    I see the openings which are showing are most of the time has already been filled up. Also there are no calls at all from naukri.com now a days. Earlier at least calls . Service has deteriorated like anything. If all good openings can be availed by getting subscription of different value then it will be difficult for the general public. Also the subscription amount or SMS credit rates are pretty high. I feel naukri should be very careful before posting old positions which are of no use.

      I have received a call from naukri website and asked me to pay only 10 rupees for interview schedule and sent me a link. I gone accross the link and logged in my naukri profile. During payment through bill desk, it appears only 10 rupees. While I entered my bank details, my payment is getting failed. I have tried thrice but it getting failed. So I refused to pay but my all personal data, Bank details, Mobile Number, Mail Id was leaked. How do I protect my account.

        Greeting! Hope you are doing fine.

        I have received a job opening calll from on of the naukri.com employee ( kanchan sharma) contact No. [protected] about tech Mahindra. I was on call and she without saying anything she disconnect and then I text her stating not to call me again if she don't know how to end a call if you are not interested and the way she did is not a professional one. Late she threat me that she is direct from naukri.com and she will delete my profile from nauki.com permanently. So I request you to look into it and please teach your employees how to be professional.

                Resume not getting uploaded in profile

                I have tried multiple times to upload my resume but it is still showing under pending actions. The format is .pdf and of ~1.5 MB so there shouldn't be any problem with format or size. Many recruiters also said my resume is not visible in my profile. Please kindly help to correct this technical issue as the recruiters do not revert unless they find a CV in profile....

They told me to do the payment from debit card, after paying it showed unsuccesful, yet Rs-10371 was deducted from my bank account.

                        On 8th January in the noon time, i received a call from one of the employees of naukri.com congratulating me for getting shortlisted for a job in HDFC bank. They asked me to watsapp these documents including current qualification marksheet, id proof & passport size photograph, after a while they called me asking me to get registered with Rs500 in the company, on payment of Rs500, they told me that the amount is refundable.
                        Next day they called me again asking me to pay the sum amount of Rs 3990 for the verification of documents, assuring me that once the documents are verified, then the amount is refundable, then when i found it suspecious, then i asked them to mail me from the official site of either naukri.com or HDFC bank then they mailed me with the id: naukri.com.[protected]@gmail.com then when i told them that it's not the official id they claimed that this is only their official id.
                        Then i asked them return/refund my 500Rs, then they started ignoring my calls and messages.

                          I reached out to naukri on January 8, 2022 and on the spot subscribed for their fast forward services. I have the relevant email where I have paid for subscription

                          I gave an appreciation email for Ms Manisha Jain and completed every formality that they have asked me to.

                          Now I have gotten an email saying that they won't apply for jobs on my behalf but i have to whereas when I discussed with Manisha, she said that both her naukri team and me will apply for jobs

                          I think they have taken advantage of my weak moment and she spoke in a comforting way that I surrendered to her completely with regards to my job requirements. Now naukri team is emailing saying that I have to apply for jobs. Where, how and when is not explained

                          Why should I apply when I'm paying them 8800 is not understood

                          The transaction happened on January 8, 2022 and today is January 10, 2022 so please help me with the refund

                          I'm really nervous. I feel they have taken advantage of me

                            I subscribed to fast forward services but they have set up complete wrong criteria so basically all jobs received are wrong. The RM delegated is not helping. Sales person is not responding. There is no response on Toll free number as well.

                              Refund of money paid

                              Yesterday I got a call from a lady called Neha Sharma, she said she is from naukri.com and she said that a job opening is there in Hp company Bangalore, made to pay 1000 to mail id team.[protected]@aol.com and is refunable if not selected or selected. And I got a call from a HR my telephonic interview was done he forecably made to pay 6, 800 as a deposit for 1 year bond and he is from Uttar Pradesh east India.Now, i have asked them for the refund...

                              Naukri had called me and asked whether iam looking for a job and scheduled me for an interview and had made me pay 1000 Rs instantly through phone pay. When asked about the refund your customer service helper told me that it will get refund after the 2nd interview.on the same day that is on 5/1/2022 they said that tht cash will be refunded within 24 hours. Whenever iam calling they do no respond and make the calls unavailable. I don't want to wait till any interview i want my cash refunded within today ASAP. You people should stop acting irresponsible and pick up the call and solve the queries instead of running away fromit by not answering the calls. While taking the money it was too easy you guys did it within minutes but will telling you guys to refund the money there is no response. This is a shame! [protected] is the number through which i have made the payment through phonepay directly into naukri. I want the amount to be refunded back as fast as possible.

                                  An unknown number is calling me continuously and asking me to pay challan 45, 541 Rs @ court otherwise legal notice and police officers will come to my home and will take legal actions against me...they are asking me to pay challan because I refused to pay 2900 Rs for getting job with their references...
