We would like to clarify that this call is neither part of Info Edge (India) Limited [Company] or the Naukri.com network of websites (Naukrigulf.com/FirstNaukri.com) nor is it associated with Company or any of its business divisions in any manner. Our name/logo has been used without our knowledge or consent.
You are strongly advised not to provide your personal information / financial information to caller e.g. Credit/Debit card number, CVV number, OTP, etc. Imposter may approach you in any of the below scenarios and induce you in to making a transaction, they may be posing as a:
Scenario 1: Customer service executive on the pretext that since you are not satisfied with services of naukri.com, we are initiating refund. Kindly visit “xxxxxxxnaukri.com” (any similar website) and input your credit/debit card details once and refund will be credited to your account
NAUKRI.COM DOES NOT REQUIRE INPUT OF CREDIT/DEBIT CARD/BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS ETC FOR PROCESSING REFUNDS IF ANY
Scenario 2: Recruiter/consultant arranging for an interview / conducting interview and seeking a payment from you in return for the same
Scenario 3: Recruiter/consultant and promise a guaranteed job offer and you may be asked to make a payment towards the same
Scenario 4: Immigration consultant or an overseas recruiter and promise help with emigration/immigration and ask for money to process visa, etc.
Whatever may be the pretext on which payment is sought be collected from you, please DO NOT PAY any one for helping you find a job or helping you emigrate/immigrate.
Also, we understand your anxiety we will not be able to authenticate or provide any proof of legitimacy of the offers shared with you by consultants/ recruiters. Naukri.com only works as a facilitator in your job search by enhancing visibility of your profile / resume and highlighting your profile to the recruiters.
We advise you to use your own judgment and sole direction in applying for jobs or paying registration fees. We recommend you to check the company website and office to validate authenticity of the offer.
