To whom it may concern,

I am currently living in Mumbai and have been actively job hunting for many months. I have registered my CV with Naukri.Com and other job seeking agencies but found them to be very un-helpful and quite honestly useless.

They are good at sending "job matches" to my email however when you apply you hear nothing back. I have not paid for their services but am registered with the free service. I have applied to maybe 60 positions of which I am highly qualified for and heard NOTHING back. When I called their toll-free 1800 number I got referred to other area's in the company. Their service is appauling!

Are they a legitimately operating company or just Data collectors ? I feel that they may be selling peoples information off to telemarketing companies.

Either way, I do not believe that they are legitimate & someone should look into the way that they do business.

I absolutely agree .. I live in Dubai i received a call form one Mr. Bipas Sarkar from their recruiting eamin India
promising me all the possibilities after a paid service of $ 195. After which i have not heard from him .
I have received job maild that are nased on my 7 year old CV. Theyare absolutely an unprofessional lot

I was trying to ask for a refund but noboby answerd.. They do and all they want to do is make money.

Hi, this is Soudipta and I completely agree with Vijay. They simply cheated me. I needed the resume a bit early and hence I paid extra to choose the expedited delivery. They promised to deliver the first draft within business days but I didn't receive anything yet and it's been 3 weeks. The most irritating part is that nobody is even bothered to read your email and reply to them. You can send thousands of emails to the service head or business head but nobody ever replies to those emails. The customer care folks give you FALSE promises every time you call them up and sets some ETA according to their own wish just to avoid more scolding from poor sufferer like us. I truly believe, if it would have been US, I would have sued these guys for cheating me with their FALSE commitment and taking away INR 5500 without providing any service at all.

Very bad service. They havent even got my name right. They took the money from me in USD as I was abroad when I availed the services. They were very prompt at calling me (ISD) until they received the amount. They promised that I would be counselled 'n' number of times through the phone, I havent received a single call from them. And about jobs, their "non - paid" side of the portal got me more calls. The paid side did not get me even single call as of yet. Pathetic frauds --> the total Naukri team.

Same is my issue, I am going to complaint right away with my issue.

Yes the above comments are 100% true. At the time of subcription they are offering lot of commitments but after subcription they simply forget you by every means.Nothing happen for your placement services. While fighting with them you got the other job by your own efforts & after that you forget this thing.
By using such method NAUKRI.COM are cheating the job seekers. I'm also one of them.

I have received one job offer through from one kenny damiean in nothern ireland.He offered the job of Aupair/Teacher in his home.For this he is offering monthely payment of GBP 3, 900 Pound and GBP 700 Pound weekly.For this offer i contact him through his sending email.He send me Job contact paper and Accept job offer paper.He also recommended that i must submmit Affidavit of Good Moral Character from UK Royal Court of Justice in nothern ireland on or before 23rd of this month.He gave his lawyer's (Solictor) name, email adress and phone numbers.The lawyer name is craig rossell.I contact him through mail and he send me form of Affidavit-Good Moral Character and other details.For this i have to pay GBP 930 pound.He gave account number of State Bank of India and name of the person also.This amount is around 66, 200 indian cureency.I searched in banks and my relatives and friends about this.They told me that it is cheating.The reason they said is that-1.Nobudey can give such a huge amount as a salary because 3900plus 2800=6700 pound it is around near 5lakhs indian rupee.He also offered me private car, free accommodiation internet facialities, Part time job rather than this, i have work only 4 hours every day.2.no need of giving money to the lawyer.Mr.kenny said that if i submmit this Affidavit only he may take further steps to issue me Visa, Work per mit, Air Ticket and one month advanced salary of 3, 900 pound and the expense of Affidavit also.Any way my relatives advice that it is only a trap to get money from me.My Question that why cheating me through Naukri.Com.He said that through NAUKRI he got my Profile.Are this site is a Cheating Site?

yes, one more thing. NAUKRI SERVICE and NAUKRI .COM is complete seperately and differently.
now naukri service is one of the FRAUD office located at lokandawala market, R.N.A, 1st floor no.47, andheri west, it's providing job to fresher but it's completely fraud and fake, i already ilost Rs. 35, 000 and i had given to mamta, she told me once i will get job and i will confirm you. but still nothing confirmation. she asking for 2 month advance salary.

