On 9th feb 2019, i got a call from naukri.com whose name ankit varma. He said if i pay rs.2500 then they give a job in phillips company. If i am selected in first interview round then they refund my money in my 1st salary else i will not select then they give me back money within 15 min. I gave an interview and i am selected. The next day i received mail that includes i am selected in the first round now i have to pay rs. 9500 in which rs6000 is refundable and this money is for my legal verification. Then i said no because i don't want to pay rs.9500. So he said ok no problem we will refund your rs.2500. After 2 hours i got a text message that the legal team comes to my home and i have to pay rs. 30541. Then i called to ankit varma for that and he said if you pay rs. 9500 right now then no one will go there and my legal process will stop. And i paid rs. 9500 on 12th feb. 2019 this is also refundable within 24 hours. But still, they are not giving my money back. Please help me with that because my family members don't know about this fraud. I have all call recording, emails, call history, payment details as proof. Please give me any suggestion about how do i get my money back?

I have paid 45117/- including gst to mr rahul verma[protected] on 26.11.2018 through internet banking of axis bank account and from that date he is assuring me that he will provide interview calls for job related to my profile and location. But unfortunately he is not responding now as a month ago i have strongly told regarding refund of my money as no interview calls were provided to me till date
Please look into the matter and refund my money back as this type of fraudelant act is not expected from a reputed organization like yours (Naukri.com)

I have received a call from ([protected]) she told me that she is talking from naukri.com and your cv is shortlisted by mahindra and mahindra company and you have to pay 1840₹ ammount to register through naukri.com, then i visited to naukri.com website searching for either they are asking for any money? Then i came to know that this was a fake call... Please take some action against this no ([protected])

When we didn't accept the offer given by the one your employee to boost the job whose number is-[protected] (Uttar pradesh west). He replied as"get lost u stupid people, both o[censored] wasted my time"
Was sent as an sms by him. Is this the way of speaking with the customer when he/she is not interested in the offer. Whether to buy or not depends on us because we will be paying the amount. One of the worst customer care support given by u people. Please take an action asap and report back to us since this is a black mark for such a big job site

After many conversations with the naukri.com sales guy who repeatedly followed up on calls and promised to send us alerts within hours of posting twice a week and increase visibility to recruiters, we paid up 10800 and subscribed to the service in dec 2018. We were told that once the resume is activated, the 6 months period would begin. But sadly today in feb 2019, we have not yet got the service we were promised.
1. There are no vacancy alerts being posted to us.
2. The date of payment is being reflected as date of 6 months activation period.
3. No one attends calls
After trying to reach the naukri people for 2 weeks, i finally got the service team, only to inform me that the service to send alerts within hours of posting is not a part of the package and that must have just been a sales pitch!!!

Isn't that blatant cheating. I paid up only for seeing vacancies as they arise and not for donating to the company. If the sales pitch is a lie, i would like a refund of my money back immediately. Not expected to be conned by a company like naukri.com.

I was cheated rs 64, 753/- by 3 persons representing naukri.com staff on the 4th & 8th february 2019.

The person introduced himself as nitin tyagi (Mobile: +91-[protected]) naukri.com staff & official representative of naukri.com. He directed me to come online to the "https://www.naukriadmin.com/index.php" website, by promising me a abudhabi job offering a monthly salary uae 35, 900 (Inr4.3 lakhs/month). He also assured that he would be my relationship manager, till end of this job joining process.

When i reached the website, after each payment, mr. Nitin tyagi repeatedly assured me of a interview & job by the 10 february 2019.

Mr. Nitin tyagi convinced me by making false promises, to deposit the following money which he assured was totally refundable. The following payments were made on his false promises via net-banking (Attached statements & website location where i was directed for payment-for your kind reference).

When i did not receive any job offer /interview details after this, i requested for a refund of my money.

Mr. Nitin tyagi, is avoiding calls/ not responding to my calls. On repeated calls to his number, +91-[protected], another person picked up his call ;introducing himself as suresh, manager shine.com, spoke to me (+91-[protected]).

He demanded for an additional amount of 17, 550/-, in order to get me refund of my earlier paid money of rs 64, 753/-. Having lost trust on naukriadmin for not standing by his promises made, i refused to pay any additional money & only requested him to refund my money back. He first spoke very rudely later promised that my money will be refunded to my bank account from which the earlier payments were made within 24 hours. I have not received any refund even after 48 hrs.

I am deeply moved & totally upset with the type of fraudulent & cheating practices by persons representing naukri management.

I would request you to kindly investigate on the issue & punish the fraudster. Naukri is a good name in social media, if such person are allowed to represent naukri.com, operate using malpractices, get away with it, the dark side of naukri is not far away.

Nitin tyagi, (+91-[protected]) is repeatedly avoiding to respond to numerous calls made, since last three days, i am left with no other option than to approach you.

I request you to intervene; deal with this case appropriately, refund my money (Evidence proof attached for kind reference).

I received a call from gaurav kumar telling me that my profile is shortlisted for hcl technologies [protected]@ hyderabad. He asked me to pay 2400₹ to a bank account for which i gat confused and paid through paytm wallet. Later he called again and asked to transfer another 2400₹through. A bank account... I did the same.. Later he again asked to pay an amount of 5800₹for certificate verification... So i declined to pay it. From them they stopped responding to my calls and they blocked my contact number. Pls see to it that our money is refunded back as soon as possible or else i will file a case against the company.

I got call from both person from naukri portal they told register to naukri u got job opening in tata chemicals so i payed 1650 registration fees & confirmation amount of 5350/- for securing job i got confirmation for same and ref i’d 0995818, [protected]@asia.com

Its very harsh to informed you that lots of fake company are looking my profile and try to contact me. Recently a company name accurate investigation has follow my profile and call me for hdfc credit card recovery for someone kwon me whose using that card. By using my profile detail they called my company hr and asking about me. Its really ammbersing for me and you also. I request to you that please take quick action on it.

