaukri is fake. This cheats the job seekers. They ask for payment again & again & not providing any service. I paid 4100/=. First Jayee asked me to pay 1600/= & after that soumya asked me to pay 2500/= 7 she assured me to that further i dont need to pay a single penny but after that they again demanded 8500/= . soumya is not attending my call even. Around from 1 week m trying to contact her.
This CVNaurkri is completely fake. They didnt provide any address even. If you ask them for address they will tell you its mentioned on their site while its not there. dont believe them they are completely fake & making fools to job seekers. Bloody .

I have applied for the job through naukri for overseas. the job was posted by Sachin he is from mumbai so i have applied for that. he asked you need to pay 20, 000 INR. First you pay the 10, 000INR. after you got the offer letter you should pay the balance amount like that he brainwashed me.
I am agreed and paid him on April-2015. still now i have not got the job and there is no improvement on the procedure so i am asked my money back. he is refused to giving back.

finally he has put my number on blacklist. so Job seekers pl aware on this fake consultant.
Dont trust him . he's well talented on brainwashing so at any concern pl don't commit to that guy.

I have paid Rs 4000 for resume development and circulation to Naukri.com.
The guy name named Vijay Singh ph [protected] &[protected] while charging 4000 bucks said that i shall receive my First Draft of the CV within 8 working days.
I had enrolled for this service on 11-FEB-2010 and today is 04-MAR-2010 almost approaching a month now, still I have no mail / communication from the Naukri.com on the service I have taken.
As per thier policy, I should be getting within 8 working days. This policy statement is in writing and I have this in writing.

I took all the initative in mailing & calling but they are just ignoring my calls & emails.
I have also escalated to the service head but none of them responded nor any action has been taken on this.

I feel this is a pure cheat and non-adherance to the policy and the commitment which they have given to me for the services which I had enrolled for.

Please look into the matter. I want my money back and equally compensated for the time loss for the efforts which i have taken. And on top of that I still do not have my CV.

I have the entire communication of the email sent so far to produce as evidence. Let me know if you require this.

I think the ideology behind the site is good as it ensembles lot of imformation at one point which can be very useful if the site also focus on the driving the results. I noticed this site captures more relevant information than othr sites like timesjob, monster ...
I also see a flaw on the mechanism of picking the right candidate and making them available to the employers specifically when the applicant has chosen the job. Lots of them are routed via many consultants who are really not competent to understand the job requirements and simply use keywords to screen and forward and in this way the right candidate never gets any oppurtunity.
I understand that these job-sites also needs to earn revenues and so needs to adopt multi-tier policies but still thought process could be started to make it applicant friendly to reach to the employer and in case of the selection the candidate will be ready to pay for the services which are so useful.
Resume making and flashing really doesn't work as at the final stage the scrutinizing by the employer is most specific.

There were many discrepancies with my account, for which i have mailed and called to every one but got no positive response, called and mailed Anni ( Counselor Naukri employee ) many times but she never replied, every thing is so delayed that i am in no mood to activate any of services and i have requested people to please cancel my all services and also requested to refund my money which i have given for on time and prompt service but my motive was not fulfilled.

Mailed many times to [protected]@naukri.com but after each mail i use to get calls from development team apologizing for the delay in process, after continuously insisting that i don't want continue with it, the only response which i use to get is "We will get back to you just after few hours " and i am sorry to say that that few hours never came.

THis is the case about which i mail NAUKRI people many time but they never given me any positive feed back.

Hi, this is Soudipta and I completely agree with Dr. Banerjee. They simply cheated me. I needed the resume (Transaction code : 101206TS563754) a bit early and hence I paid extra to choose the expedited delivery. They promised to deliver the first draft within 7 business days but I didn't receive anything yet and it's been 3 weeks. The most irritating part is that nobody is even bothered to read your email and reply to them. You can send thousands of emails to the service head ([protected]@naukri.com) or business head ([protected]@naukri.com) but nobody ever replies to those emails. The customer care folks continuously give you FALSE promises every time you call them up and sets some ETA according to their own wish.

I truly believe, if it would have been US, I would have sued these guys for cheating me with their FALSE commitment and taking away INR 5500 without providing any service at all. These things can only happen in India where these kind of Fraud companies cheat the innocent customers like us and run away with the money. Very unfortunately we don't have any strict rules and regulations in our judiciary to file a lawsuit against these kind of FRAUD companies. Hence common people like us would always suffer.

Naukri.com resume services are fraud and a way to rip off your money. The resume development team they have doesn't even know proper English and do a poor job at replying to even emails. They take whatever resume you already have and change the format and do minor editing all while constantly asking you for help. If I wanted to do that I wont use a resume development service. Total waste of money, please do not bother. Everyone at their customer center is very rude and unhelpful.

