Hi.. Eventhough i have updated the details "update employment details" and "update job profile" actions in my naukri profile. But still it showing pending actions (2)...
I have paid for credits to message the recruiter but am unable to contact as its showing to update my name, skills, mobile no, current location.. Eventhough they are seen in my profile. Untill i update i cannot contact them. Kindly look into this and provide me solution as soon as possible or i would miss the opportunity..

Yes i am also facing the same issue..One HR call me and told me that your profile is complete but your resume is not visible to us..plz upload your resume..so i request naukri.com plz help to fix this issue..why my profile is not 100%completed even after uploading the resume many time ??

He said his name arvind when i rejected to his offer regarding paid service..

He used to spoke abusing word's

I request to government to please ban this fake companies who are stilling money from innocent people giving, fake dreams...

This company or people are calling again and again, i refused several but this is not stopping.

After rejection they are using worst words.

I registered myself with naukri com for a job. They provide me a opportunity to work in ICICI bank but for this they said you have to pay 2150 /= which is refundable. When I paid the above amount they aid now you have to pay 4500/=for verification purposes but unfortunately I am not in the position to pay the same amount, so i request them to cancel my file and please refund my amount 2000/=as you already told. But they refused to refund my paid amount, so in this concern your goodself is requested to please notice this issue.

Hi,
I got call from naukri ([protected]) and charged ₹3500/- for resume writing and ₹9500/- for document verification from third party companies. I was again asked ₹12, 500/- for further process. It was on 26th december. They didn't inform me about money before starting the process. I cancelled the process since i was unable to pay such a amount. They mailed from info. [protected]@yandex.com telling that money will be refunded on 45 to 60 days of cancellation. It's been more than 45 days, i didn't get my money back.

I have activated naukri fast forward service by feb 7 th. Its absolutly disappointing. I am not getting single call relevent to my profile.. As have many openings in the market. Before taking this service i was getting enough calls. Also they mentioned they wl be sending fast forward mails.. My preferred location is bangalore.. The mail im getting from mumbai or pune location.
This is humble request to everyone never opt for any type of servicefrom naukri.
They will convince us to take the services.. For that they will call many times. But once you are taken the service they will not ask any feedback. I was calling back to the concerned persons number
.. Some body is taking and telling that she s busy.. Such an irresponsible people i have ever seen.

I'm former marine commando of indian navy, i received a call on 01 march 2019 to register with naukri com by paying rs 50 only, they send a link on text message naukri register.com, i opened the link and fill out all the details and paid rs 50 fifty only by using debit card, error shown unsuccessful transaction, naukri hr rahul called me again and advice to pay again. I paid rs 50 again but at this time 2 messages received by me for debiting of rs 5000 in first transaction and rs 5000 in second transaction. Total rs 10000 were debited. Naukri hr mr rahul said that there was errors and he will refund my extra amount of 9950 however till now nothing has been done therefore i am sure of cheating by naukri com. Kindly do the needful to get my mony back.

I am writing this complaint in utter disgust to complain about the so-called paid services provided by naukri. I was manipulated by one mr. Rishabh nagpal to pay a sum of rs. 4000 towards naukri’s paid services and since the payment i haven’t heard from him, despite me calling and emailing him many times. Secondly, i had specifically requested for gurgaon as the location for possible opportunities however till date i continue to receive absolutely irrelevant jobs and insane locations like panaji and chennai.
I am writing this complaint to express my deep dissatisfaction of the services provided by naukri and it is very unfortunate that even after payment of 4k, one is unable to get jobs from one location forget about anything else.
In a gesture of apology, i request you to kindly refund the money that i’ve been duped into paying. It is one humble and sincere request from my side and this is the least i expect out of a company like info edge.

Also asking for some payment.

Also called me company was of some
Tourism something also saying you
Have to make some payment first.

Technology something messaged me
And again asking for money.
4. I was a victim of fraud with the

October month asking to line up an

I request you please file complaints against these fraud companies growing in market. And try to stop all these. At least naukri.com should take some responsible steps against them.

I registered my resume on Naukri.com and few days later I received one call from Kartik ([protected]) from your side and asks Rs.2714(includinding GST) for better service. I made the payment as on 23 Feb, 2019. In the same evening i received one call ([protected]). She demads another 10000 for better service.
I told the madam that i am ready to pay the amount but i have to give at your office to discuss about the services.
That lady misbihaving and abousing me.
When i asked for my money back she told me " nahi denge jo karna hai kar lo".
Is this type of executive you have who don't have any manners to talk to a person.
I am requesting you to take necessary action against her lady.
