I have taken a subscription of Naukri Login in November, 2022... at the time of activation and taking money, there is no compliance issues, after taking the subscription and paying the amount, almost daily compliance team creating same issues again and again.

One lady called me saying that she is from naukri.com and told me that I have been shortlisted in HCL company and asked to pay 1000 INR for telephonic interview. Later in the interview, the recruiter told that I got selected for the package of 5.8LPA. he then told about the process and asked me to pay 10500INR initially. Later he again asked me to pay 20500INR. When I asked him that I have already paid 10500 INR, should I have to pay 10000...

Both lady are calling me threatening me and ask me to pay the chalan money

Your Profile, forward legal department. You cannot apply to any job for next 7 years in Multinational company. Court provide legal notice with challan, and you have to pay challan in court with statement.

I had subscribed to 1 month fast forward services of naukri and they have renewed it for next month without any prior communication. There is no option to unsubscribe this service and they have deducted INR 1363 without my consent. My customer code is 221118CS6350453 and transaction ID is 221118TS9165261.
