I got a call regarding naukri profile and she said I can get a job by paying 2800 for them immediately as the company recruiters are holding my profile
and asked me for a payment (received a call from [protected]). Is it naukri or any other person....

I have opted paid service for Resume Service. its been a month now but till now the my profile is not updated with final approved Resume.
1. profile shows still old resume but mail from Naukri says its done.
2. Getting featured - not clear how my profile will show as highlighted profile - not clear about this feature enabled in my profile
3. current employer need not come to know about my profile - requested by mail...

We have opted for paid services from Naukri.
Initially till the payment is made, Ms. Jiya Rani was very active and ensured to deliver the best services.
Jiya informed me that there will be a relationship manager will be alloted.
We clearly informed that any call to us should be after 6pm only for resume writing or any sort of discussions.

I don't require Naukri profile paid services, on auto-renew it does not give me the cancellation option.
why force use their service when I don't require it?

But non of them is starts due to the insufficiency in "Resume Writing",

They told me that my resume is selected by L&T and I need to pay money for reserving my seat for the interview. I paid Rs. 8000 . I want my refund back ....

I bought 5 credits which cannot be used, whenever i send a message it says update your profile. Complained to the customer care, they are taking the responsibility. Updated my profile so many times as like how they said and realised its a fraud service....