My experience with Naukri.com is by very bad or say it is the worst experience. It all started right from the 1st week after availing the service and still continuing the same. Below are the point of concerned:-

1. Resume Flash 100 Gulf Consultant :- I was been told that my resume will be sent to 100 Gulf consultant, which has not been done.
2. Resume Display for 6 months :- Incorrect resume displayed.
3. Job mail for 6 months :- Jobs are either expired, or not of my interest area.
4. Resume flash to Domestic Consultant :- Wrong resume flashed, I am regularly receiving call on consultant asking for some else name like Vivek, Amit, Gaurav, and from different field and that to from different fields like Taxation, IT, Software development etc which are not my area of Interest. Saying that they have received resume mail from naukri.com, stating my contact details and mail ID too in resume which nowhere belong to me.

I would rather say Management focusing on complaint received, They are just concentrating on number services sold. I would not be leaving these people untouched.

Request all the individuals who are being cheated by naukri.com, mail me at [protected]@yahoo.com, as we as an individual can fight with them so lets get together and SUE them in court. I am having enough evidence to get back me refund and mental loss incurred to me, because of them.

Naukri.com is a big cheater company. they took rs 5280 for premium resume within 7 working days, a cover letter, 2 design templates, PPT, job mails, job alerts, premium consultancy.

They gave CV that is too without formatting in 10 days on repeated reminders & thats without PDF. For cover letter i had to call & mail 20-30 times & they prepared one after 20 days. No design templates given. No consultant is visiting profile, no calls from any one. No improvement in job search.

In contrary to that their executives are least bothered about customer service. They will not forward the call & the management is not concerned about the complains & no reply on mails although they read all the mails.

Ms Cheena sharma was the sales executive & Ms Juhi Awasthi was CV developer. Before subscribing services they were behind it. After subscribing they even didnt bothered to pick call, reply mail.

In contrary to that, without paying any money to Monster, got 4-5 calls for vaccancies in top MNC's.

Naukri is worst & fraud company.

I have been a regular to these jobsites. Infact I want to ask who is not? It pays to check these sites regularly to understand and keep a tab on what’s hot and happening in the job market, particularly in your field. Naukri.com is this is the best!!!

I had opted for resume writing services at Naukri.com and i'm left deeply regretting my decision!
About 11 days after doing the online payment, i received a draft from one Vaishali, to whom i replied with some feedback to do minor changes. She replied within 4 days and still there were some changes she hadnt done. After this, a lady called Divya Batra (Ph: [protected]) mailed me saying i need to mark the changes in red and send it back to her, and that she would do the changes 'within a day' and send it back to me.
That was the last i heard from any of them at Naukri. Divya doesnt reply to my mail nor answer my call. Gautam Sharma (gautam.[protected]@naukri.com) also doesnt bother to reply to my mail. I had a live chat with a customer service agent who also said that he'll arrange a call back the same day, but that didnt happen too. The toll free call centre of Naukri fast forward is also almost always unavailable.
I'm in urgent need of sending my CV to different companies for their job opening, but this utter lack of courtesy on Naukri and Resume Spruce's part is rendering my unable to do that.

I paid them and they dont bother abt our concern.. a lot of ISD calls i made from Doha Qatar. Their live chat mail all in vain.. Nisha Arora, Tripti Puri, Divya ...the executive list are many.. and they say "sir our resume services people will call you ASAP" but it it did not happen... i dunno whyy these people behaving like this.

The Good thing is that Mobikwick has responded to take action on this Alertsnaukri.com...I appreciate their response...but waiting for result...

Lot of spam emails. Since they monopolised the job market in India, they have started a way of blackmailing. Unless you take their paid service, they hide your profile from genuine/Paid recruiters and expose your profile to fraudsters/unpaid recruiters of naukri. It could be one of your office colleagues in the veil of a recruiter to extract information or it could be one of the many spam recruiters created by Naukri. You will get a lot of irrelevant emails. Irrelevant day by day.
There is no way to prove that or difficult to prove . But from my experience for a while ago, could definitely say this. Can show the irrelevant emails. There should be someone, somehow take legal recourse against this fraudulent practice.

If they want to retain credibility, they should publicly change their policy. Charge a genuine fees from the interested parties. Rather than spamming the mail box of each registered member.