I availed/paid of the naukri jobs4u service on 6th january, 2019. As per the original communication, iwas supposed to receive a job mail every tuesdays and thursdays for the service i paid for.
But i did not receive any job alert or jobmail after 29th jan, almost 1 week. Also i am supposed to receive sms alert everyday.

When i complained i was told that the alert service is free and i will only be sent mail as and when they have the relevant jobs. If the job alert smss are a free service, and they are not sending me any jobmail for the past week, i dont know what services i am supposed to get for the jobs4u service that i paid for as i have not received any other services beyond the alerts.
I should also mention, that while i was paying for the services i was never told that the number of jobs will suddenly fizzle out and i would suddenly stop receiving job mail alerts. That was a sort of information withheld at that time and is only being shared now. No prompt resolution, no call-backs from the helpline (Which they assure you of), no alerts, wrong assurances. You have to call the helpline 10 times for a solution and even after that you dont get any.

I received call from shanaya sharma& she said she is from naukri.com &your resume is selected for samsung electronics company. And 1st you have to pay rs.1900 to generate reference id number, which is refundable.
After telephonic interview round, they asked me to submit rs.10, 500 which is company security bond. I denied so they forcing me to pay rest amount, if you are not paying then your file will be closed &your documents should...

Got a call from [protected] for a job opportunity on 5th feb 2019.
In true caller it is showing as naukri.com

I answered call, they explained me about the job opening with cipla for hyd location, to schedule interview with cipla, i need to pay a caution amount of rs.2500/- which is refundable.

Once amount paid, they will schedule me a telephonic interview, if i cleared, i will be scheduled for f2f interview in hyderabad.

It seems to be a fake call, even i got an email as below:

I paid 2500 rupess as registration then she call me and give me tym for interview after interview i fill bond 25500 after than paid ac opening 15000 after training 9900 total i paid 53000 and nw they are not picking my call... Plz tell me how returned my money

For location nagpur and after that she said you need to deposite a security amount of 2500 rs i paid money through google pay app and she said mail your documents along with your screenshot of deposited amount of 2500rs on [protected]@india.com and another sir call me said that i am your hr (Name: rajiv kumar khanna) and after 1 hrs sir provide me some interview questions on same email address sir directly connect my call with interviewer hr of the company i attended the telephonic interview and hr said you got result on next day at 11:00am i waited for next day and the mail come congratulations you got selected for job but they said you need to pay 10, 000/- rs for a second interview process and money is refundable but i don't have many at time time i said please cancel my application and refund my security amount sir said you need to pay cancellation charge of 1500 rs is also refundable and i paid amount and he ask me for my deducted mssg from bank and also the screenshot of 1500 rs on same mail and said we got your payment successfully and connect his call to finance department of his company one mam talk with me ask for my bank account number and ifsc code and account holder name and she said you need to pay a clearance amount of 2250 rs and i gain paid the 2250 rs and give the bank deducted mssg and screenshot on same email address i call to sir, sir again connect his call to finance dept. Mam said you need to pay gain 3125 rs for bank transaction and the total amount you have paid is refundable within 48 hrs few days goes but sir and mam not receiving my call and after call switch off status gotten. I get a call from naukari.com and he said we will give u a better job opportunity, and give better option give some money and all money u paid is refundable i paid different money for generate recrument id, then document verification, then resume writer, for cancel charge, gst almost i paid around 163000 rs. All payment done by google pay in differnet like (1850+5000+6500+7000 etc)

From naukari.com he said my money is refundable in two day but at this time not received my money.

Please refund my money.

I have paid the registration fee later they said me to pay again the 5500 rs so that we will provide me a job but they told me do payment.. A person called me from your naukri company offering me a job from the number +[protected]. I didn't believe him so i ask him to get me the proof that he was calling me from naukri company so he sent me a mail from this mail id [protected]@support-naukri.com. Later he said me to pay 2500 rupees to the bank account and got me the bank info as given below and said it's registration fees and is refundable. So later i got a call from other number and interview was done on call from the number +[protected] and today he say to pay 10500 rupees as my training fees but since i didn't want such paid training he said he will cancel the job offer for me. Now i call the first person to get my money refunded and he is not picking the call. Kindly give me a call back so i can explain everything.

Naukari.com se mujhe call aaya ki tum icici bank ke liye select ho gayi ho...unhone mujhe staring mai 600 rs bharne ko bola mere security ke regarding vo bharne ke baad. Fir unhone mujhe dusre din 3000 bharne ko bola document verification ke liye. Aur vo bharne ke baad maine y confirmed bhi kiya abhi aur nhi na bharna to mujhe vo mam boli nhi abhi nhi bharnar hai..aur do din baad mujhe fir call aaya ki tum interview mai select hui ho..abhi tumhe 6350 pay karna hai traning ke liye 1 month ke...to mujhe financial pro tha isliye mai bhar nhi pai..aur tabhi maine unko mana kiya aur mera bhara hua money refund karneko bola...tabhi vo bole ki ho jayega aap apna bank details send karo...aur agle din mai naukari.com ko call kar rahi hu to vo lok mera phone nahi utha rahe...msg dala to rply nhi kar rahe...plzz...mera refund mujhe milva do...3600 rs.

I want to purchase a portal for candidates details because i have recuiter company but from naukri side never give proper response even all time miss astha sales executives tell your query will forwarded senior department but still no one hare to meet for discussion even no one who's give proper information so how we have purchased portal from there.
