Today evening i got a call from a lady named prachi ([protected]) for job offer in reputed banks. Later she connected the cal to some person and he asked me to register with adminnaukri.com and pay for the registration procedures. I paid them rupees 4130 for them as register fee. Later i called them asked for the refund. They said they will take 48 hours to undergo all refund procedures. Can you please help me to rectify the problem and support... I wait for your response and help.

I was selected in acompany and they are asking for more money instead of refunding it back. They are fake please help. They asked me to pay samsung company a security amount of 8500 and i have paid that and they didn’t gave me a offer letter and asked me to pay another 10500 for documentation and then i have denied that. Now they are not refunding my registration fee that is 2000 and my security amount 8500. Please help

A call came from naukri.com agent. She asked to pay 2.5k immediately and told that it will be refundable within 24hrs. The transaction screenshot was asked to send through mail. Now she is not answering the call and sometimes she switched off her phone. A fake interview was arranged and i was get informed that i was selected.
No refund of money is done till now.

Hi, i am your paid customer and paid the charges in faith that i would get a better job opportunity with you. But, today i received a call from naukri refund team# [protected] stating that there is some technical problem in your system and due to this you would not be able to provide the services further. Hence you are refunding the amount of rs 4754 to me.

During the call, they took me to their portal and asked me to fill my card details. I followed the instructions and in doing so instead of getting refund another amount of rs 3500 get deducted from my account. Now, they become unreachable on phone.

Please investigate and let me know if this call belongs to your team else i am going to file a complaint to the police.

I got a call about my money refund and then they asked me to open googlepay for link generation and they deducted all my money. I want my money back. And i want to talk to the manager. This is in appropriate. Refund my money back. He was karan malhotra hod of naukri.com refund department. They asked me to write pin as 9921, 2000, 7000 and then these amounts were deducted. Today my friend got a call from naukri.com from someone named mayra khanna and she was offering a job to my friend. But the way she talked was very rude and secondly she demanded a sum of rs. 1800 or else she threatened to block her profile and cv. What kind of recruitment is this. And when i called her up to talk to her, she just shouted like a wild animal and said that i am disturbing her with these. Does it look like i am disturbing when she is the one forcing the candidates to pay up money or else she will block the profile? I want an immediate action on this.

I got a call from naukri.com saying that your resume has update on this site "placingjob. Online" and the she told me to pay 39 rs so i told my brother to pay on my behalf and he paid that amount. Than i got a call enquired about this belongs to you and i informed it is my brother's account. My name is aaleti srinivas reddy, recently received a mail from naukri.com from thomas ([protected]) regarding the job opportunity in singapore with tuas power & they informed me to attend the interview on chargeable basis, then they have asked me to pay 3000 rupees, & i got the payment link from anurag rao executive - order processing, so i have paid the amount & attended the telephonic interview. Then i got a mail by mentioning i got selected for the job, now the naukri person (Thomas [protected], karthik - [protected]) are demanding the amount 9899 rupees for document verification. I just want to know is it really true that naukri.com demands amount from job seekers?
So i request the naukri team to please help me out & can reach me at [protected] for any further information.

Bad naukri recruiter behaviour, nakuri should review their policies to put some restrictions to their own recruiters while reaching to customer. Naukri's own recruiters should trained on, how to behave to customers/candidates.

I have been receiving calls from number -[protected], someone name as akash, claiming that he is a person from naukri, he has all the details of my naukri profile and asked me for my private information.
According to me this is a spam call and request action against this number. I am not sure if he really belongs to naukri.com but he claimed that he does....

Yesterday i got 2 calls they said that they are calling from naukri.com and they have asked to paid some money through online transaction as i denied that i will not pay they are blackmailing me that naukri took legal action against me and i have to pay 10k at court. Please take some action. Otherwise this type of people will destroy us. Please take action.

I have applied for a job in icici and they give an conformation for applications and request me to pay 650 as consultation charges. I paid the money and also sended my documents and photographs. Now they required me to pay 2500 as verification charge for documents. I never heard this requirement in any bank. True caller also showing icici vikranth while making call to me... So how can i delete and get back my already sended payments and documents

Today i received an sms which mentioned that my cv was shortlisted for job at reliance. According to them they got my number from naukri.com where i have uploaded my cv and other details for seeking jobs. Then i called on number mentioned in sms. They gave me an address for interview. I was shocked that it was not reliance office but an hr consultancy firm.
Then the employee of that hr consultancy firm told me that i am selected for job and demanded me fees rs 1600. Since i didnt had much money in pocket they told me to pay 100 and balance afterwards.
Soon in a minute they told me to pay balance 1500 which i denied. The receipt which they gave of rs 100, they took back since i rejected their job.
They didnt even told me wether i was selected for job at reliance so i rejected their job offer and came out of that office
I saved myself from falling in their trap but couldn't get my cv. They took part of my cv in which my personal details were mentioned and gave me another part.
My doubt is - how is that possible that reliance calling for an interview at a place other than their office.
And story doesn't end here, the place where i went for interview, had a sign board named as shri maharaj group of companies again misleading.
I am sharing pics of that office, screenshot of the sms in which number of the concerned person is mentioned.
Please save people from going there and wasting their time and money
Also naukri should take against the person i called who told she is employee of reliance jio.

I got one call on dec-9 saying that calling from naukri career placement cell karnataka. For the part time jobs and they told you resume is selected for the company if you want to continue you have to pay rs1200/ for registration. And they told hr interview is there prepare for that interview any next day they called and took interview and they told you are selected to our company. For verification process you have pay rs 2500/ and company will provide you laptop for laptop you have to 50% of the laptop cost. I got mail from naukricareer. [protected]@job4u.com whether it is real or fake. If its fake i want my money back. Request for refund my money.

She asked my educational details and said attend the interview tomorrow through telephone and after that she provide the company details and interview process through email from [protected]@gmail.com. I paid money but i got another job in my home town, that's why i call back to that number and said i got job and return my money back. From that time she was not attend my calls. I request you to trace the company and try to help me to get back my money to my account or please block that number.