3. Resume Display for 6 months.
4. Job mail for 6 months.
5. Resume flash to Domestic Consultant.

My experience with Naukri.com is by very bad or say it is the worst experience. It all started right from the 1st week after availing the service and still continuing the same. Below are the point of concerned:-

1. Resume Flash 100 Gulf Consultant :- I was been told that my resume will be sent to 100 Gulf consultant, which has not been done.
2. Resume Display for 6 months :- Incorrect resume displayed.
3. Job mail for 6 months :- Jobs are either expired, or not of my interest area.
4. Resume flash to Domestic Consultant :- Wrong resume flashed, I am regularly receiving call on consultant asking for some else name like Vivek, Amit, Gaurav, and from different field and that to from different fields like Taxation, IT, Software development etc which are not my area of Interest. Saying that they have received resume mail from naukri.com, stating my contact details and mail ID too in resume which nowhere belong to me.

I would rather say Management focusing on complaint received, They are just concentrating on number services sold. I would not be leaving these people untouched.

Request all the individuals who are being cheated by naukri.com, mail me at [protected]@yahoo.com, as we as an individual can fight with them so lets get together and SUE them in court. I am having enough evidence to get back me refund and mental loss incurred to me, because of them.

I with My friend visited naukri.com Bhopal on 2nd may 2011.We Subscribed for resume development and Resume Highlight.I am amazed that We both have not got any response from the company since a month.They neither receive our phone calls and If they receive they are full of lame excuses.

So guys please be aware taking any service from Naukri.com

Naukri.com is a big cheater company. they took rs 5280 for premium resume within 7 working days, a cover letter, 2 design templates, PPT, job mails, job alerts, premium consultancy.

They gave CV that is too without formatting in 10 days on repeated reminders & thats without PDF. For cover letter i had to call & mail 20-30 times & they prepared one after 20 days. No design templates given. No consultant is visiting profile, no calls from any one. No improvement in job search.

In contrary to that their executives are least bothered about customer service. They will not forward the call & the management is not concerned about the complains & no reply on mails although they read all the mails.

Ms Cheena sharma was the sales executive & Ms Juhi Awasthi was CV developer. Before subscribing services they were behind it. After subscribing they even didnt bothered to pick call, reply mail.

In contrary to that, without paying any money to Monster, got 4-5 calls for vaccancies in top MNC's.

Naukri is worst & fraud company.
Naukri.com is a group of frauds, do not trust them.

I am paid user and my job advisor(your sales person) - 'Soumya Dutta' has made false promise. Before making payment he used to call me, answer my quries but after making payment he is not picking up phone. He is not helping at all. He is unfaithful and cheater.
I made complaints but customer care saying he will call me. It's more then a week I don't see any action on my complain.

No option to unsubscribe, the 'unsubscribe' link takes you to log in and then nothing...no leads or clues as to how u can unsubscribe! I'm so fed up with their junk mails.

Even I'm facing the same problem. I want to delete my complete profile from naukri.com but it doesn't have any such option. I set my account on Inactive mode, and I've unchecked all sorts of emails and messages to be delivered to me, but still I get mails from naukri.com almost everyday.

I am not able to deactivate my Naukri.com Account since there is no visible option available on their site. kindly help as it has become irritating to receive messages which are of no help.

I took services from Naukri.com for Resume writing on urgent basis and other services, all costing 6500 Rs.. They were suppose to delivere cv in 2 days however after 60 days also they have not been able to write proper draft. They do not have competitive people to write CV of senior technical persons. after reading the draft of my CV, I was wondering if that was my CV? Since they do not understand Engineering terms, they have copied and pasted work profile from somewhere else?

They take money in advance and therfore they do not care also. Now they do not respond to my mails or calls. The sales coordinator never ever picked up my mobile after the money was paid . Now they have my money (Rs. 6500) and no services have been provided even after 2 months.

Anyone has any comments??

Both are very worst site.latter than I purchase partimenaukri kit and it worked for me.i earned $256 from its cj programe.his program & support is very nice .generally Google does not approved new sit for adsence program but my site(that is created by partimenaukri) due to its content I got approval from them. Partime Naukri is one more fraud company. I spent Rs.1, 200/- to get myself registered. I did the data entry within 5 days as against 8 days given by them. They have not reverted back reg my payment. I would have appreciated even if they reply to my mail / phone call and tell me why my payment is not released - but no response reveals they are a cheat company. One Mr Suraj apparently tells me that he has left the company and hence cannot help me with the payment. So what to do now ?
Please dont subscribe to partimenaukri. If anyone thinks this is a genuine company, please help me get back my Rs.1, 200/- + Rs.3, 000/- for the work that I have done.

