I got a call from naukri.com about the paid service refund due to technical error from their end. They wanted to refund amount i paid in October. They mailed link for refund process, and told me trasfer 10 Rs. For the varification purpose. 1st transaction failed so they told me try one more time. Rs. 5000 each debited twice from account and funds were transfer to Freecharge Payment Tech, Gurgaon location.
Please help me to get my hard earn money

I have paid money for Naukri paid services but this was such a useless service I have ever seen not receiving relevant mails and calls.

I applied job for account from nokri.com and i got fraud 12000
they call me [protected] name was naira and also paid gpay account mobile [protected]
kindly requested secured your sites and find it out

I was asked to fill a registration form for rs 10.when I proceeded with debit card payment the amount showed to me was 39999rs.when I checked regarding this the caller told pl send me the.message so that I can check with the system.so including msg otp also they got .one after other my money was getting debited.so all total 58000 rs seized from my account in 3 transactions.
They were promising of refund but not a single penny I got.T hey asked to share account no and IFSC code .I did and sent too.After that there phone lines are not available.

Before some day I have applied for a job and a person named Imran Khan called me and told that he opened a consultation named Bisakha career in cuttuck, Odisha. He demanded 1000/- from me for the registration fees. And he told that he will arrange a interview in the company B.S mining corporation, Joda. He told that the G.M of that company is very close to him and he will definitely give me the job in that company. This incident passed 3weeks but till now he doesn't give me any confirmation and now he is ignoring my calls.

Hi, This regarding the violation of rigth to choose. I want to let you know that now companies are keeping eyes (eavesdroping) on the employees profiles and if employee are updating the profile they are threatening them and saying never use naukari.com. Although employees already had blocked company but we don't know from which profile they are using it. Companies have hired a consultant to check and keep eyes on employee if they want to find new jobs or update it. This is really a serious concern because by this the reliability is declining. We thought of creating other profile with other name don't mentioning about recent company (because they may have filter it) but that may create some falsified info to new company. Please help us on to fix this serious issue. Because it will create bad impression and people try to avoid naukari.com as well.

I have registered on Naukri.com and applied for a job in Alpha Interprises. I got a call from Ms. Neha them wherein she called me for interview. When I checked with her if its a company or a placement as i had a bad experience earlier, they said its a company. She asked to bring aadhar card, pan card 2 Photos and 200 rupees which is refundable in the first salary. On going there they told me to surrender by mobile and asked for Rs. 200. When I asked for the company name where they were to place me, they said they cannot disclose it but once you are through with your interview, the interviewer will tell you the company name. So I paid Rs. 200, then another lady asked few details and said You are selected but you have to pay Rs. 2000 to get the address which she would be sent on your email. When I denied for the 2000 and asked for refund of 200, they denied. When i told this incidence to my parents they called the lady who interviewed me, then they handed over only 100 Rs. back to me and balance they have not refunded.
We look upon Naukri site for getting jobs. But if Naukri is going to only show placements details on site with faulty company names then without earning anything we are unnecessarily spending money and time on visiting this places and sometimes even fall prey to the application or registration money which they demand.

We are loosing confidence in visiting these sites, Me as well as my friends are fed up of these sites now. Atleast for freshers like me should not be harrassed as we are currently dependant on our parents for this money and we cannot waste it in such a way.

We have launched a police complaint, however police has informed us to launch a complaint on your registered site to keep you posted on this issues and also to know the actions taken by you.

Expecting you to check on the employers details before loading on your site as people should not loose hopes on these sites. Further there should be seperate tabs for placements and Direct Jobs.

If we have to spend money on placements then why do we have to use these sites.

Sir i have been Continuously applying for the jobs. One day i received a call under the name naukri. Com. I talked to them but for arranging interview they asked for money. And the most surprised thing the email through which I registered naukri was also incorrect. When I ignored the money they start blackmailing me. And today they send the msg I am forwarding you.

