I made a account in naukri.com few days back and today i received a call from someone saying that they are from naukri.com and that i have been shortlisted for a job interview in tata motors. They discussed with me about my experience and other stuff and then asked me to pay rs1800 for generating a referralral id for contacting the employer and that this amount will be refunded back when i go for the interview. Myself Ms.lata H Naik.I had paid 3850 Rupees towards naukri paid service on 16th may 2019.Till now I have not received a single message about any job opptutunities.i don’t want my money to be wasted for such scams.i have called the customer care multiple times and the issue is still not resolved.i don’t want to waste anymore time contacting your customer care.i need my money back if you are not ready to provide the service you offered.if I don’t get refund within a week I will be going ahead to register a complaint in the consumer court regarding the same.as a consumer i feel cheated by your company.i don’t want anyone else to pay for such rubbish service so I will be writing a comment on the google play store and on your social media accounts regarding the same issue.Thank you.

Hi.. On 27/05/2019, i got a call from no:[protected] saying him as ankit pandey from naukari.com giving me a job offer in cipla, bangalore in r&d. He said to pay me rs: 1, 850 to get hr id which is necessary during the interview, which is refundable after my telephonic interview. I dint get any calls from him.
Please help me to get my money back. Please reply to this issue and resolve the problem.

The 1st call which i received was from wipro infotech on 8th mar who took my interview & the process of interview continued for a month which was going quite well. And in the last conversation, the interviewer said that whatever i told was satisfactory but his manager has not given any response.

After that jobs like sales manager, server and firewall management, which i never dealt with were coming in my inbox.

I received a call from girl name shreya. She was claiming from naukari.com and asking money 2700 which is refundable. After paying money i cross checked with naukari.com they are saying it was a fake call.
Now they are asking more 870 rupees for cancelling my registration.

Naukri.com, despite its size seems to be a totally fraud organisation. I had subscribed for resume display services on 16th may (Order number 190516ts5854477) and made the online payment. Nine days have passed after that and the services have not been activated. Every time i make a follow-up call, some random excuse is given for non-activation of services. This is a case of blatant fraud and duping of customers. This must be noticed by the concerned government body.

She said the position I was looking for is available.
I have been asked to pay the amount as early as possible to not to lose the job position.

I have paid 3500/- as charges that I am supposed to pay to naukari.com for their reference for a job position to Cipla pharma and Sun pharma. (PAYTM account GAYATRI PATEL) I received service id *98657145_RTPRNRYCHDRI*

I was asked to pay the verification fees of 9500/- for document verification by Ankita Verma (representative- naukari.com). (Contact number +91 [protected]). I received service id *Services Id*
*660486_RGNDRKCHBY*.
I paid the charges as they said it s refundable.
I was interviewed by HR person (Contact number +[protected])

They told me that I cleared that round. On that basis, one of the recruiters (contact number +[protected]) called to explain the further procedure and he asked me to pay 12500/- as PRM charges.

I thus refused the pay this huge amount and quit the procedure for the job search with naukri.com

I have paid 3500+9500 rs via online transaction (paytm acc named by Gayathri Patel)

By the time I asked them for a refund of Rs 13000/-. They agreed initially but after I couldn't connect to them as their number was unavailable after few days.

I got an interview call from job consultancy service named as frontline solutions.those people offer me a job as an electrical engineer .And for the interview i have paid an amount of 10500 rupees .still this time i didnt get any job.
Am badly cheated by this frontline solutions.still they are using this noukri .com for cheating new job seekers..

I received a call from a fraudster lady named Nisha Roy (authenticity not verified). She told that she was calling from Naukri.com and asked if i was interested for a job at Tata Motors, Mumbai. On responding positively, she explained that I'll have to pay ₹1500 and there would be a telephonic interview today. Then she sent a mail regarding the same and asked me to submit my documents online. The mail goes as follows:

The mail was sent from [protected]@gmail.com and this Generated a query in my mind.
On asking about how to pay the money, she sent the following bank details:

Since it was naukri service and not naukri.com, I tried to check it online. I checked a similar complaint here and got confirmed that they were fraudsters.

Then i received a call from her and another person and they were forcing me to pay money.