Hi all, I am also the victim of the same fraud gang, surprisingly, they still active and continue looting people, i think we all need to take a legal action against these . I was receiving phone calls from Neelima Saklani employee of naukri.com about naukri fast forward services. I was not ready as my friends said bad remarks. I was planning for job change. She promised me that I will get job preferences of my choice. She even confirmed by email. I paid usd 195.00. After three days I received call from service team that they can't get the job alerts of my choice. I told naukri.com to refund my money. No answer from anyone. After one week I received mail, that my naukri fast forward services are active. I started arguing with the on mails asking them to refund my full 195 usd. Naukri team said they will only refund 55 usd. Remaining 140 usd they will not, as my cv will displayed. I have been asking them if you cant get required job alert how sure that naukri display will help me. Till date I have not received not even single response from recruiters or not even correct job alert.

This naukri.com or naukri gulf and naukri fast forward is cheating business. No one in understand professional ethics of clients. Neelima Saklani ( naukri.com employee), naukri.com and the service team is after money. They don't care once you pay them.I must have written almost 60 emails asking them to refund if they cant give the agreed service. Neelima saklani said she is accounts manager. Marketing executive( in my case Mr Ankit Guptha) fellow keeps on chasing/calling us till money get transferred to their account, once they got money no fellow is bothered to attend/respond to our calls or mails.

Have paid Rs. 7600 to modify my existing resume( but funny thing is they made only line arrangements) and display for 6 months and to choose 10 recruiters from their recruiter list(all of them are cheaters and they are asking money), already 2 months over but single call I didn't receive from any recruiter.

A guy called Rohan Sharma called me from the company and said that your resume have been selected for a hospital job in dubai and you will get a call on this day for the interview and you have to pay us 5617 rs as visa processing charges through net banking i paid them the amount but online it was showing transaction declined but the amount got deducted from my account i asked him that it has got deducted from my account then he said it has successfully decline and it will be refunded to u so for another transaction for the same charges you go to the nearby atm and directly transfer to the account so i said i dnt have enough balance iin the account to pay 5617 rs so he said dnt worry u pay only 4500 and rest i will pay on your behalf once you get return of previous transaction u pay me back i did transfer another 4500 to the account number he gave me of escent enterprises now ii am calling them continuously they are not answering neither i got my money back. I will not leave these people and will shurely screw them. i am from orissa..i too recently got duped from some one calling from delhi represting as naukri.com..evrything looked good and thus i did transactions within 2 days and 2 transactions.. after my struggling and calling them for 15 days i neither received any job offer letter nor any document.. and now also yesterday they say me some more amount needed..and i got sure totally that i have been badly duped.. i want to know the procedure of getting them caught.. how can we proceeed against them asap.. please help me.. i have no clue..

I got cheated by two recruiting agencies of Delhi of Rs, 10000/- who promised to provide me jobs in Hyderabad.
On Feb-2015 I received a call from www.groupofemployment.com from this number [protected] from Ms. Kaavya who asked me whether I am interested in getting a job in Hyderabad and after getting confirmation from me she told me to pay an amount of Rs.4045/- and told me that my interview will be conducted within that day itself and provided me an online payment portal through which I pay the said amount. but soon after I finished paying she asked for some more amount of Rs.5066/- which I refused and told her to connect me to her higher officials. But she was hesitating but when I threatened to contact police she ultimately connected me to her higher official Jatin who promised me to refund the amount which I have paid. But later on after few days one more executive contacted me and asked for Rs.12000/- which I refused. Again after two days Ms.Kaavya of Group of Employment company, Delhi contacted me and told me to pay Rs, 5066/- I got furious and told her to refund my money but she refused and switched off her phone and also stopped corresponding through emails also .This way I got duped by this company.


A week after this incident I received a call from Naukri Placements, Delhi( www.naukriplacements.com) promising me of Job in Ambhuja cement, Hyderabad and told me to pay only Rs.2000/- I refused immediately and told them that many recruiting agencies of Delhi are duping unemployed people like this . They told that they are genuine company and provided me their phone numbers Reshma-[protected] / [protected] and HDFC A/C no- [protected], IFSC code HDFC000975, HELP LINE NO -[protected].
Later on after paying the amount they stopped corresponding and after two Mr.Rohit senior executive contacted me and told me to pay Rs.4500/- .I got upset and told him that I am poor man and presently unemployed and told him to provide the job first and promised him that I will pay half my salary as service charges. But he told that my interview and job is ready and as soon as I pay this amount my job will be finalised as they will ensure that I get this job by their influence. Hearing this I borrowed from my neighbours and friends and paid this amount in the above HDFC bank's account but till date they have not arranged for any job nor refunded my amount and also stopped corresponding through phones.
After about ten days again some other executive from that same company started contacting my and told me to pay some more amount i.e. Rs.1500/- I told him that I am not in a position to pay any amount and told him to refund my paid amounts but he was asking money to even refund my amount.
This way I got duped by these two companies and ultimately lost my job and also amount.

