I got call from Priya representative naukri.com she offrs me a back offc job in hdfc bank nd she asked for registration fees ₹2150 I paid it and thn I gave interview on phone nd I were said that I got selected nd thn again I receive call frm Priya’s senior executive she asked me to pay bond security deposit of minimum ₹8500 for 1 year…. Nd now they are not refunding my registration amnt which she told If i step back thn it will be refunded within 1hrs. Plz I want my money back. I have the proof of payment nd the no. Frm which I received calls (+[protected]:- priya’s no. +[protected]:- Priya’s senior. +[protected]:- HR HDFC BANK)

      Dear Sir/Mam

      It was intimated to your resume specialist person already not to call in office hours as it was not possible to talk.
      Still he called again and again to close this service only.
      Also no one informed initially that how many days are given for this service.
      Since 16.09.2021 I am sending mails to him and rhea.[protected]@naukri.com but no response is given from any one.
      Is this how Naukri works in a non-professional manner and if its true then will try to inform others to my contacts also for that.
      I had paid 9500 for resume service and resume posting but no response from any one.
      How to proceed in this matter.

                I had applied for a job opening on Naukri.com portal for Larsen and Toubro Infotech (LTI) on 26th July 2021 and one of their internal employee (Nupur Kotnala; Email ID: nupur.[protected]@naukri.com) confirmed that the interview details will be shared on Friday i.e. 30th July 2021 for the interview to be taken place virtually on 1st August. But the interview details had never been shared as promised on 30th July 2021. Furthermore on following up through email with the above Naukri.com employee who processed my application for the scheduled interview, I received no response. My concern is even for any reason the interview had not taken place on 1st Aug then why the person who communicated about MS Teams' confirmation (in this case nupur.[protected]@naukri.com) whose details was due to be shared on Friday (the next day) had not updated about interview cancellation when I followed up constantly on 1st Aug, 2nd Aug and even 3rd August. It is evident that nupur.[protected]@naukri.com chose not to respond when a person followed up on a scheduled interview which only she confirmed from her end and not LTI. This shows her unethical, unprofessional and irresponsible behavior where strict action needs to be taken against an irresponsible and unethical person for not responding on constantly follow up for an update. I have complained this to Naukri.com on 25th Aug 2021 to take strict action against her employee for unprofessional, unethical and irresponsible attitude but so far no action has been taken.

                I want strict action against the person who sent me a fake communication about MS Teams interview (which came from email address nupur.[protected]@naukri.com and belongs to naukri.com domain not LTI domain) and refused to respond to my query on constantly following up for three consecutive days and finally have to escalate this through your medium.

                  I have received this message from naukri because of not accepting to pay 2900 she was blackmailing that ahw will block our profile for 7 years for not accepting MNC companies and further education and also send this message Your document forward to legal department you are not accepting any job and court provide leglly notice with chalan and you paid chalan in court with statement. I have paid 5000 to company for remove my block profile she said what I paid account this is refundable please help me and resolve my problem.

                      I've paid 2500for a security payment which is refundable. But after that interview they charged me 10500 for training. I said I can't afford so cancel that. But now again they are charging 1500for cancellation. How's is it possible. Please help me out to get back my money from naukri. They didn't inform me about this previously.

Mr Rahul Ranjan CRM supervisor, naukri.com, Info edge india ltd ( Naukri ) advised me to pay the fee for for getting interview i have to paid 990 rs through phone pay on 26.08.2021,
                        on 27.08.2021 i have received mail from Mr. sanjay ( DLF Ltd ) Mobile No [protected] and received google link and interviewed on 27.08.2021, Meanwhile announce result of HR round Mr. Rahul Ranjan advised me to pay remaining fee Rs 3730 and i have paid on 28.08.2021 through Phone pay. and after announcing hr Round they advised me to get the PMI ceriftication and pay 14400 and i have paid Rs 7400 towards certification they asked me to pay remaining 7400 towrds balance, meanwhile when i check with Mr sanjay No [protected]. the number is not responding and no cencern with DLF people, Mr Rahul Ranjan who is telling Naukri employee whether he is a valid employee or not, i want to confirm the issue. the first number who induced me to take service Mrs lavanya mobile number [protected] she is telling that i have assigned another work which will be no relation with this dept in further, i want to know the inducing of job seekers and after getting induced further payments and after assigning the same related ( naukri ) employees to another Job. what is the real and we want to know the facts,

                            Received call from naukri.com for job purpose. Caller send me the link to provide details like name number email id phone number, 10 th 12 th marksheet, aadhar and pan card that i have been selected by Ibm India Pvt td . next step was payment which was of ₹2500 kind of internet handling charges for application from as said by caller.
