Hi,

Among many service providers, who feed from you for placement, i came across careersmovers. Initially behaved like good folks, as they were interested in my subscription charges, but when i wanted to probe more details and took time to decide, they showed true colors and became abusive as if i owed them money. Luckily i did not pay (I had almost decided to pay them and also refer my other friends and colleagues) - thank god, i was saved.

I got a call from hr ankit from naukri.com
He asked me to pay 2, 500/- in order to fix an interview with glenmark, which would be refunded back to my account after the interview. I send it to his account. I had a telephonic conversation with person from glenmark. I got selected. They asked me to pay an amount of 15, 000/- as security deposit. I denied that and from then i couldn't connect to this guy. I request to refund my money back to account as soon as possible. I sent many mails to even him, but of no use.

Please this is a scam and i don't want to lose my money.

I received a call on 28th september 2019 from a person named abhinandan stating that he is from naukri.com working in your head office in aurangabad and my profile is selected for a company named aditya construction for urgent openings. He asked me to fill one form of amount rs.49/- immediately for company registration process, and told the amount will be refunded within 40 days if you do not get selected for the job. He said you will receive a call from the company with in 2-3 hours and there will be my telephone interview and also there will be a face to face interview soon after that. His words we're so convincing that i accepted to pay the amount. He sent me one link for filling that registration form which includes my personal details and bank details. I filled everything properly and clicked the pay button but it was not responding. After that he told me that there will be some server issue due to that your command is not responding, and he told me to give your bank details i will pay from here on your behalf and that's how he debited rs.7, 058/- from my account. I request you to return my money back and please try to find out who is using your name and doing this kind of fraud. Please try to contact me as soon as possible.

I received a call from a person stating that he is from naukri.com, and my profile is selected for a company named motorola. He asked me to pay 2500 immediately for registration, and told the amount will be refunded if I do not get selected for the job. He said I will receive a call from the company HE for a telephone interview and also there will be a face to face interview soon after that. His words we're so convincing that I accepted to pay the amount. I have paid the amount so please help me to get it back.

I'm kartikeya hegde, a resident of sirsi, karnataka. I have received a call from [protected] on 25 sep 2019 that we are calling from naukri.com, they told that your profile has been shortlisted for deloitte and ibm for hadoop developer. They asked my preferred work location. I have told that preferred location as bangalore. After that they have asked me to pay 2900 through google pay using their upi id [protected]@ybl for profile registration i. E creating reference id [protected]@59c/1254. I have paid 2900 using upi id [protected]@ybl through google pay on sep 25.

They have informed me that in case if you are selected or not selected for this organization this amount will be refundable in your first company after hr round/ if you did not complete the process of interviews like (Verification) that case your whole amount which you have paid according to company term & condition after 72 days.

Again they told that if you're applying first time in these services then you need to forward all these documents as mentioned below :

1. Highest qualification certificate,

2. (Photo) also id proof pan card.

3. Current company salary slip last 2 months, offer letter

4. Address proof, (Voter id card & aadhar card)

5. Updated resume in word format. Applying for this job.

They again called me on sept 26 2019 from [protected] number as aditi roy from naukri.com - cr manager that you need to pay 6780 for profile verification process which one is refundable both are condition you are selected or not in your first company hr round.

This 6780/- amount and (If your verification has done already so
Please sent your acknowledgement code. And your acknowledgement code is valid next four years. I have paid 6780 rs using upi id [protected]@ybl through google pay on sep 26 2019. I have told them from my account it is debited 6780 rs but they told me that there are some technical issues with their server, your money didn't credited to our account. They told that old transaction of 6780 rs will be credtied into my account in 24 - 48 hours. But that money didn't credited into my account till now. The again asked me to pay 6780 rs. So i again paid 6780 rs using upi id [protected]@kotak through google pay on sep 26 2019. For completing your verification you have to pay inr 6780/- which one is refundable both are condition you are selected or not in your first company hr round.

They again told that if your profile verification is not complete that case you have to pay
This 6780/- amount and (If your verification has done already so
Please sent your acknowledgement code. And your acknowledgement code is valid next four years.

