      I applied for part-time job in this company. Didn't know that they are going to put chalan against me just because they tried to contact me and the call got disconnected. They are saying that I have done some fraud and wasted their seat. If I had to waste the seat, why would I apply in the company. They are demanding Rs. 15, 775 to cancel my chalan. I'm attaching the screenshot of the message which the company has sent me.

        Today I received call from one person neetu Sharma (shows on truecaller)
        She said you applied for paid service on naukari.com
        And you have to submit survey form within 30 minutes .
        I didn't submit it, and after that in next 20mins got SMS that you are blacklisted for next 7 Yrs and also pay 48000 as a Challan. And another call I received (pallvi Chauhan) for the same that you have to pay 48000..

          Company executives called me and explain about their fast forward service and offer me for about 2500 rs for 3 month...and i paid the charges on 5th may 2022 as i like what they offer and then they said that i will receive call from their side on 9th may 2022 about my preferences and for any other query related to services. but till now i the did not called me.they called me on 11th may and 12 th may so they didn't fair at their commitment.so i want refund of my money..

                Today I received a call from a girl who said she was calling from naukri.com. She informed me that I had been shortlisted for three to four companies and that I needed to complete the process in order to move forward. She said to me that you will have to go to the link and then apply for a prime membership which is only Rs.10, I was a little confused by hearing that it was only Rs.10 so I asked her and she replied that this is the cost of each form you will be filling, as I had never received a call from naukri before so I didn't know the exact procedure and i thought maybe she is right. She sent me the URL via some random number, and I realized something was amiss, so i typed it into google and searched it, and guess what? It redirected me to naukri.com, which was enough to trick me, and I thought maybe this is authentic. I entered my card information, and when I clicked on otp for confirmation, I received a message from my bank with the name of some unknown organization and a request for Rs. 4688, at which point I understood it was a scam. That girl kept calling to see if it was registered or not, so I picked up the phone and began yelling at her, and she told me to please share the message with me so i could file a complaint with my company about some people misusing our website. I was so angry because of the way she was lying and asking for the message, and after I yelled at her, which was necessary, she told me to get lost and cut the call.
                I am requesting to the naukri.com to please make your security strong s people are misusing your website which is pathetic and also if i am applying for a job on naukri how they are getting to know about that and they also finding our contacts from there. I was aware so i was not tricked by them but there are so many people out there who are facing these problems everyday and getting tricked by these people.
                I would really appreciate if you look into this matter and I am also adding the number of the person who contacted me for your reference.

                  Yesterday i was download nokari.com app. I didn't complete my profile but still today i got a call from nokari.com. she consists to apply for a job. I decline because of my exams. After sometime i got another call and text message from nokari.com. she said i have to pay penalty of rs 48000 because i didn't respond the calls from company/declined the offer. After 2 hours i got another same message. But this time the amount of penalty is 35000. They call again and again & threatened me.

                    Hi, My name is Gargi, I am from the HR Dept. of Kashavi Homes. It is situated in Noida .
                    We purchased two job postings online on 18th April 2022. We I used one posting around two days later. After using the posting, I get a mail from compliance team, that I need to verify certain details, so that I can use the services.
                    I got this mail on 21th April 2022. Since 21st April 2022 till today 9th may 2022. I am just going round and round and have submitted the requested documents atleast three times, still have not received any response from Compliance Team. I just need to understand one thing, is it so difficult to verify a company. Also in case you have certain compliance to use your services, then why don't ask these details at the time of purchase only. Why do you do this activity after purchase...

She also said that my cv selected at ITC, Hindustan unileaver ltd. Before the HR round she said the naukri.com amount charge of Rs-10.I said ok if charge of Rs-10.The she sent me the link http://naukriworks.co/index.php.After that completed the procedure the amount charge of Rs 10.But that time amount are unsuccessful .After that i check my account amount has deduct of Rs-35826.She told the amount has been refund to your account at evening 6:30.Till the amount not refund. Kindly give me help of this matter. That money i earns for harwork. Kindly help of this matters. I need this amount. Kindly see the attachment of bank statement and phone no and wats app no.

                        I Received a Call by name HR Darshana Pawar Form Naukri.com representing herself as naukri hr sent me for an interview in a recruiter office which was totally fraud, as by the behaviour of the staff i came to know this is a fake recruiters office, as individually before taking any Legal Action on them its my duty To let you know, its my humble request if this person is in your contact please take action.

                          I got a call from Naukri.com on 5th May stating that they have data entry work from home for Haldirams private limited. They said I need to pay 600 prior interview and 600 after which will be returned to me in first month salary or if not get selected after interview. I said I am unable pay right now as i have internet connection issues. She sent me details on WhatsApp and asked me to pay through QR code.

                          Today I received a call from some Advocate Kavya Sharma ([protected]) from Delhi stating that Naukri.com is sueing me for not paying and wasting their time. However till now i have not received any email regarding anything. She said I will have to pay 10, 438 for panalty in court and if i don't my file will be blocked for 7 years and won't be able to apply to any MNC. She informed i can call the same number i received call from to resolve the issue.

                          When I call ([protected]), she told me if I pay 1200 now then she will inform her legal team and cancel the Case and refund 1200 to me tomorrow. If not then I can go to court and pay 10438 Panalty.

                              Unable to access my Recruiter account even after multiple emails

                              I signed up for a recruiter account and paid the money in full. They offered a free premium job posting as an offer. I posted the job but after a few days my account was suspended since they wanted hiring mandates. Immediately, I send them all the required documents over the next few days. However, they are not responding to email and my account is still suspended even after multiple calls to customer support, numerous emails and follow ups....

                              Its been almost 24 hours and i have not received even the first call. i have taken the super express resume builder service (with their promise to make resume within 48 hours), along with a host of other post resume services. I am not at all happy with their sales representative Amisha (& her senior Manisha) who promised me the moon, but now i am getting nothing in return. If i am taking Resume writing service, how can you expect me to send a resume to your team. i dont have one. Think this is a waste of time. I had high hopes from a firm like Naukri (i am a well wisher of Mr Anupam), but thoroughly disappointed. i dont want a half hearted job from your side for the sake of doing it. Hence, i would like to CANCEL the services availed and kindly initiate full refund amount of Rs 12, 500. I hope i don't have to fight for this now (which i will in case i dont get my refund).

                                I have received call from team stating my profile has been shortlisted for some of companies and if I will not apply to the same than my profile will be blocked and not able to apply for MNC's for 7 years and u have to pay penalties etc and here is the message I have received.

                                Your Profile forward legal department. You cannot apply to any job 7 years in MNC'S Company. Court provide legal notice with challan, and you have to pay challan in court with statement.

                                I am asked to pay Challan amounting Rs. 48, 456/-. Pay in court Within 2 hours officer team visit your home address.

                                  I got a call around 2 pm stating I need to pay money for assurance 1900 the 5500 for document verification and 7500 for completion of the procedure in this process I lost more 14900 overall 29800 got debited from my account when I asked for refund they asked more 12500 to pay through IFSC as a part of there company procedure to which I denied theyhave assured to pay the money in 7 working days but according to the frauds call mention on the naukri.com site I am highly doubtful

                                    Whatever may be the pretext on which payment is sought be collected from you, please DO NOT PAY any one for helping you find a job or helping you emigrate/immigrate.

                                      Profile 90 percent completed issue

                                      Even after uploading resume multiple times profile is still showing 90 percent completed...
