Hello sir/ mam
Me ek call rcv ki thi Naukri recruiter se. Wo mujhe pahele 790/- deposit Karne keliye bole. Mene Karli, ushke bad 2244/- interview keliye bole wo bhi ki . Phir I'd genet keliye 5160/- Karne keliye bole wo bhi ki me. Bolrahethe refundable hojayega after job . Fainaly 10000/- salary ac me deposit keliye bole to mene skip Karli. Abhi bolrahe he wo 8000 refund nehi hoga . Meri father nehi he bahat mehnat se wo rupees tha. Plz help me mujhe wo return chahiye .

    description: i received one mail from naukri.com like your cv is shortlisted and then one lady call me to attend the telephonic interview for L&T construction and the she told me to paid for interview registration fees 2500 rs and then i got a mail for i have selected the bajaj electricals company, but he asked me to pay the security amount, she said you will not willing to pay the security amount your 2500 will be refundable. so i have paid 2500 to the account which is she sent me. i told i am not willing to pay security amount but my 2500 do not refundable till now, i try to call but the is switch off.

      The reason behind writing this mail is to raise a serious dispute of data breach against Naukri.com
      Its shameful that naukri could not able to prevent our personal data from getting leak, and now created the trust issue.

      I am availing the fast forward service of naukri since 3 months and I canceled my subscription
      on 6th july 2021,...

      I am a nurse looking job abroad, I applied on the site of Lifeline Hospital Abudhabi, on the same day i got a call which states from naukri services, and told they have reviewed my profile for the selection to above mentioned hospital ..Asked to pay 3500 for the registration purpose .i have done with the payment..and told to send my certificates copy..i sent all the copies they asked, later they asked to pay 4500 for the verification charge...i denied, but one person called me and made me convinced.again they asked for 7500..that time i completely denied and told them that I'm not interested to proceed..and asked for refund.Again they called and asked me to pay NOC charges if i want refund..I did payment..this all happened on 3/7/21.and they told office will close soon and remaining procedures will get completed by Monday morning itself..today afternoon they called me and asked to pay 3550 for cancellation charges..i paid after quarelling..again they told me to pay 4500 to get completed the process and told all the money get refunded after the final payment of 4500...i did.. total 18250 rupess i paid to them..Now they are telling that only 50% is completed, i need to pay 4500 more to get my money back..I don't know what to do.. please help me to get my money back..They are telling that if i won't pay my account will get blocked and won't get the money back..what should i do??Please find a solution for me..here I'm attaching all the chats, call history, mail and payment details.         I m a 12th pass out student .I got a call frm naukari.com for internship so they asked me to submit some documents Bt I didn’t want to continue n i didn’t wanted to continue I called them many times Bt they were not receiving my call n they n now they r asking me to pay money for it 35000 n sending me msgs that u r not eligibile for any job n all.n they haven’t cleared this thing before Bt still they r forcing me to pay the fine n all just bcoz I don’t want to continue.

          I have received a call from naukri for interview purpose.she said we have conducted the to companies you have to 10/- for registration fee. Then I have paid to 10/- for it transaction failed once she try again once second time I have paid but that transaction also failed but while call is going on my amount 24, 999/- debited on 03.07.2021 at 3:17pm please do favour and save justice.

            I'm Cathrine. I received a mail from NaukriPoint. That mail content was job offer from HCL . I contact referred number and they said send a resume and paid money 1200 for confirmation of Interview. Then connect to hr then interview finished they said again 5200 paid from u for job confirmation. And they also said money was refundable within 5 hours. So I paid that. Then the hr said again 6900 u paid for training security payment. At that time I said I have no money and I'm not able to pay that money. Suddenly They said ur sent amount was not refundable for u from our company. I lost my money please help me to refund My money

                    I am Sarthak Sali, I got a call from a lady on 1/07/2021, who claimed that she is talking from Naukri.com, First she told me that my CV is selected for some XYZ company, and there is an interview after some hours. Then she asked me to buy a study material for rs 2850. I refused to pay and cut the call. After some time I got a massage that Chalan no. 054/6188/2021 QC (cash no, PR12) and chalan amount is Rs. 35541 paid in court. Within 6 hours officer team visit your home. I ignored the massage. After some time I got a call from same number saying that if I do not pay rs. 2850, my CV will get banned for 7 years and also I have to pay rs 35541. I knew that it was a fake call. I would like to share the details of those.