They again asked me to forward the following documents :-

1. Background verification

2 employment verification

3 personal verification

4 highest education verification

They again said that please complete the further process till today &
Send your transaction slip on the same mail id.

But i didn't received any acknowledge code till now.

Today as of 27 sep 2019 they again called me from same number [protected] as aditi roy from naukri.com. They have asked me again to pay 12880 rs for e-profile verification. They have explained that after generating your e-profile document your ctc will be hike around 85% in every company. They have told that 12880 rs which is refundable whether you will select or not in our company hr round. According to 85% you will get ctc 6, 66000/- (55, 500/- per month) and more then depend on your interviews.

They have told that e-profile document will be created by our company's hr,
Domain will be registered with your pan card, in this your full professional life is mention.
There will be a port-folio id in it,
It will also benefit you, after generating your e-profile document your ctc will be hike around 85% in every company, and this is e-profile document charge 12880/- its refunded charge, so don't worry.. It's must required before telephonic round and 12880 it's a e-profile document charge.
And please contact to your cr manager about that process.

I have also paid 12880 rs using upi id [protected]@ybl through google pay on sep 26 2019.

They again told that your first telephonic interview round will be conducted on today evening after 5:30 pm.

But after 5:30 pm till now i didn't received any call from naukri.com.

They told that after your first round of interview of deloitte then deloitte personwill mail or call me about technical and hr round of interviews for visting office.

So i'm honestly requesting you to reimburse all the amount paid to naukri.com from google pay application i. E (2900 + 6780 + 6780 + 12880) rs
Total amount to be reimbursed was 29340 rs.

Please refund the above 29340 amount from them to my sbi account

I came today for a job from naukri.com so they asked me all about my education school and they offered me a job then they asked me the location, where you want a job and they offered me emma zone birla sun then they asked me about the security post that you have to read the security and its amount was ₹ 2500 and they said that this security deposit is refundable then he said that you will be asked for interview by security forces but i didn't trust i got a call from above this number [protected] i have to complain on this, do they work here? I have been forced to pay for the naukri paid service to provide interview. For registration cr manager aditi took 2900rs from me. Then said to pay verification amount of 67880rs. When i paid she said its blocked in gateway and will refund and again 6780rs forced me to pay which also got stuck. Then the hod amit called and said it will be refunded by 48hrs and again asked to pay 4550rs for verification. Once paid they said the interview schedules for tech mahindra and the interview will be scheduled on 5.30pm 14th sept 2019 saturday before that for the procedure asked for 12880rs. Aditi said the payment will be refunded at 5.30pm evening. But not any interview calls came nor got the money.

For the last 2week trying to contact via mail and phone but started ignoring. Finally on friday they said they are closing my file and will refund my all money but due to naukri policy an closing amount of 10175rs took again and said within 10min all amount will be refunded.

But now they are not refunding the money or responding to me. Now their phones are switched off. Please help me. Im from a middleclass family. 44k is a huge amount for me and no single money left with me to survive. I dont want any job but please help me and refund the amount please.

A girl claiming from naukri.com has asked me for job offer at infosys with 2 telephonic round and hr round. She asked me to send personal documents through her email id, asked to pay rs.1600 for registration fee. I asked is this genuine or not? She told she is cannot able to hear what i said.
I got to know this is a scam, when she asked for money. The mobile no. Is [protected]. Email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

I am constantly getting calls from naukri.com asking for some other person. I have told them more than 20 times that they are calling the wrong person. Inspite of that they call me and today a lady again called me (20/8/2019 at 11.50 am) and i told her again to not call me. So this is exactly she told me "if you are irritated you can change the number, we cannot do anything". I mean some random fool has given my number and his name and you expect me to search him and tell him to delete the number. How professional!! Infact i told her i will complain, she says "go ahead". Seriously!! How difficult it is so update your system.