i got a call on 6/4/15. from naukri4jobs a lady names mahi spoke to me and said that this a part of naukri.com and i have to deposite a sum of Rs2000. as a registration fee and then they wil larrange me an interview in Parle agro. lucknow, i asked them about the address of parle but they said that it ran in a collaborative unit. i deposited that amount in their bank of baroda branch a/c num: [protected]. an the very next day the conucted an telephonic interview an after that they asked fr another amount of Rs5500 for document verification and again ideposited the amount in the same account yesterday and today again they were demanding a sum of 10500 for profiling... Someone from govt source or anti-corrutpion agency should investigate whether top job portals forwarding or not the job advt emails to the some job seekers.

I see all top job portals having indirect email advt to the job seeker having mediator as the portal. In other words, A MNC job advt is sent by a recruiter to a job seeker using job portal's user interface proforma. Same can be forwarded to the jobseeker by the job portal.

I think there is a access control for the job portal to stop posting jobs to the job seeker email if they want to. I beleive this corruption perhaps happening in India. CID or CBI shall investigate..?

Regarding a job opening in Dubai, on[protected] Mr. Rahul from Info E Services called me and assured me that the client is very much interested in my profile. So he asked me to pay a amount of 4, 500 rupees as a registration fee and also he said that within 1 week client will call me for interview. On[protected] I transferred the amount also. Again the next day itself that is on[protected] some other person called me (sorry I don;t remember his name) and sent me a mail that I have to pay 7, 500 rupees for document verification. But Mr. Rahul promised me that other than 4, 500 rupees I need not pay any extra amount, directly client will call and interview me and after 45 days all my Passport, Visa and Medical check up verification will held up.

Now you people are insisting me to pay money only. And there is no response from Mr. Rahul. Several times I called him today, but your people are not transferring the call to him. The other person to whom I spoke on[protected] he is not at all listening to my queries. He was just insisting me to pay 7, 500 rupees only and not transferring the call to Mr. Rahul. Since it is Naukri and a very trusted site, I believed and transferred my money. Before I transfer my money, you people keep on calling me and replying me then and there. My present job was at stake and my situation was very bad, hence I had to find a new job which had become the most necessity to lead my life. I was seriously hunting for job and posted my resume in all the major online job portals. After few days, I received a call from Shivam stating that he is from Now Naukri and it’s a part of Naukri.com. He promised me to schedule interviews and also job offer from MNC stating that they have tie ups with MNC’s. Since finding an alternate job was more important for me, I agreed to pay the amount Rs.6799 through online. After I made the payment, there was no response from them, hence I tried calling the same phone numbers, each time phone was attended by different person and I had to narrate the entire story again and again. I was asked to make another Rs.8000 to get an offer letter, I disagreed to pay the amount and argued with them. Also I had asked for refund of Rs.6799 which I paid earlier. I was sending escalation emails to Now Naukri customer care, from whom I received initial emails and payment confirmation receipts. There was no response from them. I thought my Rs.6799 has been cheated by Now Naukri and left it. I was Jobless for 3 months struggling to manage my monthly expenses.

After 3 months, I received a call from Vikram (phone No. [protected]) stating that he is calling from Escalation Team of Now Naukri and my case has been escalated and he is processing my refund of Rs. 6799. I was happy that though I did not get a job, at least I’m getting the refund of money. He told that he is generating a system ID from their server and he told me to go to SBI ATM and key in the Corp ID (SBI card# [protected]) and it will be card to card transfer. As per his instructions I inserted my SBI card to the ATM machine and keyed in the number he gave me and the amount as Rs. 6799 following his instructions with a belief that I’m getting my refund. While he was on call, he told me to stay on call (not to disconnect) till he is processing my refund and he told that the transaction is not processed due to Technical issue and he asked me to repeat the same steps again and again (asking me to retry) I kept following his instructions and redoing the same steps for 4 times and finally I got a receipt stating ‘Unable to process’. He told me go home and wait for 15 mns and the refund will be completed. As soon as he ended the call and I see message alerts stating that my SBI account was getting debited for Rs. 6799 three times. I called back the same phone number, he did not answer my call, after half an hour, phone was switched off.