I Srijoy Ghosh a resident of Kolkata, West Bengal is writing this mail to file a complaint against Naukri.com app. I am a B.com (H) third semester student of Vivekananda College, Kolkata. I recently applied for a part-time job at Naukri.com on 31st of December 2020. A day after that I got a call from its HR executive that I have been selected for a job at GODREJ company. They asked me for registration fee of Rupees 2750. They said me that I will get back the amount with my first salary after joining the company . Next day they called again and said that you have been selected for a telephonic interview and asked me to pay out the registration amount of Rupees 2750 via online transaction. I have attached a screen of all the details of the transactions and the mail which they sent me after paying the registration fee. In the evening I got a call around 5.30pm, the person on the other side of the call said that he was the senior executive from GODREJ company. He asked me few questions and then said that I will receive a confirmation mail about the job and I will have to be on a TRAINING PROCESS FOR 4 MONTHS as I am a fresher. I do not receive any mail on that day and also not on the next day. Today which is 4/01/2021 I got a call around 1.30pm and the person on the other side of the call said that he was from naukri.com and sends me a mail which states that I will be getting a salary of Rupees 21, 252 thousand but I will have to pay Rupees 9500 as I will be going through training process for four months. As Rupees 9500 is a considerable to pay so I told them that I will inform them after sometimes. Then I got and emergency for which I was a little busy so I could not receive their call Then suddenly when I checked my phone I saw a watsapp message that I have been send a challan of Rupees 65, 541from court for not paying the amount of Rupees 9500 immediately. It also stated that I will not be able to apply for any jobs for 7 years. Then I called them to ask about it, they started to threaten me that if I do not pay the money they will send my Adhaar Card, my Marksheets to the court and also said that a police team from the nearest police station will be arriving at my home in the next 6 hours. I got confused as they threaten me to disrupt my career and paid them Rupees 9500 but I DO NOT RECEIVE ANY MAIL OF THE CONFIRMATION OF THIS PAYMENT. They further said that I will have to pay the amount of Rupees 65, 541 and started to threaten me regarding my career. They said that the officer in charge MR. RAJU DAS of the nearest police station which is PARNASREE POLICE STATION will come but on searching about the officer in charge’s name after all these happened I came to know that it was totally fake there is no police officer in charge with the name MR. RAJU DAS. Then after sometimes they said that they can make a settlement if I pay them again an amount of Rupees 15, 550. Then after hearing this I said that its impossible to pay such an huge amount for me . Then they said to pay Rupees 10, 000 now through online payment and the rest amount after sometimes. Now tell me which company does file a complaint against a person if/she does not agree to pay any amount before actually joining the job or getting the call letter from the job? It is a complete case of fraudulent by NAUKRI.COM. I still have not got any confirmation mail amount the payment of Rupees 9500. I am attaching the details of the number from which I got calls repeatedly and blackmailed me to do this.

I never requested for this OTP, so please check who was trying to gain access to my account....

My name is bharath. I have made profile on naukri.com but on my profile, my profile is not approved. Please approved my profile pic so that recruiter can able to see my pic and the chances of getting placed in company can be increased. Please approved my profile pic as early as possible.

One of the agent from Naukri portal called me by saying that he will arrange interview with cipla company. For this process he asked me to pay 100 rupees from my debit card. While doing payment 1000 rupess was debited. He told he will refund that amount. He asked my Adhaar number, PAN number and OTP. But till now it was not credited to my account.

I have registered for a job in naukri. They contacted me regarding the job and asked me to pay ₹1200 so that they will sed me the acess to start they will send me the acess to start the job. I have sent the amount and details they asked. They asked me to contact me after three days. So i contacted them after three days they didnot respond properly and blocked me without providing any valid response. I want to file a complaint against them. I need my refund amount as i applied to them as i trusted naukri as you guys will help us with loyal workspace. If i did not get my refund i will file a complaint to cybercrime mentioning that company and for your kind information i am a journalist and i will make this scam issue in my newspaper headline.