I would request that strict action should be taken against such fraudulent people so that people do not get duped in search for jobs.

Date of the incident[protected]:06:23.0 this is my first transaction with i made with grownaukri.com (They said that parents with naukri) and also they said they refund the amount within 48 hours. (They charged me around rs. 96052/-). Moreover, i have all transaction pdf and also bank statement from which i have done client number : ([protected], [protected], [protected])

I have purchased Resume Display 6 months with Rs . 3200 on 17th of May. The same day I received a call from a naukri agent. She tried to upsell but I refused and asked her to immediately activate the service I have purchased. Since then it's been 48 hours but my service has not yet been activated. I tried chatting with naukri customer service agents but all in vain. I tried calling the customer care number as given by naukri agent[protected] but it never got connected.

Esterday (17 may, 2019) got a call from a girl name akansha who claimed that is one of the employee of naukri.com, [protected] is the no. I got the call from. They asked me to send my cv, id proof, passport size photo nd my graduation proof that unfortunately i sent by trusting after i got a another call the next day claimed themselves to be from hdfc bank navi mumbai branch.

They told me submit a registration fee of 2500/- that i later on deny to give but i hv send a picture of my dmc nd my adhar card that's the only thing am worried about.
Want strict actions to be taken by you guys to help secure my details.

On 14.05.2019i got a call from from kamal sharma (Career counselor), naukri learning regarding six sigma green belt certification course. I shown interested for the course and my call was transferred to one lady.
I was asked to pay rs. 14577/- as course fees but i was unable to pay.
She asked me to pay tthe amount in three installments.1. Rs. 3000/-, 2. Rs. 6000/-, 3. 5577/-. Total = 14577/- and also told that after paying 1st payment, i will got id and password and can start the course. And the balance i had to pay on june and july.
Mr. Kamal sent me a link over mail to pay 1st installment of rs. 3000/-. The link was pfb the registration link:

And i paid rs. 3000/- thru online.
I got confirmation mail "that my service will start as soon as rs. 3000.00 is credited and also i one link was mentioned in that mail that"complete your profile to activate six sigma green belt certification-get started".
When i click get started button no response was seen. I also got a mail where one invoice of info edge (I) ltd, inv. No. Ff[protected], dated-14.05.2019 which one was fake.
On 16.05.2019 i contacted customer service and it was confirmed that rs. 3000/- was received and after payment of balance amount i can start my course. I told her that i will log complain. Then i tried so many times to send complain mail to [protected]@naukri.com but my mail was revert back and i got a massage that my mail id which is registered with naukri.com is block. Today i sent from another mail id and the mail was successfully delivered.

So, i want refund of rs. 3000/- as i am not possible to pay the whole amount at a time.
I have evident of the whole picture that i can submit.

I am a job seeker and is registered with nukari.com. As a job seeker i have applied for job at l&t ltd for the post of assistant manager sales and i received a link from mr. Abishek sing-recruiting manager l&t ltd profile link: (https://www.naukri.com/recruiters/abhisheksingh[protected] stating that i have been short listed for the interview and asked me to deposit an refundable money of rs.9350 in name of larsen and toubro ltd current account.

As its a recruiter profile from nuakri.com i did the same. I called his number and send all the relevant details and the money.

Next day i tried calling him and his number was switched off. I contacted l&t grievance cell and was able to know that his recruiting profile was fake. I have send him all my personal details including my passport copy.

As a job seeker we all trust a big gaint such as naukri for job and at last we are fooled by the company by fake recruiter profiles. They don't do any authenticity checks before adding such recruiter profiles to there website. All they need is money from the recruiter and the candidates who are applying for jobs.

If they cannot check the fraud like abishek sing who himself faked as recruiting manager of big mnc company such as l&t then how can we trust other recruiter profiles?

I kindly request the authorities to sue naukri for putting candidates in to trouble and to give back the money i have given to the fake recruiter.

No other candidates should fall in to such frauds.

They took the name of company naukri.com and then tells me that my resume has been selected in different companies like l&t, hindustan construction, birla etc etc... Once i said i am not interested to pay money he talked rudely with me and cut off the phone. Is this way to talk to a job seekers. Please take action on such type of recruiter's.
