Today morning I got a call from Mr. Nirmal ([protected]) and he said me that I am speaking from naukri.com and he said that we are giving you a best offer with 55% discount for services subscription for getting call from recruiter and also searching about recruiter and he send me a link for payment of Rs.900/- but when he send me invoice I was surprised that he mislead me for giving 55% discount and in the invoice I sae basic amount of Rs.1290/- for services and they give me Discount of Rs.390/- only and it should be discount of Rs.709.5.
Please help me for the refund of my money that they charged after misleading.

Since one week i am experiencing the issue of getting message "your monthly quota has been expired".
This is really frustrating & annoying.
Even now i am not able to apply for a single job opening.

I m able to log in on naukri but unable to apply for any of the job it says monthly quota expired i don't want any quota for application rubbish is going on preventing a job seeker to apply for opportunities

I registered myself for naukri paid services and as part of this service, naukri came up with a job offer in tcs with a reasonably good package. But in the process of giving me a job, naukri has acquired a total of 35 k saying that this amount will be refunded once i get the job in tcs. This whole thing sounded very suspicious to me when naukri asked me even more money as part of some online investigation by tcs. I spoke to naukri associate stating that i am not interested in the offer anymore because of the huge money they have already incurred from me. I have requested for a refund through mail and i tried calling him today but his phone is switched off.

Please help me with it as i have paid a very huge amount to tcs through naukri.

I got a job call from naukri.com site and they had mine 44565 rupees with them and they asked for more money to transfer for last procedure so i denied then they asked me the account number to which they will refund my amount but today am calling that person and his number is switch off telling, ([protected]- kabir) so kindly please help me from the scam...🙏🏻

First i searching for a part time and i have seen this naukri and i'll applied indigo airlines ground staff jobs and that girl from indigo she called me and she ask for application amount which is around 2500 and later i received a call from ashuthosi he is hr in naukri and he called and he ask for interview and logical questions and he ask me to pay 6300 and paid it and later the requriter calls me and i anwsers all the questions and next day that ashuthosi call me and said your are selected and your cv is with me and i should prepare agreement for you nad that you should pay 7000 for it and i paid and finally he didn't call me and when i call him he says like that and i scared and for that i don't know what was happening and i asked for refund my money but he didn't replayed me and another hr called his name is abinav he is also from indigo he called me and he asked for this that application and money i sent him 5000 rupees and ashuthosi called me and ask and i said i already gaved but he didn't told me and i called to abinav and i put conference to both and they will discuss but after that they will not pick my calls and msg that's it now i want my money back its emergency please refund my money

I got a call from naukri.com saying im shortlisted for Amazon and they asked me to apy 2500 for registration and I paid. Next day they called to take telephone interview and said that I was selected and asked me to pay 7500 then I paid the money through Google pay . Afterwards they never answered my calls and switched off their mobiles. I want my refund back as early as possible

I get a call from naukri.com and they told me that my profile has been shortlised and they asked me to pay 2500 for registration after that they again asked me to pay 4800 for verification. I paid the total amount and i didn't get any job. I want my refund back. So i request naukri.com to secure our information on your portale so that this type of person can't misuse it.
And please take action against that person who is doing fraud so that innocent job seeker can't come under their scam.

This is for your kind information the axis bank credit card collection executive has come to my home along with my original resume. He found my address and then he enqueried about my deatils. We fought each other how you got my original resume cause am following naukri only, how you got resume. We went to local police station and i was raised complain't against my resume. The collection executive told us we have recevied from naukri for paid service. Please let me know details. Or shall i go for consumer court with my all evidance.

I got a call from Naukri.com stating about the job offer n all. And after that they told me to submit registration fees of Rs2750. And after that when I did not submit the registration fees, I got a text message regarding the legal charges of Rs35, 500. After that they told me this is a court case and I need to submit the amount otherwise I won't be able to apply in 6000 MNC's for 7 years. After that they gave me an option, j fi will submit 9500 amount to them they will remove my legal charges and then they said all this amount is refundable. When I submitted the amount, they didn't received my calls and neither they refunded my money.

Recently after i was searching for cv writing and professional service on naukri.com website, i got a call from naurki.com saying the different packages available. During the initial conversation with amanadeep (Senior executive) and another lady over the phone, they had promised the international, gulf resume spotlight and executive level cv writing. When i was forwarded the link to make the payment, i noticed only international resume spotlight and senior level (8+) cv writing was provided in the email. When i discussed later over the phone, amanadeep confirmed that all the earlier packages mentioned to me over the phone are included even if it is not reflected in the email. The lady that i had spoken to mentioned that naurkir.com is having only 3 categories and senior level is the top one. Only when i got the link to upload my cv i got view of the packages promised and packages assigned to me. I am attaching an image on showing the packages available in naukri.com and packages assigned to me.
The initial package that they mentioned was around $550+ and after negotiation they brought it down to $250. The payment was carried out on 23rd february and i am following up with them to either cancel my contract and give me back the amount or give me the promised package. Now it is 22 days past and until now i haven’t got any clear feedback from them.
Kindly help me in getting my money back.

I want to file complaint against naukri.com and the recruitment consultancy by name “bcs consultinf pvt ltd”. They contacted me through naukri portal and started asking questions related to work experience. I was also asked personal questions and when denied i was abused & threatened by rohini chauhan.

