Hello, my name is niharika saxena. I paid the refundable money for airline job in indigo airline. Like 1500 for registration +7500 for confirmation charge +15500 for account opening =24500 are deposits through your company. But 40 days before i cancel my profile of indigo airline and tell the everything about this to your company. They told me that they refund my money soon. But now they not receive my call and not answering my email. So please 24500 is not a small amount. Please refund my money and contact me about all of this.

I hereby inform you that I had registered my name on Naukri.com site for getting job. On 12th June, 2018, I received a call from Ms./Mrs, Chitra Malhotra (Mob. No.[protected]) informing me that you have to attend a telephonic interview for a job in Tata Motors, Galpadar, Gandhidham-Kachchh (Gujarat) for which you have to pay an amount of Rs.2, 500/- only. She sent a SMS giving details of an A/c.No. of Axis Bank (Delhi NCR, Gurgaon). The name of Account holder is RINKU KUMAR and Saving Bank A/c. No. is [protected]. I paid the amount in CASH in the said Account and attended the Telephonic interview.
The very next day i.e. on 13th June, 2018, she congratulated me over phone saying "First round of telephonic interview is cleared and you are shortlisted for the post of Production Incharge in Tata Motors". Thereafter, She transferred my call to some Mr. Anurag Pathak. Mr. Anurag informed me that I have to pay Rs.9, 500/- for training security. I again deposited the amount in the same Account. Then a LETTER OF INTENT was forwarded through their mail "[protected]@gmail.com" by Ms/Mrs.Chitra Malhotra.

In the afternoon, Mr. Anurag called me again and told me to deposit an amount of Rs.12500/- for the purpose of opening a Salary Account in my name and asked me to mail the details and informed me that the same account will be opened and message will come to my cell phone. Followed by this he promised that the ATM card of the account opened in the Axis Bank will be deliverd to my residence through DTDC courier service . I deposited the same for opening the account. Thereafter, Mr. Anurag told me to sign a bond for one year with Tata Motors of Rs.23, 500/-. then only the confirmation for the above mentioned job will be done.Mr. Anurag Pathak promised to refund the whole sum which was deposited by me in cash, i. e 48, 000 rs within an hour .After one hour he called and said because in the delay of completing the procedures his office is closing for the day 13\6\18 and the money will be reverted back within 48 hours . The very next day, morning around 10;30 am he called and said that he will be forwarding the call to some Mr. Subramaniam Sarkar who will tell me the fate of the money which I deposited on 13\6\18 . Subramaniam Sarkar claimed himself to be an employee of MMCS Department he urged me to pay an additional amount of 28000 rs as HR commission for Tata Motors, he also added that if this due amount is not paid by 1 pm 14/6/18 the previously paid amount that is a sum of 48000 will not be refunded as he has already divided and deposited the amount in a DD form in some pretentious departments of Tata Motors. We denied to pay the later amount and requested him to cancel the profile as well as the position which was offered to me by Tata Motors . The tone of his voice changed as soon I told this an he said if it is cancelled the whole amount of 48000 rs will be deposited in some trust and the certificate for the same will reach to my residence . He introduced me to some Mr Vikram Sharma who he claimed as one of the HRs of Tata Motors . Mr Vikram Sharma called me personally on ([protected])and requested to pay an amount of 28000 rs as commission for the whole HR panel of Tata Motors .
I hereby request you that we are in a big trouble after this incident, I beg you to consider my situation and help me to save myself and my family members who have directly aur indirectly been part of this fraud . I would also like to add that I have all the recorded phone calls as evidences If required I will produce the same to you .

They called me from [protected] informing an opening available with Cognizant in Chennai but for that you need to get registered with their Naukri Plus service for an amount of Rs 2714 and said this amount is refundable even if i fail the interview, once i registered they transferred the call to Regional head and he asked me to pay Rs 10500 for Employment verification in order to schedule the interview with Cognizant. He also said this amount is refundable but when i declined to pay and asked to refund 2714 he refused to pay unless i complete the entire process.

Please help

I am unable to receive email id verification from naukri.com. I am also unable to verify email id and phone no from naukri.com app. My profile completness on naukri.com site is shown is 95% but on app it is shown as 85%. Please help me to resolve this problem as early as possible. As i am a fresher i am looking for the job urgently required.

Few days back when i click on naukri paid services on website www.naukri.com then next day i get a call from [protected] that they are calling from carenaukri.in the naukri paid services site.
Then they demand for the paid registration of rs.2714. Then i make payment. After that they again demand for rs.10030 for id activation for interview and they told me that the 10030 rupees is totally refundable, so i again make payment of rs.10030. After that they again demand 12390 rupees for document varification and told me this amount is also refundable, then i shocked that after every process they charge a heavy amount and i feel cheated so i refuse to make payment of rs.12390 and ask to refund my payment back then they told me that first make payment of rs.12390 and they refund the total amount with in 15 days otherwise they will not refund any amount. Then i ask for registration cancellation process then on they told me that for cancellation you have to pay 4000 rupees more. Then again i refuse to pay this amount and ask for refund my total paid amount and they refuse to pay any amount. after i am trying to call them they are not responding kindly take necessary action.

I got call from neha gupta on 22nd feb, 18 for police verification, i deposited. Then call came from karan mehta for ibm interview, it was conducted and i was shortlisted after that another mail came on 23/3/18, that you have to deposit rs. 6500 for training, i deposited and after that another mail on 6.4.18 that you have to deposit 15500 for offer letter drive, i deposited. Call came demanding security deposit rs. 21500 on 22.4.18, i deposited.
They said packet will deliver on 11 june 2018, i call him on 11 june, 2018 he said delivery date extended to 23 june 2018. Total amount 46000. I have all supporting documents regarding all my payments and email. I want refund.

I am using the naukri portal for seeking job. I am seeing a bug which is causing me problems from one of the employer registered in naukri.

Bug: i have blocked a company in the block list but still this company is visiting my profile and viewing my resume, and thus causing the trouble. Regarding this issue i have emailed more than 10 times along with remainders to [protected]@naukri.com but they are yet to respond atleast till date

I have a given idea. App logo ko yeh news all students ke mail ya call karke bayana chaiye, ta news paper mai news deni chaiye wo bhi front page pr, ya social sites pr like fb or fb pr jo page hote h like job seekers, banglore job etc.in pr daalne chaiye ki naukri.com wale or other sites bhi naukri ke liye money nhi leti h. I received a call from recruiter4naukri.com and have been asked to pay for their services to arrange the international interviews and Rs.5000 under interview cracker- HR services.I have asked them if any more payment will be taken.They said no. I paid.

And after that, He told he will connect to the manager on confirmation for international services. They additionally asked Rs 7432 for LinkedIn profiling and Twitter profiling like they are going to make direct to HR of the companies. I stopped then and there and let the loss with 5000 only.

They are big cheaters . Please be aware.I have attached company website pic also.

However, they can change website after some time and come back with different names.

I have got calls twice from a representation pretending to be from naukri.com where they had told me about opening for a job at mnc like tcs and wipro and said i would have to pay some 3000 inr for the same which would be refundable. To give me assurance, they even sent an email through this email address called [protected]@naukri.com
I read through the consumer complaints forum and found out that it was bogus.
I cant understand one thing, even after several such complaints, naukri is blindly giving away my personal details which is a clear breach of data to unwanted fraudsters.
And sadly naukri is doing nothing to remove such fools and give generic, diplomatic replies which is certainly unprofessional from a job portal where job seekers constantly use such portals.

Once again nauki.com demand me for money refund do the rs 3018 payment and take your back to the in your account and delete the complaints from our site
