    Hello sir/ ma'am,
    Today I got a call from a consultant for a part time job opportunity in vedantu, he asked me to go to the website and pay₹80, to avoid him i told him that i will call him back after a day, he said that there are many people and very less vacancies, and did not even wanted me to open the website by any other device, told me to use my debit card or net banking to pay.
    I disconnected the call.

        We are Bakertilly Hem LLP a Uganda based Certified Public Accountant firm, we have paid Naukri.com wide invoice number NK/21-22/176727, 500 USD with the below commitment from them but there is completely no service delivery from their side. Our Sales Manager is Amanpreet Kaur and now they are not responding any of our emails. please help us resolve the issue.

                I have opted paid service for Resume Service. its been a month now but till now the my profile is not updated with final approved Resume.
                1. profile shows still old resume but mail from Naukri says its done.
                2. Getting featured - not clear how my profile will show as highlighted profile - not clear about this feature enabled in my profile
                3. current employer need not come to know about my profile - requested by mail to respond, but no response, its been a week now and continues...
                4. when I write a mail to the Resume service, the response time is unimaginable - no response till i send another mail to respond.
                5. Resume writing - i have paid for this as well, but 90 % of the edits in the resume which i did not any substantial contribution from resume writing services except a simple word template provided.
                i have attached relevant screen shots of my profile to support the above issue.

                i have no other option except to make a complaint

                am ok to get the refund and cancel this non started service from Naukri.

                  Fake and threatening call

                  A person named Vikram called today asking why I haven't accepted the interview invitation from three companies as mentioned in the profile. He mentioned britannia, cipla and pharmeasy, he could fix an interview by paying a refundable amount to generate a reference id. I knew it was fake.                   I have received a call and they said we are talking from naukri.com.. As I have made a profile in naukri.com, I thought they might have seen my profile, the executive said that there is a vacancy in ICICI Bank and first of all you have to pay 500 as member ship fees and we will conduct your interview with ICICI Bank executive . I paid 500, after the interview they said to pay 2750 for joining form and other procedure, I trusted them and paid it, after they said you are selected now you have to pay 6000rs as a security deposit, and all the amount will be refunded, at this situation I have a doubt, now I am saying them to refund my 2750, they are saying it will take a time of 45-90 days, but before they said the amount will be refunded immediately.

                        I trusted on naukri.com . Many calls was coming and they only said first you pay the registration fees then you get the interview and after you get it so your money will be refunded. I never pay any registration fees by today I got a call and they say that there will be courtcase on you and your account will banned for 7 years. So please take action on this

                          I accidentally made a profile at monster. India regarding job hunt and suddenly the next day a call was made to me from Naukri. Com lady asking me if I got any job. I answered that I currently do not want any job right now, I made the profile just for the future. Then the next minute I received a message saying that I need to pay a challan of a huge amount, around forty thousand to the court, and court persons and police will be coming to my home to take the money. This is a completely fraud and spam case, according to me. I believe the call and messages are not from the true naukri. Com . Please help me out! I'm a bit worried.

                            Naukri Fast Forward: Refund my amount

                            I took Naukri Fast Forward service on 10th Aug, 2022. I was told that I will get proper relevant job notifications by mail and messages.

                                  Hi,
                                  We have opted for paid services from Naukri.
                                  Initially till the payment is made, Ms. Jiya Rani was very active and ensured to deliver the best services.
                                  Jiya informed me that there will be a relationship manager will be alloted.
                                  We clearly informed that any call to us should be after 6pm only for resume writing or any sort of discussions.
                                  Many assurances were given by Ms. Jiya Rani, post payment it turned false.
                                  We have sent several mails but went unanswered from Jiya Rani.
                                  Naukri team are not at all behaving professional. They dont even know how to talk to the customer.
                                  Frustrated with the services and informed them to refund back the money which we have paid. No response from their team.
                                  Not able to understand why Naukri team is treating the customers in these manner.
                                  Ms. Jiya Rani stopped receiving our calls and inform that she is in meeting always.
                                  upto making the payment she was following up and she had time to connect, now she is always busy.
                                  even we asked for escalation matrix, but we have not received.
                                  Expecting our refund on immediate basis and we dont want any services from Naukri.
                                  Very disappointed with the services from Jiya Rani and Naukri team.