This lady misbehaved and abused and when i informed about registering complaint, she said “ go ahead, do whatever you want to”. Please take action against the recruiter and this job posting is fake - “assistant manager hr analytics”. They are making fake calls on the name of job.

Look forward to strict action against the recruiter.

I have availed a fast forward service from naukri and i was convinced by nirmal from the sales team to avail of the services. I paid him the amount but its been 6 months, i have not received any relevant alerts. He is a cheat and has not picked my call from then. His contact number is [protected].

Naukri's team is good at convincing but poor in commitments.

While doing the transaction for the premium service i received a error and my payment from bank was on hold till that day. So i informed the same to the merchant, so they send me a new link and i did the payment again from different account successfully. After two days i received the message for the deposit of the holded amount to the merchant (Naukri noida). Attached herewith is the copy of the transaction. So it's like i did the payment twice. They are suppose to return my first payment, but no response from them.

But now when i mail and ask about the payment no response from them.

So kindly revert with the possible solution for the repayment.

I got a call from this number [protected] i true caller it was showing vaneet bhatiya naukri.com so i attended the call after which he told me that ur looking for job and hdfc bank will recruit so i will connect you to hr but first you have to pay rs.1900 and so i paid because he said it is refundable and after which he asked me again rs.4500 said it will refunded within 15 minutes and after i paid again he asked final amount 5999 too which i denied to pay and asked him to return my money since it seems suspicious to me. Kindly check the number and findout who is that person and why i true caller number shows naukri.com due to which i lost my savings that i had rs.6400. Please take action against vaneet bhatiya who is using naukri.com for fraud purpose, i have already filed a complaint in police station but please look into this matter as soon as possible.

I hereby inform you that the spj group of company conduct interviews for every month for huse vacancy but the company not give any offers letter and joint letter, not provide any salary slip for employees. And also take action for fire in every movement so that the reason employees feels unsure and fully harassment by company, so i would like to request you to please stop company member in naukri portal

Hi i got a call from naukries. They said if i pay some amount for getting interview call initially, got one technical interview call from from one of the mnc however every day they are forcing me to pay amount with xyz reason like document verification, training purpose. They are forcing to do payment by saying if i don't pay i will not get back my full amount. Below is sample conversation

This is to let you know that i - as a member who had enrolled for the premium plan was enticed into being part of a fraudulent transaction that took place over a (Fraud) call that i received after availing the “call me back” option on your mobile application.
On 9th january 2020, i had purchased the naukri fastforward service costing 3, 750/- for a period of 3 months, after ms. Savleen tuteja (Cc’d in the mail) sent me the link. I had bought the plan after initiating a call through the same above mentioned “call me back” option.
On 25th february 2020, in order to update/add more options to my currently active plan, i had used to the same “call me back” option to communicate directly with a naukri executive. After around 10 minutes of requesting a call back, i got a call from a number – [protected] portraying to be a naukri executive on the other side of the line and we discussed about the plan. The executive claimed to get me my refund as he said naukri.com would not be able to modify the plan. He then transferred the call to another lady, and she claimed to be from the accounts department, who then guided me and got me logged into mobikwick website. She then asked me to hit my card details/account details to let my account reflect the processed refund. She promised to give me 3, 600 and change after deducting the taxes. I was tricked into entering my otp to the link, and they took away my 80, 539/-
I understand i should have been wiser but some part of me believed that the whole process was initiated after i requested for a “call me back” on the naukri.com mobile application that i had downloaded 2 months ago from the app store.
When i contacted naukri after the mishap, all they could say was, ” sir, you should know we have no refund policies and that maybe our site is hacked”. Is the site that trivial? Or are you guys just too careless to be involved even when the naukri.com brand is being misused? I had sent multiple emails to anshul jha (Cc’d in the mail) while i had to make the payment, but nothing helped that time.
I would like to let you know that a service providing company that acts as a medium to find people their livelihood should step up and act more when customers are being framed. “our site could have been hacked” cannot be an explanation. If it is hacked, you should have known it first or do something about it.
And to my surprise till date after requesting a “call me back” option, no genuine naukri executive has called me to check why i had raised the request. Where does the “call me back” requests get recorded? There must be a database, right? Is the naukri call centre employees misusing the information? Or is it the naukri employees, itself? It just makes me wonder, whether all of you are just involved in the scam now that i have been left alone to deal with the situation. I do not expect you guys to be capable enough to track down my money or stop the culprits, but i have decided to move ahead legally to make sure this happens to absolutely nobody else. I wish i had never trusted your company.

I have made profile on naukri.com but on my profile, my profile is not approved. Please approved my profile photo so that recruiter can see my photo and the chances of getting placed in company can be increased. Resolve this at the earliest!

Also she she told me that one vacancy has been activated and i must call her to get second posting activated.

Today i called her to release second vacancy and she spoke totally unprofessional and not as per our terms. She was very rude and not informative and supportive.

I got a mail from a fraud naukri.com providing me a telephonic interview for tata chemicals ltd by paying 1800/- for naukri.com premium services. After paying i had my telephonic interview today morning and immediately got a job offer. They asked me to deposit a bond money of 10500/- within 12 pm today... And without even checking properly and on a hurry... We ended up paying the amount. Now they also have sent a receipt kind of mail saying that they have received the money. Now what action can be taken to get my money refunded??