                      I dont know from where few people have got my number but i am getting 100 fake calls daily asking for a refundable deposit of 2000 rs.
                      When i caught hold of the person because naukri.com never asks for money the person started misbehaving with me.
                      I will give you a few numbers may be you can connect with a few spammers.

                      I want this to stop right away because these people are shameless and fooling inocent people who are looking out for jobs.

                          A few days ago, I paid for 4700/- including tax for access to one of Naukris packages. They asked for KYC which they rejected. However, since they have not provided me any solution to fixing this block to using the product or any questions or emails I have forwarded them. Essentially, this means I have paid almost 5k INR due to an urgent need and have been blocked from using their products with no recourse.

                          Request for a correction or a refund from them have not even gone noticed with no response from their KYC team and support. Basically making our life as a startup hell. Customer Service and Support has been extremely poor and no way to challenge this fraud to get a refund also..

                            Sir i am Rosemerry from Nanded.Maharshtra.There is a call from a number (protected..) He told me to send me ur cv and resume then i will ask about interview. After that he told me to send ur qualification details and resume and cv to on a email and when i send all of these documents to him, , so then he tell me 4500rs. I said I'm not agree with you so he used to blackmail me to pay 41514 rs. Otherwise he will blacklist in MNCs. So please suggest something about to this and send this message on whatapp as given below inside the bracket,

                              A call received to me from Naukri.com (ph no.[protected]) claiming that they are provided jobs in my field. My field is for lawyer and after asking several questions as to what is the job description she strated arguing and abusing me. Later she said " lawyer hai to zuban ladayegi. Tameez se baat nhi karegi". I think this hurt my sentiment even though i was simply trying to have conversation with her. The call is fraud and misappropriated in which many people get caught. I hope you would look into the matter as soon as possible else i will not make it late to take any legal action.

                                They all are three people, they are calling herself Neha([protected]), Arnav Rathore([protected]), Sneha jain ([protected]), and MD Mujaffar Hussain(Rahul Malik - [protected]). Neha is the girl to start this incident She said to me that my profile is selected for TCS or Wipro and they told me that send your all documents including PAN, Adhaar, all your certificates then I sent to her. After one day she again called me and told me that my HR will contact you after 1hr and take your interview. Then Arnav Rathore Called me as a HR, asked some normal question about family members. After this Neha called me again told me that Send 1500rs for Registration charge and I send to her in Mujaffer Hussain's account. After 1hr sneha jain called me and told me that I selected in TCS and but she has some terms and conditions like documents verification. She said me that I have to send her 7500rs for documents verification and I paid her in two times first day 3500rs and second day 4000rs. and They gave me a offer letter of TCS which is fake. All the amount which I paid has gone in Mujaffer Hussain, he is the only person to never called me. I have all the screenshots of whatsApp chat, transaction ID, which is enough to take legal action. I'll complaint about this in HRD Ministry department, cyber crime and local police station.

                                  Hello Naukri Team,

                                  Please see below message received from a fraudulent email id stating job opening in a bank at Indore. Mail states that these agent are from Naukri.com and offering a package of INR 3.3 lakhs per annum to my wife and for that a mandate registration has to be done for which she has to pay INR 2, 000 upfront. She shared me the mail and after checking found out that these guys are fraudsters.
                                  Please take necessary actions against them.

                                    I received a call from naukri.com saying that if you don't pay for the registering fees we are going cancel your profile, I said go ahead do then I received a msg from the same no. Evening saying " Dear candidate, your Chalan no.052/6178/2021 QC(cash no. PR12) and chalan amount is Rs. 35541 paid in court. Within 4 hours officer team visit your home.."

                                    Don't you think these kind of fraud calls are making it hard for job seekers.
