I availed/paid of the naukri jobs4u service on 6th january, 2019. As per the original communication, iwas supposed to receive a job mail every tuesdays and thursdays for the service i paid for.
But i did not receive any job alert or jobmail after 29th jan, almost 1 week. Also i am supposed to receive sms alert everyday.

When i complained i was told that the alert service is free and i will only be sent mail as and when they have the relevant jobs. If the job alert smss are a free service, and they are not sending me any jobmail for the past week, i dont know what services i am supposed to get for the jobs4u service that i paid for as i have not received any other services beyond the alerts.
I should also mention, that while i was paying for the services i was never told that the number of jobs will suddenly fizzle out and i would suddenly stop receiving job mail alerts. That was a sort of information withheld at that time and is only being shared now. No prompt resolution, no call-backs from the helpline (Which they assure you of), no alerts, wrong assurances. You have to call the helpline 10 times for a solution and even after that you dont get any.

Got a call from [protected] for a job opportunity on 5th feb 2019.

I answered call, they explained me about the job opening with cipla for hyd location, to schedule interview with cipla, i need to pay a caution amount of rs.2500/- which is refundable.

Once amount paid, they will schedule me a telephonic interview, if i cleared, i will be scheduled for f2f interview in hyderabad.

It seems to be a fake call, even i got an email as below:

I got a mail naukri.com as info edge india lmtd.. I apply then he suggest me hdfc bank job. I paid 2500 rupess as registration then she call me and give me tym for interview after interview i fill bond 25500 after than paid ac opening 15000 after training 9900 total i paid 53000 and nw they are not picking my call... Plz tell me how returned my money

Dear sir, my name is saurabh janbandhu. I got a call from naukari.com and she (Name: mrs. Khan) said you have applied for the part time home based data entry operator for vodafone essar ltd. For location nagpur and after that she said you need to deposite a security amount of 2500 rs i paid money through google pay app and she said mail your documents along with your screenshot of deposited amount of 2500rs on [protected]@india.com and another sir call me said that i am your hr (Name: rajiv kumar khanna) and after 1 hrs sir provide me some interview questions on same email address sir directly connect my call with interviewer hr of the company i attended the telephonic interview and hr said you got result on next day at 11:00am i waited for next day and the mail come congratulations you got selected for job but they said you need to pay 10, 000/- rs for a second interview process and money is refundable but i don't have many at time time i said please cancel my application and refund my security amount sir said you need to pay cancellation charge of 1500 rs is also refundable and i paid amount and he ask me for my deducted mssg from bank and also the screenshot of 1500 rs on same mail and said we got your payment successfully and connect his call to finance department of his company one mam talk with me ask for my bank account number and ifsc code and account holder name and she said you need to pay a clearance amount of 2250 rs and i gain paid the 2250 rs and give the bank deducted mssg and screenshot on same email address i call to sir, sir again connect his call to finance dept. Mam said you need to pay gain 3125 rs for bank transaction and the total amount you have paid is refundable within 48 hrs few days goes but sir and mam not receiving my call and after call switch off status gotten. I get a call from naukari.com and he said we will give u a better job opportunity, and give better option give some money and all money u paid is refundable i paid different money for generate recrument id, then document verification, then resume writer, for cancel charge, gst almost i paid around 163000 rs. All payment done by google pay in differnet like (1850+5000+6500+7000 etc)

From naukari.com he said my money is refundable in two day but at this time not received my money.

Please refund my money.

I have paid the registration fee later they said me to pay again the 5500 rs so that we will provide me a job but they told me do payment.. I am not able to afford the money more they didn't provide me any job until i pay more money to them... Now i want my registration fee refund immediately... I don't want a job from this fraud portal they are making people fool by making them pay money i want my registration fee

A person called me from your naukri company offering me a job from the number +[protected]. I didn't believe him so i ask him to get me the proof that he was calling me from naukri company so he sent me a mail from this mail id [protected]@support-naukri.com. Later he said me to pay 2500 rupees to the bank account and got me the bank info as given below and said it's registration fees and is refundable. So later i got a call from other number and interview was done on call from the number +[protected] and today he say to pay 10500 rupees as my training fees but since i didn't want such paid training he said he will cancel the job offer for me. Now i call the first person to get my money refunded and he is not picking the call. Kindly give me a call back so i can explain everything.

Naukari.com se mujhe call aaya ki tum icici bank ke liye select ho gayi ho...unhone mujhe staring mai 600 rs bharne ko bola mere security ke regarding vo bharne ke baad. Fir unhone mujhe dusre din 3000 bharne ko bola document verification ke liye. Aur vo bharne ke baad maine y confirmed bhi kiya abhi aur nhi na bharna to mujhe vo mam boli nhi abhi nhi bharnar hai..aur do din baad mujhe fir call aaya ki tum interview mai select hui ho..abhi tumhe 6350 pay karna hai traning ke liye 1 month ke...to mujhe financial pro tha isliye mai bhar nhi pai..aur tabhi maine unko mana kiya aur mera bhara hua money refund karneko bola...tabhi vo bole ki ho jayega aap apna bank details send karo...aur agle din mai naukari.com ko call kar rahi hu to vo lok mera phone nahi utha rahe...msg dala to rply nhi kar rahe...plzz...mera refund mujhe milva do...3600 rs.

I want to purchase a portal for candidates details because i have recuiter company but from naukri side never give proper response even all time miss astha sales executives tell your query will forwarded senior department but still no one hare to meet for discussion even no one who's give proper information so how we have purchased portal from there.
so much irresponsible behavior by astha ([protected]).

Next day they asked for my documents so i sent them on whatsapp after that they demanded for money but i wasn’t sure so i didn’t pay them and during this they called me several times but i wasn’t available to receive their calls. On 26th january they sent me legal notice saying i did fraud and has summoned me to court and has put money charges on me.