That’s when I realised that my SBI account was getting debited each time and was not aware of how Card to card transfer works. I lost Rs. 20400 (that was my SBI Account balance) Now Naukri is a fraud group cheating money not only by giving you a promise of getting jobs, even stating that they will refund your amount, they are trying to extract more money from your savings/current account. Please be aware of these frauds and do not entertain any calls from Now Naukri in the first place. They are cheating people’s heard earned money like this, but they are accountable to god and what they cheat like this, they should repay for this at one of time in life.

I will request the tax officials to scrutinise naukri.com records thoroughly. They have many associate company operating under disguise will mosty call you from New Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon. In fact the modus operandi is the jobs are sold to the highest bidder. XYX company whic is an associate of naukri.com will tell u to pay 4.16% of annual CTC on receipt of appointment letter. The same advert u must have seen and applied thru naukri.com will never be replied. I don't know how many people naukri.com and its associates must have scammed. In fact the mail I'd, contact no. Jobs offered are all fake. Please be careful.Don't pay anything. Naukri.com has lost all its prestige and reputation. Now they have joined the bandwagon of crooks.

Don't know why the authorities are not taking action against naukri.Com there are also other fraud companies like shine.com, quickjobs.com, naukri planet.com, head honchos etc. My advise to people is not to give any money to these fraudsters. Report the matter to police immediately with relevant supporting evidence.

Hi this is maneesh, i am also victim of naukri.com. They are no.1 froud. I paid 13000 to them for resume spotlight, job portal and resume writing(for abroad). Bofore paying they were saying that they have over 1 million clients naukri will forword my cv and clients will contact me.. 4 months passed till now nobody contacted me. I contacted many people but their response was not good at all.dont believe them their offerings. One mr. Navdeep called me for this all payment and service after i paid i am trying to call him for the last 2 months he is not picking..

Naukri.com is one big fraud company they don't have any jobs to give please be careful. They will take money from u and in return u will get fake job alert, fake mail I'd and fake phone number. My friend has paid 30000 and 12000 to pooja mandloi and tamjeed shahid, shamshad and shipra mallick from naukri.com after their marketing traps, he purchased job postings and after that these cheaters have blocked his account for various vague reasons, when my friend repeatedly mailed them there was no response and they stopped taking calls this naukri.com @ info edge is a fraud and fake company duping innocent job seekers and also companies, also response is very poor it seems on naurki.com they harldy get 10calls or cvs per day, so friends beware of this reckless and fraud company and people, i advised my friend to file a criminal cheating case on these people and company and he is doing that soon

I was one of the early users of Naukri and their website was very useful to connect candidate and recruiter. Over the years the greed for money has spoiled them completely by bringing in this lousy service called paid services. I had gone for such services 10 years back but was not worth it. At least, I will never commit such mistakes again. Too much greed will eventually be punished and time will tell, do not worry guys.

I have availed paid services from Naukri.com for around 2565/- Rs. in Oct 2010. I have not received any confirmation from naukri.com saying that your services are being activated; they have stopped replying.
1. Gold Online Persona.
2. Resume Flash 100 Gulf Consultant.
3. Resume Display for 6 months.
4. Job mail for 6 months.
5. Resume flash to Domestic Consultant.

My experience with Naukri.com is by very bad or say it is the worst experience. It all started right from the 1st week after availing the service and still continuing the same. Below are the point of concerned:-

1. Resume Flash 100 Gulf Consultant :- I was been told that my resume will be sent to 100 Gulf consultant, which has not been done.
2. Resume Display for 6 months :- Incorrect resume displayed.
3. Job mail for 6 months :- Jobs are either expired, or not of my interest area.
4. Resume flash to Domestic Consultant :- Wrong resume flashed, I am regularly receiving call on consultant asking for some else name like Vivek, Amit, Gaurav, and from different field and that to from different fields like Taxation, IT, Software development etc which are not my area of Interest. Saying that they have received resume mail from naukri.com, stating my contact details and mail ID too in resume which nowhere belong to me.

I would rather say Management focusing on complaint received, They are just concentrating on number services sold. I would not be leaving these people untouched.

Request all the individuals who are being cheated by naukri.com, mail me at [protected]@yahoo.com, as we as an individual can fight with them so lets get together and SUE them in court. I am having enough evidence to get back me refund and mental loss incurred to me, because of them.

I too agree with the comment. Please its a very serious warning to all for never taking Naukri service pack. Everything goes quick till you pay the money, after that there is very poor service, they are least bothered if any mails are received or not. After repeated complaints just got my CV updated and after that again no service.. Its been 6 months I took the service that also including the Fast service for which i paid more.

I had also sent many mails to [protected]@naukri.com but havent got any action . Guys and Gals please dont fall into this and find Job based on your experiece rather believing these guys and wasting money