19th September 2019 i received a call from naukri.com then told me that my resume matched with L&T CONSTRUCTION as a site civil engineer in kolkata circle then, they told for money 2000 that i paid, then they called for money for registration 4750, then i told that i can not pay this amount, then the cancel my registration, then i request for the refundable money 2000, they told that my money will be refund if i make a transaction of 2000 for making cancellation id then i make the transaction, then transfer my case to naukri ACCOUNT department for the approval then the account department told for a transaction of 3500, then they told they have a minimum transaction limit which is 12000, then the told for make a transaction of 4500, after the transaction i ask about my refund amount of 12000, they answered me that the last transaction of 4500 which i pay two part for this two part of transaction they can not refund my money till i make a new transaction of 4500, and last and final they do not refund my 12000 rupees.

I got a call from [protected] and a girl said
She is from naukari.com and u r placed in infosys company and u have to pay 2500rs i said no i will not pay so she is like padhe likhe hokr kaisi bate karte ho gawaro jaise.. Paise to lagte hi h... But i m educated so i know ki no company demands money they are making fools to students they r really doing fraud business so plz check it ssly otherwise i will register complaint regarding this.

I have received mail from naukri.com about job recruitment from ashok leyland and asked for pay amount for security and verification that are refundable got conservation to them now i got mail that select for ashok leyland and for bond purpose asking for amount of about 15000 and bank details for refundable amount
I have big risk in the money transaction so please guide me for further clarification if it's real can proceed further

Its been 3 months i have taken paid facility from naukri.com for job search and no got even a single call from any recruiter. The situation is same as it was before payment. Then whats the benefit of taking all the paid facilities and whenever i call the executive keep repeating sir wait for some time.
How can naukri, com be such an irresposnible. Will not recommend to anyone for paid service.
Not at all satisfied with the services. It would have been better if would have paid to my local consultancy.

I received a call from following mobile number [protected] stating that a call from naukri service regarding job profile.
The executive spoke about the details which is totally irrelevant for my naukri usage and suddenly ask for online payment service which i replied i can't do payment, immediately call got transferred to some senior personality with no prior information the call was force cut with an irrespective manner.

I DONT THINK ANY BODY CAN REGISTER IN PAYTM, GOOGLE AND MAIL WITH NAME ATTACH NAUKRI.COM YET COMPANY HAVE NO SENSE OF RESPOSIBILITY AGAINST THEM OR TO CLIENT WHO REGISTER WITH THEM THINKING IT IS SAFE

I received many fake jobs calls and paid service job posting in naukri which are not mention in job description.
Please take strict action against all of them because they are wasting our time and money.
Why you allowing for job posting??
You not audit or what???

People get frustrate for this???

And home based job are alll paid service take action against them?

Give me status what you taken action against all of them?

Many times gone for interview and they said if you want job you have to pay

Sir, mujhe naukri.com naam ki ek mail asithila thi jisme likha tha hdfc bank me back offc executive job. Interview ke liye mujhe 2100rupees dena hoga aur mujhe whatsapp pe ek account details veja geya jisme wo paise deposit karna tha. Aur condition v tha mere paisa mujhe refund v milegi. Mene wo 2100rs deposit kiya uske baad mujhe bola geya ki 2/3din ke andar apki interview fix ho jayegi bank ke sath. But 2/3din baad mujhe bole ki document verification keliye mujhe 4500rupees dena hoga tabhi mujhe doubt hua aur mene naukri.com ki customer executive ko call kiya unhone bataya ki ye log fraud hai. Uske baad mene ye job keliye mana kardiya aur meri 2100rupees refund karne ko boli. Mujhe kaha ki 24ghante ke baad hogi. Lekin 1month above hogeya nehi diye paisa. Mene job call kiya wo mam ko mujhe boli ki me sir se bastu karke apko bataungi lekin ajj tak mujhe nehi de reh hai paisa.

I call her than my call recive a sir than i asked what's status my file than he told me you paid some money only 5000 rupee than i refuse and i told his cancel my file and return m total amount. He crying me "file shall not cancle you willl complete this proces and you paid this amount" or now not recived my call and not repl my messeges any staff member not reply any email.
So i wannan my total amount.
So please help me return my tatal amount...
