    I’m having a serious issue with the job which i appiled and i need justice to it
    Recently i saw a job in naukri.com and applied to it
    Next day i got a message saying that I have been selected and to start my work
    Later they said me to pay 2000 rupees for security purpose and now they are not responding to my mail, call anything.
    I have invested my 2000 rupees as they said it’s only for security reasons and now they have taken my money and responding.
    As it was a part time job which i saw in Naukri i have applied, please do justice to me

      Dear Sir/Madam
      I am writing this to bring your kind attention to the refund I had applied for back office work at Axis Bank. I'm not interested for that job.
      Because I am not interested in paying the money for document verification.
      At the time of call she only the registration fee of Rs.2000 is mentioned. I sent my documents and she explained job details.Then told that you qualified for this job. After the document verification Rs.2000 i made the payment. The next day again I had received call from naukari.com he told about the information regarding interview and told me to pay Rs.6000 for the document verification.I did not know this a while ago and When the first call came, no one said anything, only said about the registration fee. I can't afford the Rs.6000 registration fee. So I called her and said what was happened she said ok and asked to send a cancellation mail and refund will be made with in 24 hours.I sent the mail. After that i call her she didn't attend my call.After 24 hours again i call her she will not attend my call. i call from another number she picked up the phone and suddenly disconnecting my phone.For the registration she call me so many times but refund time no call.So I request to you kindly please refund my payment.

        In morning I have received call from naukri.com i.e 24th May 2022 at 10.30am regarding job.
        They where saying we have opening in 3 bank & for more opportunities you have to become membership of naukri of Rs.10. So that we can provide you reference I'd. After getting Reference I'd you can get more opportunities from company regarding jobs. so pay Rs.10 but they have taken Rs.5, 118/- for membership instead of Rs.10/- did not provide any reference I'd & all.
        I want my refund of Rs.5, 118/-
        It is huge amount not small amount.
        I am having her number with me from I got called from [protected].
        Her name is Anshika Sharma.
        Now dey are not refunding amount.
        I have their calls record, screenshot of there chats.

        I want my refund of Rs.5, 118/-
        Take strict action so that next time they have to think before doing such things.

            Refund for subscription

            We purchased a subscription from Naukri.com on the 04/20/22 (Invoice number NK09I2223/010509) for amount 1, 947.00 in INR. This subscription was for the purpose of being able to post a job and find candidates.

            They cancelled our subscription due to lack of documents. We were given very little notice to provide this documentation ( email received from you on 21'st April 2022 and subscription cancelled on 22'nd April 2022.)br...

              Received a call from [protected], he told he’s working from Naukri.com, asked me if I’m looking for a job and I have to do as he’s asking me to. Asked me to open google chrome from my phone and go to an address www.naukri.net.in. It smelled fishy as he was very aggressive and was frustrated when I told him that the site isn’t opening.. although it got open.. the page was asking for a referral ID but there wasn’t anything else on the page.. all blank as if some not so professional designed it to do some fraud. I denied any further instruction saying that the link isn’t opening.. I strongly it’s fraud in the name of Naukri.com

                Money deducted after cancelling the subscription plan

                Hello Jury,

                i had opted for 1 month Naukri fast forward services for resume display for getting job opportunities. As I didn't see much benefits from this service, I had cancelled the service before 8 days of next renewal date.
                Renewal date was on 23 Apr 2022.

                I have made the payment for monthly plan of Rs 1500 approx. I want to get my refund since the service is not yet active and one of the executive called me sharing that monthly plan is not helpful for senior level so go for value packs which I don't want to opt for. Also, MNC jobs might not be published on Naukri as per his conversation. Kindly refund my money paid at the earliest.

                  Sir, I got a call from someone claiming to be from legal team of naukri.com. From the start he was rude and was threatening me with legal action for not accepting a job recommendation. I tried telling him that this must be a technical glitch as I have yet applied for any jobs. He tried to threaten me with consequences and cajoled me into paying him 2550 rupees for withdrawing the legal action. Again he asked me to pay 12000 refundable fees. I sensed a tone and declined He threatened me and put down the call on me. I am attaching the mobile number with it for your convenience

                        I am searching new job on urgent basis hance decided to get paid membership on naukri of Rs. 2798/-
                        At the time of purchase got prompt response on 17th May 2022 but after that not even received single call from Naukri till 20th May 2022 and still it's not activated.
                        This service not found useful for jobseekers, they are not caring of customers and false promise making with consumers.

                              A consultancy from nokari.com called and told that I have shortlisted for the interview and for the interview scheduling I had to pay 2150 and that amount is refundable after that they send a email and bill of 2150 the email id from i recieved is priya sharma • [protected]@naukaricare.com and after that a small interview happened, and then they again demanded for 6500 which they said it's also refundable, they told tha if the money will not get refunded we can complaint in the website but we didn't pay it because we were not asure of that, now i request nokari.com to please take care of these frauds and please refund my money of 2150 .