Yes...I completely agree with completely what Usha Nagesh told. Naukri is one more fraud company for part time online jobs. I Registered for both Email Sending and Ad Posting jobs by Paying Rs.850 (Combo Plan) on 4th December'15...I supposed to start work from 13th December'15, but I couldn't start work due to family concern and I informed the same through mail. But later I started work from 13th Jan'16 onwards. But till now I've not received even one month Payout also.

Kindly advise some body..."What I need to do get back my Payout for the work I've done"!!!

totally agree with Gaurav...they just give the jobs available to them but not those one which we require...I'd written "programming language" as my interest in CV and they were giving me jobs of French language specialist!!!...most jobs they offer are of BPOs..I think, they should first see the qualification of a person...

My name is Jose Sebastian.I have subscribed to Nukri.com resume development service Transaction code : 110627TS634962.I was supposed to get my draft on 8/07/2011.Today it is 17/07/2011.Still i havent recieved my draft.I was trying to track it down.But no use.The resume devolopment manager and other useless managers of naukri never answer there phone and will not respond to the mails.I would like to sue these guys if more people are facing these problems

We were offered the resume building free from NIIT Imperia and it seems they paid Naukri.
Naukri was suppposed to prepare a resume and put us on the high search list. To get the resume done we had to follow for around 2 months and they were responding as if they were doing a favour. The resume details were having info on services that my company does not provide.

The jobs that I get from them is totally irrelevant to my profile, hence I have spammed all the mails from Naukri.

I am planning to find some good consultants to find job with.

I registered Info EDGE India Ltd which is parent company of Naukri.com. I paid Rs.1950/- for Job mail services on 04/09/09. It is a fraud company who earns 65% of revenue from this portal only.
It is useless to pay any amt. What do they do just try to understand.

1. Naukri.com has hired hundreds of operators who used to filter requirement manually and forward to the customer.
2. Now they have upgraded the system where it filters the opening and send automatically due to this most of the openings are useless for you.
3. If you carefully watch most of the time opening is closed but the keep showing for longer time.
4. Ultimately it the consultants who can help you.
5. Pl. don't waste money, It is better you filter yourself and try to send your CV directly to the employer

Naukri (india) charge me $125 for 6 Month "Job mail", 12 Month "Resume Display" and Flash Service to 1000 Employers. I don't think it is a huge amount. Now already 7 months, But until this moment, I did not received a single call, and a response from a valid employer. By resume display service only "17 Views" by employer, all the 17 fake job mails ( from [protected]@live.co.uk).

Please note, by free subscription in monster, timesjob I am getting more results and calls with my same resume.

Naukri sending every month a request to fill up "customer feed back" form. I filled it with 100% unsatisfactory. No body responded from naukri.com ( India ).

So dear friends, I cannot blame all job site services. But "naukri resume service" is FAKE..!!!.

I am also agree from the Manoj complaint .I paid Rs 3400 to Nokari.com but they r not showing any interest after taking Money. Its a humble request from our Govt. plz take strike action against them and windup there fake company, so that they cant make fool other job seekers.

Like we all know Naukri.com is a job portal and the way they work is...
Big corporate houses (all companies in diff. fields IT, Manufact., Sales etc ) are their clients and these companies look for CVs matching their requirement and if and when they get any they contact them ( means us - you and me...).
In the current scenario Naukri.com can make your resume highlight to them provided the companies are looking for resources or they have requriement, if not then no body can help the job aspirant.

I am also looking for a better job now, but theres hardly any out there.

I would suggest instead of taking paid service, better update your resume regularly and also register in Monsterindia.com / timesjobs.com etc.

Even monster has paid service, but it would be the same because not many companies are hiring rt now.

really dont waste your money in naukri.com their is no worth as all the jobs forwarded by them are fake or we have to pay some training fees to the company ...i have recieved 25 job offers out of 22 are fake...no consultant have contacted me 5 months passed away...dey always say their is no matching profile 4 u...i have many times contacted them they don't give no positive response