One of your hr miss arushi call me that i'm selected for hdfc bank, and she deman me of rupees 25, 500 and says that it is bond aggriment. When i pay money she demand for more 9000 rupees.. When i refuce to pay she told me that she will refund my money. But it's been more then one month and she did not refund my money.. [protected] is her contact no.

Received call on 11 jan 2019 from number [protected] stating that vacancies are there in icici and hdfc. Asked for 3000 - registration fees and document verification -10000. Told that would receive soft copy that document is verified and valid for lifetime followed by both soft copy and hard copy which is supported by govt. Later asked for 10000 for offer letter which i have refused to pay and asked for refund. Told that would receive a mail but not received mail or money. When called to number it is switched off. Attaching mail which i have received. Please check and solve.

I registered for your hrbp course. I was given a complementary course list from which i opted for dashboard course. I took the approval from my management for the courses as this was sponsored by my company. Within few days of registration they unpublished the course. Now they have given me list of courses which are not at all useful for me and are pushing me to choose from it. The representative are neither picking the calls nor replying on emails. Highly unprofessional way of dealing with customer. Now my company is asking me to pay the amount back because that course is unpublished. Why should i bear the cost o[censored]nprofessional behavior of naukri. Either provide me a course which is relevant for me or i need half refund.
Aastha & anshika were two point of contact for me. Neither they are picking my call nor they are replying on emails. No expected from the a company like naukri. If you knew you are going to unpublish the course then why to sell it in first place, just to take money is it.

I received a call from rahul saxena, hr, management department of naukri.com. His number is [protected]. He told me that my resume has been selected for a company. He asked me to pay ₹2150 online for further information and interview details. At this point i asked him to give me some time to consider the job, which he gave and he gave his personal number to call back when i am ready to apply. I called him back in half an hour and he told me all the details of how to do the registration and make the payment.

Later on, i called him back on his given number in an hour to say that i am not interested in prepaid job services, and want to pay after joining. When i said this, his tone of speaking changed completely.
He started shouting at me saying i wasted his time without any reason at all. When i told him is this the way he should talk? He didn't listen and kept on shouting at me.

I want to know at this point, it is his job to call the eligible candidates to inform them about jobs, he is not doing any favour for me. A company's representative cannot behave like this with his client, he doesn't have the minimum etiquette to deal with a candidate. It's his duty to tell the candidates about the offers and it is completely the candidate's decision if he/she wants to avail the offer or not. This guy, rahul saxena, was constantly hurrying me up saying i have to do the registration today only and make the payment today itself.

Please clarify me if this call was a fraud one, because i hope it was.

We have received the contact details of kalyani it services with your website and their email i'd is [protected]@kalyanidata.in. We paid the registration fee 850 and the work also has been assigned (100 pages). Modifications were also told to us by them. But in the end they are not replying nor are they lifting our calls. Such a fraud company and your website is promoting them. Shame on this.

A call was came to me said we are from naukri.com and allows to give an interview in LIT company; then they shared a link jobserch.online for registration and have to pay only Rs.40; when I did payment through my debit card they cheated with me and deducted twice times. When I asked them how is it deducted Rs.3969 then they said share the OTP number we will check and refund you the value and the deducted again Rs. 4000
The number was [protected] and the date of incident is 20th Jan 2019.

I was contacted by a person named aman from this contact no.[protected] for providing jobs in various private banks and to whom i gave some of my college marksheets for registering my reference id but when i found the activities of him suspicious i denied for paying rs.2000 upfront as demanded by him then he told that i will be charged with legal notice and huge fine for not paying the amount and will be banned from mnc for jobs for 7 years totally. Thus i had a argument with the person which he disconnected in the middle saying who will be responsible for misuse of the document of your son. Then the person sent me a text message quoting some court id no. 052/6178/2018 wherein he had paid rs.30541 on my behalf to the court and warrant has been issued on my name and team will be visiting my home in 6 hours. Is it possible to somehow arrest the fraudsters or get a warrant issued from the authorities in any way.

I got a call from naukri stating to enable the fast forward service which will enable my profile to lot of recruiters.in the first call to enable this service they asked me to pay a security deposit of 2900 which is refundable. After few days they again called stating to pay 6780 for background verification which is refundable. Later they again called me stating to pay 12880 to send my profile to ibm for interview.
I got frustrated and asked them to cancel my profile for which they asked me to pay 2904 as gst charges which are refundable. They told that i will receive my amount in 3 to 4 days once i have paid the gst amount.
So total amount which i have paid to them is 2900+6780+2904 = 12584. Now they are not even responding to my calls messages and emails. I am not understanding what is going to happen. I have all the call recordins, messages sent, email proof and online transfer statement indicating that i have paid money to them.
Can you please help me in getting my money back.

They took interview, sent me joining form and kept taking money online. Saying it is refundable. And they also sent me emails after every transactions about confirmation. All of them called from private numbers. Now when i asked them to refund money they have switched off phone. I lost my money. I have all the emails, call recordings, and screenshots of transaction id.

They called me on dated 18/07/2018 from [protected] informing an opening available with cognizant in bharuch (Gujarat) but for that you need to get registered with their naukri plus service for an amount of rs 2714 and said this amount is refundable even if i fail the interview, once i registered they transferred the call to regional head and he asked me to pay rs 10500 for employment verification in order to schedule the interview with cognizant which is pay by me. Then after they another demand rs. 10300/- for my document verification & generate reference id for naukri plus service.
He also said this amount is refundable but when i declined to pay and asked to refund 10500/- & 2714/- he refused & pay within month but till unless i complete the entire process.
